Wish I could give 6 stars for going above & beyond!I had my rear left quarter window broken into late on a Thursday night, and submitted a request for a quote online through their website that night. They followed up with me immediately upon opening at 8am the next day, and I was able to book an appointment the day of at 11am. By 12:15pm, I had paid and was driving away with an OEM replacement that looked as good as new!The online quote feature is fantastic, and it's clear they fully value transparency for their customers. I knew the exact price (around $326) before booking an appointment and they accept all forms of payment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I know they also offer a mobile service for those who can't visit their main location.Just stop searching and go with this business! Allison went above and beyond sourcing my rear quarter panel glass from a salvage yard because it was out of stock everywhere else with no ETA on when it d be available. Really grateful for their excellent service when everyone else had just told me I was out of luck. Also really appreciated that they cleaned out all the broken glass!

Customer Beware.Had my windshield replaced.When my partner and I returned to the car we found a wet paint-like substance all over many of the surfaces.They attempted to clean it using solvents and glass cleaner and further damaged the leather and fabrics. After marring up both A-Pillars the Shop only agreed to replace 1 of the 2 Pillars.Their employee came over to me yelling at me that didn't want to replace the other A-Pillar. I took a step back in disbelief because I didn't even ask.Had car detailed, but the white spots return and remain.Spoke with Ladan. She seeks no resolution and just spouts confusing phrases.Avoid this shop, they are sloppy and take no responsibility or corrective action for their mistakes. Watch out!!, Saw the car before and the work that this shop did to my buddies car. Just wanted to give my two cents. It s really disappointing to see the mistakes made and the negligence this shop made during a glass repair.Seems the shop owner has been giving my buddy the run around and failed to correct the issue. Heard the shop owner made every excuse possible even blaming the customer.I saw the insurance photos and the emails.Shoutout from BMW CCA. Avoid this place.E90 N54 6MT

Fantastic service. Great people. I am insured by AAA, had my driver's side window broken in... AAA told me they could get me appointment in a week! AGE gave me an appointment the next day, they got me in and out within an hour. Guess what their price was the best, i.e. most reasonable.I'm now a customer for life!! One of those fantastic life experiences!

JUST DON'T GO THERE!This is supposedly a Safelite Guaranteed shop, but this shop raises some major concerns.I'd strongly advise against letting your insurance company steer you in their direction. The repair work is horrendous.READ THE OTHER REVIEWS; you'll notice that many of them seem quite cookie-cutter.Heads up!!! - If this shop makes a mistake and damages your vehicle, they do not back or guarantee their work.My partner and I had his windshield replaced on his NEW car. When we walked over to it, there were white paint spots everywhere on the black interior, all over the dash, steering wheel, roof, fabric, and many other surfaces.Imagine getting into your NEW car and there's white spots EVERYWHERE. GROSS! Like walking into a dirty hotel room...This isn't even the whole story of what we have been through!Months later and we STILL haven't gotten any real attempts to fix the car.This shop has given my partner the run-around, attempted to downplay it, or even blamed the customer.Ladan is extremely dishonest; beware of any interactions with her.

I ve had two window incidents since moving to the bay. Auto glass was quick in calling me after I filed my claim to make an appointment and the service was also very quick! Friendly customer service and good work. Very much appreciated.

We were on way out of town with our two dogs only to find our car window smashed. When we called they were able to get us into the que that morning and we were on our way by early afternoon. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. We have an older model tesla which always seems to be hard to service/replace parts for but they had what we needed in stock and explained details about the part we weren't aware of. They also gave us all the info we needed for insurance reimbursement. This is now our go to place!

I had a very positive experience at Auto Glass Express. I had a crack across my windshield and needed a replacement. They were prompt in getting me a quote and then ended up getting the part for less than expected from another vendor so they charged me less than anticipated. I really appreciated the honesty in this when they could've easily reaped the extra profits. I will definitely go here again and will recommend it to my friends.

Impressed by their organized office and professional installers. Parts can come in same day, sometimes. Rates seem fair and they re very capable of helping you navigate insurance. Very grateful for their service and will be using them should I need more glass replaced.

Friendly and professional experience. Had to get a rear vent window replaced after somone had busted it, and they were able to do it on the same day that I called for about half the price of having it done through my insurance. Would come back, highly recommend!

