Brian and the team over there did an amazing job and honestly saved my day. My car had some issues going over the bridge and they fixed me up and had me back on the road in 10 mins. I can t thank their team enough! Very trustworthy and empathetic. I can t say enough nice things about them. Highly recommend

Great place for advice in buying a car! They looked at a Baby Bleu Mini Cooper, 2009, they checked all mechanic issues and left me happy and now I have a good car!

So I have been bringing my vehicles to Alex's Automotive for 20+ years and have always had honest and good services - they do their best to help you "prevent" expensive repairs if at all possible. I had a couple of things which needed repair. I was told it would most likely take a few days. They had the repairs completed in a day. I was also driven home and picked up. Very pleased with the service!

This place was the worst. I decided to go there because of the good reviews. All I needed was an oil change and fluids topped off. When I brought my car in I was out of window wash fluid. The next day, $75 later I realized I still had no windshield wash fluid. I called and brought my car back in and the same employee walked past me to put the fluid in and past me again when he was done. He never looked at me and never appologized. Unbelievable !! The ONLY good thing I have to say is the front gal was very nice and apologetic. Do not trust these people!

First time using this company after my long term mechanic of near 30 years retired. This family owned and operated company in Benicia were great. No hidden costs or fees and the customer service is way above what is considered to be normal. They even topped off the non essential fluids as a consideration. I will definitely use them again with 100% confidence.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Alex's Automotive is the best in the bay area. They can work on any make or model vehicle. The mechanics know their stuff, are professional and the price is reasonable. The customer service is second to none and will actually call you beforehand if additional repairs are needed. The most important thing about Alex's Automotive is they're honest, trustworthy and stand behind their work. In these uncertain times, we need an auto repair service that we can trust. Alex is my go-to guy for auto maintenance. He spiffed up my '99 Forester so I could pass it on to my son. I'm sure that car will go another 100K miles with the work he did. I bought a new Forester and Alex installed custom fog lights and Hella horns. Very well done and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience!!! Five star service!! Pulled off the freeway after hearing a wierd noise coming from my Honda Fit while driving. Turns out the previous place I had taken my car had lost the screws to my skid plate, and it was barely hanging on. The staff at Alex's Automotive were very friendly, and courteous, outstanding customer service!!! They were able to look at my car immediately, and fixed the problem within 10 mins, and free of charge.Thanks Guys!!! I'll be bringing my car here from now on!

We've had an annoying recurring problem with the ignition and finally got the car to Alex's with the warning lights still on. This pointed them in the right direction and they quickly figured out the problem and solved it. Yet another example of their ability to take care of our cars and the reason why we only use Alex's to maintain our cars. Friendly, quick, and cost effective!

Trustworthy and friendly, I have always been able to rely on Alex's for repairs and maintenance. They take the time to explain things to me and help me prioritize maintenance items without selling unnecessary services. Highly recommend!
