I know why they call it Brothers because Mohammad really makes you feel like he s helping you like your brother would The garage is very clean and organized. The work is done in a timely fashion with emphasis on quality and affordability. I m super happy I found a mechanic I can trust and rely on to help keep my Fiat 500 in great condition. I d like to share my great experience with this autoshop! My car had troubles with its alternator and battery. Ahmad helped me diagnose my car by double checking everything like breaks, fluids, battery, alternator, etc. They called me; provided details and pictures prior to proceeding to fixing its troubles. My alternator had to be changed and it has life time warranty. I d recommend this for anyone who needs support with this auto problems.

You found this review for a reason. Book your appointment now. Dont waste your time searching any further. Brother's Auto Masters is truly amazing and Manager Mohammed is a blessing! I was in Belmont for business. At 4pm when I got into my car to leave my location. I got a notification that my battery needed to be replaced and the car hestitated to start. This was a message I had seen received many times but never experienced any issues, so I would always ignore it. I decided not to ignore it this time and went to Auto Zone to buy the battery I needed. After getting the battery. I asked the auto zone employee if he knew of any mechanic shops in the area, as I wasnt familar with the area. He advised me to drive up old county rd. Which was about a block away from auto zone. So I made it to old county road and there were plenty of auto shops along the entire street for about 1 mile. None that looked pleasant or welcoming. As they were all dirty on the outside with junk cars parked on the curbs and blocking the store front. I stopped at 2 shops randomly that looked the most decent and both shops told me they didnt have time because they were about to close. Since it was almost 4:30As I got towards the end of the road. Passing up almost all the auto shops. I passed Mohammed shop Brother's Auto Masters and got a quick glance of the inside mechanic area through the garage door that was open, as i was driving pass. I immediately pulled over and backed up. The shop is immaculate on the exterior and just as clean on the inside.When I walked in. I was greeted by Mohammed and he introduced himself. I asked if he had time to replace a car battery for my Range Rover. Even though he was busy and working on another vehicle. He walked to my car to make sure I purchased the correct battery. After he confirmed the battery. He took my keys and immediately backed my car in the shop. He told me to give him about 30 minutes. I went to the waiting area. Where I was offered any drink I wanted from the fridge. I grabbed a Gatorade and Sparkling water. That made my day because you can barely find a cup of water at most auto shops. There was a nice TV with Netflix on for guest to use but I worked on my laptop while I waited and checked the plaques on the wall.After about 10 minutes of waiting. Mohammed comes in to show me what killed my battery over time. I purchased the car from a use car dealer a few months prior and the previous car owner had a GPS tracking device connected to the battery. Which took power from the battery even when the car was shut off. He gave me the device and told me I no longer needed it and he went back to work. 30 minutes exactly. He comes back in to tell me my vehicle was ready. He even took a little time to run a quick computer diagnostic on my car since my car required reprogramming for the new battery.As a first time customer. Mohammed even looked after me and gave me a great price for installing the battery. Way cheaper than what the other 2 shops quoted me when I asked how much they would charge to replace it.Mohammed truly went the extra mile and out of his way. To accommodate me as a last minute walk in customer. Literally 30 minutes before he was about to close and while working on another vehicle. I promise you that you won't find many or any other shops that will do what Mohammad did last minute and while already being busy. He saved me so much time and saved my weekend from having to find a random place to install my battery on a busy Saturday or Sunday. Forever thankful and found myself a new mechanic.You can tell Mohammad has a true love for cars and he has great energy. The waiting area has plenty of plaques and certification and a few cool pictures of Mohammed with cool race cars and cool cars in general. Mohammed truly loves what he does and you will definitely be in good hands when trusting him with your vehicle. Schedule an appointment now, you won't regret.

