These guys are fantastic. First visit, I took my Toyota in for new break pads after the dealership gave me a $900 estimate for just the parts and installation. These guys installed the new pads, an oil change, and labor for $500.

My radiator and water pump were leaking, and Ryan is super patient to answer any questions and ask me if I want to use my own parts. They consider for me I super believe in them. Literally the best shop in town! I never get the run around. They are always available to help me out in a pinch. Great family great business! Nate's customer service is amazing. In fact everyone that works there is so nice. They are the only shop that I use. I honestly trust everyone here at this shop. He has helped me with either, getting parts and install or allowing me to get the parts myself and still installing them and giving me a great rate on the labor!I use The Shop because Brian and Nathan both take very good care of me and also anyone else I ve ever seen in there is always friendly, positive and helpful! I ve never seen any customers upset leaving here either.I bring both of my vehicles here for maintenance and for repairs! The owner, Nathan, was very nice. I just had the transmission and differential fluids changed. Super easy. Seemed reasonably priced. Will take the car back for a proper tune up. I'm hoping this is going to be our go to shop for all our cars.

I am a first time customer of The Shop. I called for maintenance service on my vehicle in which they got me in right away. They called to inform me I have a oil leak, they gave me a quote and it was very affordable. After picking up my fully serviced car they informed me of some great recommendations to keep my vehicle running smooth. I give this place a 10 out of 10 for fast service, and great customer service! I have been using The Shop, Previously known as C & C auto, as my primary auto mechanic for over 4 years. I was referred to them years ago by my father. In that time they have performed an exceptional amount of service on my vehicles.I built a van conversion that they helped fix a ton of issues with. Great work, fast appointments. Only problem is, they buy their parts from Auto zone then double charge you for it. Then they add the labor cost as well. If you know what parts you need you can get it for them to install, otherwise I wouldn't trust their pricing on parts.Edit: No I'm pretty sure this is the place where I dropped off my car. Not unless there is another place called "The Shop" on the corner of stone road that gave me an invoice.

Nathan is an amazing mechanic. He is honest, does excellent work and he and his staff really care about their customers. He has been my mechanic for at least 21 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Plus he is a really nice guy!
