10/19/2023,My FIRST experience with JOE'S AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR, and I was delighted with their quick service, and going the extra mile for me, as they did a Brake & Rotor job and LOF on my 2011 Ford Taurus SEL Sedan .. .. .. Very Friendly and Professional Too !! .. ..And, I won't hesitate to bring in my 2001 Motorhome, as well as my 2 Classic Ford Mustang's & my Classic 1956 & 1958 T-Bird, and the wife's car for repairs and up keep as well !! .. .. .. Joe's was amazing. I brought my car in and they realized it was something I needed to fix at the dealership. Joe did not charge me for this diagnostic exam. After I dropped off the car, he drove me back home. Then later brought my car back to me. I have never experienced such friendliness and professionalism. I had a problem with the A/C in my 2008 CRV that Avery Honda could not figure out. But, Joe's Automotive found and fixed the problem, plus honored a parts warranty that was a few years old. We've always been very happy with Joe's reputable work and fees, and were once again extremely satisfied (and grateful!) for their diligence and results.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning

Joe s was great! Had gone to the dealership with an issue, paid $1000 and it still wasn t fixed. Went to Joe s and all it took was a good cleaning. Good price and great service. He even came to my rescue after hours when my car wouldn t start!

I had a wonderful experience with Joe and his whole team yesterday. I was out in East Bay doing cake deliveries for my bakery from the valley and I was easily 2+ hours from home when my car broke down. After a very long and horrible experience waiting for a late tow truck I finally got to Joe's. He got on my car right away so I was able to get home that night to my three children. He was honest, hardworking, and friendly. I wish I lived in town because I would be a customer for life! Thank you Joe!

I love Joe's Automotive. My only hesitation in reviewing them is I don't want too many people to discover them and they get too busy! Forget the reputation of auto shops of trying to charge you more than they should, Joe's has been the opposite. I've negotiated with Joe several times to pay him MORE money, because he always helps me out even with small stuff and often doesn't want to charge me or just for the parts. Since I work in the city, I also like that I can drop it off and pick it up off hours and handle the payment over the phone. Overall, their service and skill is top notch here.

I recently had some car trouble on a highway in Benecia. I was completing the final leg of a 2000 mile drive home after exiting the Army. My oil drain plug flew off while driving. I quickly exited the highway and called a tow truck. That gentleman recommended Joe s. I called Joe s to explain my predicament and despite them being extremely busy they told me to come by. I waited in the office at Joe s with my dog for about an hour and I was greeted by friendly staff and customers constantly. The lady at the front desk talked with me and was very nice and warm. I asked her if I should book a hotel room and she insisted that they would look at my car out front because the bays were full. 10 minutes later and my plug and oil was replaced. I cannot say how much it meant to get timely and friendly (and extremely cheap) service. Huge supporter of the troops as well. Thanks Joe s!

Joe's Automotive Repair is the type of old school automotive shop this world needs. Joe came out to my house to help me try and fix my car. When I could no longer solve the issue Joe treated me fairly and worked with me and my issues even delivering my car to my house when he was done. All at a very fair price. I tell everyone, even folks from other states how well Joe treats his clients and he knows his way around a car. I can't recommend this place enough. Its good to know that there are still good car mechanics out there.

Joe is honest and has provided great timely service of my automobiles for over the last 20 years. I don't trust anyone else with my automotive repairs. I refer everyone who wants a reliable auto mechanic who won't rip you off, to Joe. Joe's Automotive Repairs is the best in the business. It is easy to see why this shop wins all the best business awards.

Joe's Automotive is a fantastic place to bring your vehicle when it needs any type of service or repair. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job here. Have only had positive experiences here. I highly recommend this automotive repair shop to everyone.

Joe is THE man. He went above and beyond for my car and works well though any condition the car is in. He works super quickly, but takes time to make sure the job is well done. I will definitely be coming to him from now on. No other mechanic could ever compare. Good vibes all around. Thank you Joe !

Joe and his crew helped me when I had a terrible time smogging my car. It was quite an ordeal but Joe wouldn't give up. This kind of service is rare these days and it made me feel that they cared. His office manager is a delight. When I was worried, and waiting for my car, she was there to cheer me up !

I've been hearing loud grinding noises from my car for a few months now (I had just bought this car used), took it to pep boys and jiffy lube, talked to a few people, did some research, no one knew what it was. So I thought I better take it to a real shop. Joe test drove it, heard all the noises I was. He got right on it, and now she's purring like a kitten again, no more noises. I will definitely be bringing all my cars back here. He really cares about the people and the cars, he's not there to rip you off, but to make your cars run like they should be! Decent prices and AAA approved and even offers a AAA discount.

I have been a customer at Joes for a few years and am very happy with the work and the service. They go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied ad q customer. The mechanics are knowledgeable, the shop is clean, prices are good and you are treated like a person not a number.

Worst experience I ve ever had. Basically held my car hostage as they told me next week about 6Times. Then proceeds to tell me I Am only paying for labor anyways Rude, unprofessional and completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs:

Amazing service! Went in with some wrong info about what was broken. Joe found what actually needed fixing, fixed it quickly and then cleaned my headlights for me when I came to pick it up.
