Great service! Friendly staff.Update: They are great! The manager and one guy were there alone today (everyone else called in sick) and they were so positive and efficient nonetheless. Explained everything very well. This is my second time going and I'll definitely go back!

Marlo s a solid guy. He explained why my air filter needed replacing and pointed out how corroded my battery was. Fixed it right up. I wouldn t have even known if he hadn t said anything. I came for just a quick oil change, but I m glad I went for the other services he recommended. All done in way less time than I expected too! I m definitely coming back to this spot. Nice discounts as well.

I accidentally locked my van in front of there place they helped as best they could to get in there with me then provided a ride to my home where I have an extra set thank u so much for u care and service you guys are the best!!! Employee MARK and DANNY helped me out I normally see MARK and has always provided the best care he is awesome!!

The employee that helped me was giving me attitude and acting like a smart a**, a month later my car starts leaking oil and I take it in to get it checked out and they said the oil filter was put on incorrectly and it costed me $280 on top of the $220 I had already spent on the oil change. Avoid jiffy lube go to a mechanic or change your oil at home.

First come first serve. Great place. Ask about or Google coupons to save money. I usually get a decent deal. Workers are very friendly.

Extremely slow due to dropping two other customers engine oil caps in the engine bay. Also the staffs communication is quite gruff.

They were busy so I had to wait a little while. But not long. A very nice gentleman greeted me at my car. Super friendly. Told me what they would work on and about how long it would take and showed me where I could wait. While my car was being worked on another super nice young man came and showed me my air filter and what it looked like to give me the option of what I would like to do (change it, keep it, etc). During the service they even washed my windows and gave a quick vacuum to my car. Fun surprise! They checked me out quickly and efficiently and I was on my way.Service: Oil change

Flawless experience, told everyone I spoke to today. Came in for fluid check up/ top off before longer trip. The individuals that were taking care of me extremely courteous, efficient, explained what was being done, oil was topped of and tire pressure checked / adjusted, all while you're sitting in the car. Even if my car was not serviced by Jiffy in the past I only paid for whatever was being topped off my bill was less than 3 dollars. Overall very impressed.

Daniel and Nathan were very Professional and Through when it came to servicing my vehicle! I appreciate their Professionalism and attention to detail! They made sure also I received my Military discount and thanked me for my service! Salute to these guys and the rest of the staff at this Jiffy Lube location!

I took my car in to have my oil changed. The staff were very courteous, polite and professional. I LOVE my car and am meticulous about its care and cleanliness. Without even being asked the staff put down paper mats, wiped down every trace of a smudge they may have left behind, even on the door handles. They also held open doors for me and made sure I had a comfortable place to wait. Truly superior service!Service: Oil change

The guys that work here are always so nice. They remind you that they offer top offs and never seem bothered. As a female, I find it refreshing that I can go into a store like this and the men aren t weird. All employees say bye when it s your time to go which makes you feel special. They get my oil change done super quick too. Definitely recommend this place!Service: Oil change

I have used this location for oil changes for the last couple of years. I used to go to a variety of places for oil changes but this location has always been courteous and efficient and there is really no reason for me to look elsewhere any longer. I've been a jiffy lube customer for years and most recently moved and now using the Columbus location. Nice team, was taken care of swiftly, and appreciated how polite the team was. Keep it up! I brought both of my vehicles in for an oil change and cabin filter change in the same day. I was greeted promptly by the technician. I was asked a series of questions of what type of service I was needing then escorted to the waiting room. The service on each vehicle only took approx. 20 min. It seemed pretty fast.I was informed on what type of additional services that was recommended. Upon completion I was explained to about the services that was done.When I was leaving the technician said to his crew"customer leaving " and all the crew said "goodbye!". I thought that was pretty cool. The only bad thing was, I've been going to this same shop for several years and one of my vehicles use High Milage oil and they stopped carrying that item. They gave me a different option, but I preferred the High Milage oil. Over all excellent service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Great service! Pep boys overbooked appointments so I went to jiffy lube. Fast and professional and they tightened down my mudflaps that were coming a little loose in addition to the oil change. Don t normally tip for service on my car but they were worth it.

I have been visiting this jiffy lube for a couple of years now. I had 1 poor experience previously at the start of the pandemic last year...but the manager was able to work with me and dissolved the situation. I really appreciate that leadership reached out to me immediately after that situation. It is clear to me that customer service is a priority at this location. The staff is helpful, respectful, friendly, and very quick service! Andrew checked me in on my last visit, and he was very attentive to my needs. Each time I visit, I am offered water, wifi, and a seat. This location does get busy on the weekends, but during the week (especially the early afternoon or mornings) you are in and out! I will definitely continue to give my business and support.Service: Oil change

But, politeness, humility, nice attitude, and just caring sincerely for my service needs are exteremely the qualities I seek in a business. What a great experience - pulled up, waited about 15 minutes for the fellow in front of me to have his truck serviced - then it was my turn. 20 minutes later I was done. They honored my coupon I got through my email ($20 off for synthetic oil). They were professional, efficient and friendly. This is the Jiffy Lube to go to.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came in on a Sunday, waiting for my turn, greeted by one of their techs and started their usual pre check of my car. It went fine with all recommendations and offered their tap off policy which is always included. Overall experience is nice, staff are polite and always professional. Kudos to all JiffyLube Benecia crew.. you guys are awesome!!!Service: Oil change

I've been coming here for years for the 3 cars we have, mostly for oil change. I usually call ahead to ask how long the wait is, and overall, the service is good. They used to top-off all fluid, but jiffy lube had stopped that. I also learned to asked them to not pull out the air filter since my brother does that for me. Overall, it's great for oil change!

The technicians at the Jiffy Lube location in Benicia on Columbus Parkway were both courteous and professional. I had questions regarding the difference between the three different types of oil changes available and he answered every one of them. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes. Went in for an oil change , was told my car was ready, got in to leave and all my lights on the dash came on , there was no oil pressure. I told the worker and he said I'm not sure why it's doing that it should reset if u drive around , but i refused to leave til they checked it out. Come to find out my car had No oil. After they figured that out I was very disappointed in the service , they acted like I was being a pain. Also my tire pressure lights came on because they adjusted my tires they said the pressure was right must be my sensors. Just had new ones put on last year . I said forget it I will have my husband fix them . Very disappointed in the service. They also said the vacuumed inside but they did not touch the inside.Just glad I knew enough to know that there was a problem and didn't believe what they were saying and insisted they check my car before I leave . If not I would have blown my engine.Service: Oil change
