The gentleman at the counter was really helpful and got my tire fixed even though it was so close ton closing time . Young lady in there was also nice and helpful. Exceptional service you can tell these people care about you and genuinely want to help. Thanks

I stopped by my local Big O store to check tire pressure on my car.The first person that I crossed paths with was Craig. He was very friendly, greeted me with a smile and was more than willing to quickly check my tires. While checking themHe explained what to look for as far as wear of your tires. During this conversation I inquired about replacing the two front tires of my car as I always error on the side of caution. Craig took the time to find the tires and get them ordered. I was informed of their arrival and made plans to drop the car off for installation. The car was finished earlier than promised, and the entire transaction was friendly, professional, and prompt. Craig is a great asset to Big O Tires, and in a world of hurry up and wait, I appreciate the time he took with me.

Good turnaround on walk-in service to repair a tire puncture. They were clearly busy, but worked in this small job in a relatively short turnaround. I had tires replaced on my other car before and the service quality was excellent.

This place always has the best service. They inspect your tires and provide honest responses. I am always impressed with their customer service especially since this is such a high volume shop. The representative Bradley was very pleasant and helpful as I had my car serviced. It s employees like these that make customers want to return and trust their cars with their company.

I've been going to this location for roughly 7 years. Mostly oil changes and tires. Everybody is always very nice and professional. Service is adequate .I have an experience that really stands out though. My Volvo had broken down. They looked it over and advised me on their recommended course of action, which wasn't with BigO.I respected their professionalism and ability to send me elsewhere because they couldn't provide the services I needed.For that I have made a conscious effort to return.

Stick to the tire service - it's in their name! DON'T let them do your brakes - They refuse to change pads without also doing rotors. 3 of my 4 rotors were in perfect shape but they tried to upsell me on a $1,100 job. (Corporate policy??) $93 brake pads from O'Reiily's and one afternoon with the car on jacks and job done.

Happy with my customer service but not happy with the time it took to get the service done. I dropped my car off around 8:45am and it wasn t completed until 2:30ish.I was told the tires were in stock and there wasn t a need for an appointment. I expected it to take about 4 hours (beyond reasonable for a simple tire swap and alignment) but was waiting more about 6.5-7.5 hours.Once again. My salesman was great, but given the cost of everything and time spent waiting, it s probably best to go elsewhere.

Patched up a hole in my tire right before closing. $45 on the dot. The employees were friendly and inviting. Second car they ve fixed of mine and still not disappointed! Definitely will come by with whatever I have next.

I waited over 7 hours for my car. I went in for a simple tire change and wheel alignment. They claimed my car was skipped and reassured me my car would be next in line. Next in line lasted over 3 hours! Worst service I ve ever received. All I got was a We re sorry I will be contacting corporate and this entire franchise has lost a customer.

Had a problem happen during my tire rotation and balance. Big O stood behind their work and made things right. Dave lead mechanic did excellent job correcting problem. Will be back for tires.

We were on a long road trip heading north on Friday when we developed a tire problem just as a winter storm was moving in. The guys at Benicia Big O were great! They fixed the problem fast and we were over the mountains just ahead of the big snowfall. They were friendly, professional, and speedy. Thank you for fitting us in - we really appreciate it! Highly recommended!

Tony and the team in Benicia were top notch professionals with an emphasis on customer care. We walked in at 5:15 and they were able to replace my flat by 6:00. We were from out of town and I would highly recommend this team to locals and visitors. Thank you! Five star service.

Very disappointed. Schedule a 10 AM appt for my chevelle to get an alignment. Waited almost an hour before going inside to inquire why it was taking so long. I was then informed they didn t have the proper amount of shims for the job. So no one bothered to come tell me and instead let me wait and waste my time. I then called to complain to be told there was a teacher who needed her car done first so they handled hers and mine would be waiting. When i scheduledthe appt i let them know i would be with the car waiting the entire time so do not think i am dropping the car to be at your leisure. Still this happened, unprepared and unprofessional.Do not go here - very unprofessional

Looked like they were closing up for the day. I drove a long way from work in pouring rain knowing I have a bald tire & 1 with a screw in it. Won't have the funds for new tires until March. Kinda scary for an old lady driving home. Robert took the time to put air in my tires and I am so grateful. He seemed happy to help me even though the lights were off & I supose he was headed home. This is the kind of company I want to do business with. Thank you Robert.

Place can get pretty busy any day of the week, so goes great business. They shopped around for me and with an end of year promotion got me 4 new tires 1/2 the price. Had me swapped out quick. Thanks Craig and team!

I had a great experience. I had made the appointment for the wrong day but the associate was very gracious and kind not pushing the issue. He got me in for the service and faster than expected! I always have good experiences at big O tires

Had a blow out on the freeway and got towed to this location. Craig was so nice :) super helpful and informative on that tire and my 2 front tires. They were super busy but Craig and Fidel got me in and out. I really appreciate them both since I live so far from Benicia. Thank you both so much!

I left my car here to get new tires. They called me later to let me know that they lost my car key. I had to make a trip back to drop off my extra key just to see the guy finding the lost key on one of the desks. I went back home and got a call later that my car is ready. When I arrived at the store, my car was still up on the lift! I had to wait another 30 minutes. Not a good experience with this location.

Came back to Big O- Benicia since I had road hazard coverage on my tire. I was told to come in, in person to schedule fixing/replacing the tire. Docking 1 point to have to come in to make an appt, could have been done over the phone. I could have sent a pic of the rim & tire damage via text, etc.Was told that the tire was ordered and would arrive next day. Bradley helped me with the appt, and said he would call me once the tires came in. He called next day and so I had AAA tow my car to get the tire repair done. I was glad to be out within 1.5 hours as I had another appt to go to.

Skip this place. They royally messed up my Dad's brakes when he was visiting from out of town a few years ago. I hadn't been back until recently when I just needed one tire replaced. Made an appointment for 11:30am. Showed up on time and got the car checked in. I went for a walk and a bite to eat. When I got back at 1pm the car hadn't been touched. I was told there were still three cars ahead of mine. So much for making an appointment I'll go back to "The Shop". Never had a problem there.

Craig at Big O Tires saved our trip!! We had a problem with our car on the way to the Bay Area from Sacramento. He helped us out and got us back on the road within 30-40 minutes. We literally would have been stuck without his kindness. Thank you for caring about people!

Reluctantly went to see about buying new tires, from several friends, was advised to stay away from them. Over priced, will try to add more needed repairs than needed Poor follow up, will haggle on warrantys. I have not seen any of this. I recommend Big O Tire in benicia to all .

Outstanding service at this Big O.They went above and beyond even what I would expect from a fancy boutique shop.They gave me fastest turn around time quote in town and then completed work ahead of schedule anyway!