I had an extremely positive experience with Autoglass Express! Not only did they come to me to do the repair, which was done to excellent standards, but he also made sure to clean up all the broken glass around the car, so that neighborhood dogs and children wouldn't get cut. That extra conscientiousness was so appreciated. Highly recommended!

I got a rock chip recently and found them after a quick internet search. Made an appointment no problem. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job - on time and on budget! One obviously doesn't want to need their services a lot, but if I have any auto glass needs in the future I definitely know where I'm going...thank you Auto Glass Express!

The window on my new truck was vandalized on Piedmont Avenue. I was worried about the quality of repair and installing after market parts. 5 stars to Edgar who put in a new OEM window - same brand, tint, etc. He explained the extra care that was taken to do the job correctly and that his team takes pride in their work. Even the receptionist was super friendly. The price was fair - 50% less than the dealership. And they were faster than other glass replacement shops. Edgar was done in less than an hour. These people are HEROES. I m a high school teacher. My window was smashed in the night and my car broken into (though there was nothing to take). And this happened the evening before the first day of school. Imagine my reaction to finding my car this way on Day 1 of the school year. I parked at school and Auto Glass Express came TO my school basically IMMEDIATELY and repaired the window in an hour flat. And the employee thoroughly vacuumed every speck of glass. They turned a nightmare into a minor inconvenience with their speed and friendly customer service.Service: Auto power window repair

We were among the string of College Ave auto break-ins occurring yesterday (4/24), not far from the Trader Joes. By the time we'd completed our first claims discussion with our insurers, we'd found, called, and driven to AGE to replace the left rear side window; within an hour, the car was perfectly fixed. Bonus, the team even vacuumed all of the remaining glass for us.From start to finish, this friendly, efficient team was so pleasant to work with that I can say, with confidence, that you should do yourself a favor: If you are unlucky enough to have some fool smash in your car window for a fruitless ransacking of your back seats and trunk, call AGE for speedy, responsive, professional service. This is one of the best businesses which I have ever interacted with. They are fast, friendly, professional and a great example of how businesses should interact with their clients. They were a bright spot in what was a really bad day for me after my car was broken in to. I have used them once before and my experience was consistently amazing both times. I will hopefully not need to use them anytime soon but won't even consider using any other company if I do. Thank you for the great experience.

Got my windows smashed around 2am. These people were able to schedule me at 10am, the same day, and were done by 11. Along with top notch work, they are also some of the nicest people. Support local, family-owned businesses!

I dropped off my car in the morning, but was called to pick up about 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Excellent and express service , superb and nice people. I don't know her name is, but her smiling and kindness is very impressive. Thanks for everything you have done for me. Very strongly recommended this shop while you have the same problem like me.

These folks are the best! The service is first rate and the owners and staff are professional and a pleasure to work with. They just saved me from what I was sure would be a costly windshield replacement - suggesting I try a repair instead. The crack was nasty - deep and spidered.It took them twenty minutes and saved me way over $1000. Great folks

These guys were phenomenal to work with. I was able to get a next day appointment to repair a crack from a rock came crashing onto my windshield on the interstate from a utility truck in front of me. My biggest concerns were cost and making sure I didn t have to replace the entire windshield plus the fact that it was directly in my line of sight and I wasn t sure what clarity could be achieved. For less then $100 and 45 minutes later, Auto Glass Express got me squared aware with a repair which has significant clarity; I can barely tell anything was even there. Great service! Came in 30 min early for my appointment and they were able to accommodate and get the job done within literally 20 min after I arrived. Albeit it was the small stationary rear passenger window that I needed to get fix but definitely using this place if my car gets broken into again (hopefully never!). Driving 30-40 min was worth it in comparison to the other places I ve looked into plus their prices are more than reasonable for the service you get. Friendly staff and making the appointment was a breeze. Highly recommended!!

Auto Glass Express is 5 stars EVERY TIME! I've been doing business with them for over 5 years, multiple vehicles and their customer service is always top notch. Their technicians are excellent and always do a great job. In the rare event I've noticed even a small defect in either the glass or trim surrounding the glass (I'm very particular about my vehicles) Allison and Ladon stand by their work 100% of the time, always making sure I am completely satisfied. These guys are AWESOME!

I got my passenger front window on my car replaced today. From the first phone call, I knew my car was in good hands. They scheduled an appointment for me quickly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They replaced the window in less than an hour, and even vacuumed up all the glass that was everywhere when the original window broke.
