Spoke to the Manager Scott on the phone and was treated terribly. Seemed bother to answer. Would not spend a dollar here. Plenty of friendly shops up and down the coast. Take care of them and not this guy who I m ashamed is even in the sport.

great people. Replaced a broken bracket on my fjr promptly, throughly checked the bike over and did a couple of up dates.held to estimate. Only 3 days including wait for part.

Berkeley Honda Motorcycle has the kindest, most helpful people I have ever met. They are extremely patient, fair, and knowledgeable! Definitely go here for service.

This place really wowed me this morning. I got a flat on the freeway last night and had my bike towed to the nearest shop, Berkeley Honda.I left the bike on the sidewalk next to their building and put a note on there saying that the tire was flat, please don't ticket or tow the bike. I also said I'd be in that morning and included my phone number. All of this was defensive; I was just trying to keep it from being messed with, ticketed, or towed.This morning I got a call before they even opened up. They gave me a quote for replacing the tube (which was cheaper than SF Moto where I bought the bike, or Tokyo Bikes in SF), and told me I didn't need to come in until it was fixed! Since I live in SF, that made my life a lot easier.Seriously, this is what 5-star service looks like. They could have just left the bike out there and waited for me to come in, but they saved me a over an hour (round trip), taking time off work, and the cost of BART from SF to Berkeley, and a walk to the shop from BART.Thanks guys!

Love this place, the owners are super friendly and the staff is amazing as well! Bought two motorcycles from here so far! My only qualm is the small show room size.
