I was really pleased with the service at ABC Muffler and Hitch. It's managed and owned by Steven, who gave a fair quote and stuck to his quote. I had a couple shops turn me down for the hitch install on my 1995 F250, but ABC got it done clean. Thanks to Ricky, too, who did much of the work, and shares my enthusiasm for combustion.I also saw some high-end stainless exhaust that Steven fabricated for a custom Volvo with an LT1 that was stunning to look at, and sounded even better. Anyhow, I'm happy to recommend this shop.

ABC was highly recommended by another autoshop. Steve welded an adjustment bracket for me on my vehicle. Great job and very reasonable price.

The owner, Steve, is super kind and helpful. I had a catalytic converter badly damaged by some vandals and he was able to repair it. The prices are very fair and the workmanship is great. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle.

Excellent service. They treat you with respect , quote you honest competitive prices and stay in touch with you to keep you up to date on your vehicle. Had my catalytic converter stolen on my RV and the owner Steve was great. He took care getting me a California Compliant replacement and did a great job on my RV. I highly recommend this business for any of your muffler needs

Super fair, installed hitch on Mustang Mach E and Mazda CX-5. Same day install BUT I always called before to make an appointment. I bought my hitches on etrailer. Very happy with the result. Thanks!

I had my catalytic converter stolen and Steve at ABC worked with my AAA insurance adjuster and was able to get it replaced in a week. ABC has always been a quality shop for mufflers and hitches wouldn t go anywhere else. They also work with the customer to get the best deal and provide all the options

I have just talked on the phone with Steve about my catalytic converter that got stolen out of my Prius. He has been extremely helpful in getting information about my options for the car. I am looking to take my car to this shop hopefully to get fixed up!

Steve is transparent and honest about EVERYTHING. He managed my expectations, communicated with me at every stage, and was gracious and patient while we waited on insurance (thankfully everything worked out). 7 out of 7 would recommend for all muffler needs.Editing for recent update: I had an issue trying to get a smog check done because my car's check engine light illuminated frequently. Steve and his team said they would look into it, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. Another 7 out of 7!!!

I am so grateful to this shop! I was told $6800 by the Honda dealership and then Steven at ABC Muffler quoted me about $1200 by phone. He had the parts in stock and the job was done super quick. When I went to pick up my car the final bill came out to be even less, UNDER $1000!!!

My catalytic converter was nearly stole, about a week ago. Although I was fortunate enough to not have it taken, however there was quite an amount of damage done to the undercarriage pipe. I was referred herefrom Broadway Auto, in Vallejo. Steve was extremely helpful, very empathetic, and just an all around good person. He, not only described what he could do to fix my pipe, but he also informed me on what he can do to make it more difficult for it to be stolen, if it occurred again. In the end, he fixed my pipe, reinforced it, and gave me a GREAT price. I wouldn't have expected the price that he gave me, especially in Benicia. But I would not have minded paying more with the expertise and professionalism that he showed me throughout the process. Much Appreciate!!

Had trailer wiring done on my Jeep - Steve was a big help with giving me part numbers I could order on Amazon - All installed Professionally , Timely and at a reasonable price - I would definitely recommendABC Muffler & Hitch - A Truly 5 Star Business

Really good people and reasonable rates. A very professional shop that knows their business.I would definitely come here first, and I will eventually be able to have all of my cars refitted with exhaust systems here.Jeff was willing to work with my budget and gave me different options to accommodate me.The other guy was very helpful too, I just don't remember his name.

Took a truck to Jeff to have new cat back exhaust done. He did such a masterful job on it that I took my other truck to have a stainless steel system put in. Bends were perfect, welds were perfect and they both look fantastic!! Love true quality craftsmanship and this is the place!

I had a project that was a little different and I went to ABC Muffler's website and based on the pictures I knew I found 'car guys'. When I met Jeff and Briar in person I wasn't disappointed; both very pleasant and professional.They put my car up on the rack and we went over what I wanted to change out on my exhaust system and within minutes I had an estimate and in a week's time I had an appointment (mutually satisfactory time frame).The job is just as we'd planned, they made some mid-course corrections that worked out better as they went along and they stayed right on the mark with the cost.I am very pleased.

Service was great and made my Dodge Charger sound like it deserves. They removed components installed by a pervious owner as well. Good people and great job. Highly recomended.

Took my recent project 1983 BMW 533i to ABC Mufflers in Benicia and both Jeff and Stephen took great care of me! I m in the car industry and have a couple of other toys so because of my awesome first experience with these great professionals I will use them from now on and spread the good word!Thanks Jeff & Stephens.

I'm so glad I found this place! My Catalytic Converter was stolen and they were able to replace it and add a protection cover for way less than the other places I got quotes from! Plus he sells the cover himself so I got it done same day

I needed a special modification to my Heater tube on my Foxbody, 4 local shops refused to do! Steve listened and did an excellent Job. I could not be any happier. Very, very Professional and treated me not like a customer but like a Good friend. Highly recommend This place!!!!!!!!!

I came here to get a frame welded. Just a simple weld, that's all. The guy told me that they'd have it welded and to come back in 2 days. I came back 2 days later and the frame was in the original place they stored it. They never even touched it! The only thing they told me was "oops". You're telling me you had 2 days to do one little weld, and you just forgot about it??? They didn't even bother to make things right. I just took the broken frame and left. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME.

Very disappointed. Customers appear to be there for their convenience. I''d previously used them but this time they kept the car for a day and a half then called to say that it was going to be a hard job so they didn't want to do it. I had booked the car in a week earlier, there was no problem, they asked me to get it in early so they could have it all day but I couldn't so dropped it at lunch and said they could keep overnight if necessary. They agreed and comnitted to update me after the first day, (they didn't) and in the end, didnt even look at the car until mid-afternoon on the second day when they called me with the news. Bottom line they pick and choose, they said they got busy and from my perspective it seems that if it's easy money or they need the work they will do it, but if it's a little complicated or they get busy they have no problem droping you and wasting your time.

Got.my tools stolen and the trucks cat. I was in and out in 3 hours and they got me back in business highly recommend especially if you have a Larger truck.
