Exceptional service from start to finish! My experience at Spiteri s was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I stepped in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. So glad to have such a great local Auto shop near by. The techs and staff are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful, always taking care of my car & looking out for me! The only shop I ve trusted for many years & happy to recommend to my friends & family. High quality work & fast turnaround time, they also have complimentary shuttle service for their customers. This s a family owned business & conveniently located behind El Camino :)

Able to make an appointment on short notice. Car shuttle service was professional and safe both trips. Communication in person and on phone was professional, friendly, courteous, prompt, clear and accurate. Service was thorough, prompt and almost complete, (forgot to install new wipers I provided). Waiting area clean & comfortable. Will definitely continue to use their services.

I recently had a great experience at Spiteri s. The service was top-notch. I'm impressed with the staff especially with Lawrence and Tom who were very prompt and incredibly helpful. I've used Spiteri's serveral times, though it is not the closest service shop to me. I use it because of the professional and friendly service, the convenience of after hours drop off, and the abiity to make an appointment for service. In addition, there are never any surprise charges. After my vehicle is examined, the mechanic will call before providing any service I didn't explicitly ask for. The mechanic also gives a professional opinion about how important any extra services would be, whether they can wait, and if so, for how long.

Extremely professional and helpful. The did a thorough pre purchase inspection with a 30 minutes notice, and I left really happy with their service. Waiting lobby is very comfortable with water, coffee, tea, magazines and INCREDIBLY comfortable chairs. Highly recommend.

This was my second time at this auto shop, and I ve decided to choose here over the Volkswagen dealer for my Passat care.The staff is super friendly. They provide shuttle service too and from the location which is unusual. And, I even got to use a 15% off coupon that my husband found in the mail. Win. Win. Win.I d highly recommend this shop for your car service.

I ve taken our cars to Spiteri s for years. I always appreciate their good service. But beyond that they are always willing to help. On Thursday I was getting ready to go on a trip in my motorhome to get some work done on it and a valve on the rear time came off. I called Spiteris for help and they took me right in and worked on the tire until they could find a valve so i could do my drive and make my appointment. That s why I continue to use them, not only for good work when you come in, but the work they did Thursday was way beyond that.

I've had a lot of work done on my 1998 truck at Spiteri's over the years, and everything is always First-Rate! Lawrence is 109% on top of his customer contact game: knowledgeable, personable, and a real good communicator. Auto labor costs in the Bay Area have gone up a lot in the last 10-12 years, but like they say, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't go anywhere on the mid-Peninsula for auto repair but Spiteri's!

Spiteri's did an excellent, excellent job diagnosing and fixing a very unusual, unique problem with my 2006 Honda Civic. They definitely went the extra mile and exceeded my expectations. Everyone I dealt with was customer focused and easy to work with. I am extremely pleased with Spiteri's Auto Service.

Here s the thing: I don t necessarily rely on the first business I learn about when researching a service. I shop around for pricing, service, and location. I take all these factors into account when going with a business. All that being said I would tell my loved ones based in San Francisco to bring their car here. I would tell anyone interested in working with kind people who do good work to bring their car here. The Spiteri s team was friendly, helpful, and extremely fastidious with the details of the smog inspection done on my car. I plan on having major service to my car done at Spiteri s hereafter!

I brought my 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT in this week to get a coolant leak checked out. They were transparent throughout the entire process and the work they did was fantastic. I ultimately had to get the radiator and hoses replaced and they had it done the next day. They always do awesome work and I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!

I was referred to Spiteri s by 2 friends and a relative. Spiteri s did not disappoint especially Chris who s well versed about the problem we re having with our car. As it turned out, he knew our problem is most likely covered by an MBZ recall and guided us to the proper action to take thereby saving us a couple of thousands in repair cost. Will definitely come back for our other repair needs.

Hands down the best auto shop!Very professional, honest, and fair prices!I had an appointment for a smog, walked in and they took care of me right away. It took less than 20 mins, in and out. I recommend this auto shop! I will be coming back for future maintenance.

Love using Spiteris- we ve been taking our cars there for more than 15 years. They are extremely thorough. I just took my 4Runner in and they noticed the light for the rear license was out. That s the detail they do when they inspect. Very good service

Each time I ve gone into Spiteri s, my needs have been met, and Lawrence listens fully to what they are before letting me know what is needed to accomplish them.If what I need isn t in stock, Lawrence finds it, orders it, and sets up an appointment at my convenience to have the work done.The needed work is done in a timely manner, and I leave, knowing I ll go back again for my future needsThanks Spiteri s, and a special thanks to Lawrence Escobar

Staff very friendly and professional. My car horn did not work and was affecting the alarm. They took care of the problem on the day I brought car in for diagnosis and even reprogramed my Toyota car key. Very happy with service.

The best auto service I've ever experienced with very friendly and professional people such as Lawrence and Liz. Spiteri's is my go to service station for my next smog inspection and whatever repairs I would have for my vehicles. I think the staff is credible and dedicated in serving customers. Family owned, very friendly staff, got a discount on my smog check and I wasn't even a regular customer. Sean took care of us and they even have free wifi, free cookies and coffee, the check took 30 minutes, the restroom was immaculately clean, and Sean and all the staff smiled.

I highly recommend Spiteri's. I went in for new brakes, shocks, an axle, and new headlights. They quoted reasonable prices and finished the work in a timely manner. They explained everything thoroughly and were very honest in the quoted work. The staff was helpful and pleasant to work with. I'll definitely be back here for service on my car (beats the Toyota dealer down the street).