Had an amazing experience twice in the same week. The first was incidental, I had a flat tire after a day of teaching at Design Tech High School, and I had to find the nearest shop. Mohammed went above and beyond, helped diagnose the cause and also me get the tire replaced in time for me to get home to teach a 5pm yoga class. I was so impressed with the quality and diligence of the service that I returned 4 days later to get my oil and filter changed on the car, which once again was a seamless and top-notch experience. Needless to say, I think I ll be a regular here.

By far the best mechanics I ve been to. Super local and always gets it done in a timely manner. I didn t feel like I was getting the runaround and he definitely knew what he was talking about. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. he also services all of my company vehicles, and I ve never been disappointed.

I ve been bringing my car to Brothers Auto Masters for a while now, and I ve had a great and personal experience every time. Their work is top notch, the turnaround is speedy, and they remember me like I m a friend every time I come in. Twice, now, I ve had to bring my BMW M5 because of odd mechanical issues, and they ve been completely accommodating each time. I always feel confident and comfortable when I bring my car here, and I think you will, too. Perfect 5 stars from me!

It is hard to find good honest tech s, I gave them an Electric Problem,When it comes to electrical, electronics, and wiring on the today cars. This can be a very big headache for a tech, Brothers Auto Masters is a very clean repair shop even their tooling is put away after working on auto s. The team work hard and fixed the my truck back to normal. I know in my heart now they are the best shop around the Bay Area, The team is a family run business and works hard. I can say this this for sure, did a great job. price to repair my truck is great too, I paid the job because this team knowledge what they are doing in the first place. Experience and knowledge is here and true auto repair masters professionals. They earn the pay and stand behind it.THANK YOU

Very helpful, friendly staff, takes time to explain what it is that they are repairing. Very professional, honest, and fair prices! My 2007 Camry is running smoothly after my motor mount replaced. Mohammad and Ahmed are by far one of the best shops and people that i know. I trusted them to perform all my maintenance and modifications on my 2013 m5. Always treated me like family with very fair pricing( sometimes underpriced) for the job they do. Very grateful for them. 10/10 recommended for anyone needing work done on their performance vehicles!

Brought my Cadi to Brothers and, hands down, this is definitely the best mechanic I ve found in California! They ve helped me a few times now and consistently do really good work plus always gotten my car back to me with a quick turn around what s not to love?! Solid pricing and just really good, heart-centered people. True gem of a find!

This is a great business and Mohammed and his father are excellent mechanics. My Hyundai needed an emergency repair after some hoses and gaskets failed. These guys not only had my car done within a day and running better than it has in years, but Mohammed was the most pleasant and transparent mechanic I have ever dealt with in 25 years of driving. He provided full explanations of everything, with pictures and video included, and explained things to me in a way I could understand easily. He is personable in a way that almost every other mechanic I have ever dealt with was not. Not only was my car fixed expertly, but I understand the vehicle much better than before which is very helpful for someone like me who is not mechanically inclined by nature or experience.Whether you need regular maintenance or an emergency repair, I wholeheartedly recommend this great family-run business for your car needs. I live three hours away but will absolutely be taking my car here in the future when I visit my family in the Bay Area.Thanks again Mohammed for your work and professionalism!

Brilliant service I have ever had in Belmont. This is my first time going to Brothers Auto Masters since they opened and I m sure it s not going to be my last. The quality of service I received was outstanding and the clarity on the repair was honest. I received my car back on time which is very important to me. Very fast and reasonable price. If you need any work done on your vehicles I would highly recommend Brother's Auto Master. They provided great service at a great price. Provided me with pictures of what needed to be done and a clear explanation costs for parts and labor. Great service and excellent workmanship in a timely manner.

Let me first start off by saying I take crazy pride and care with my car. Even to the point where for the smallest and simplest things sometimes I ll take it to the dealer for repairs or get dealer parts for the things I can do. So for me to try to take my car to any garage for any repairs or issues on my car is just crazy and now that it s out of dealer warranty and my dealership labor rate is crazy, (I mean, everybody s looking to save a dollar now and for a good deal ) so I checked out Brothers Auto Masters and could not have been happier. It all started with the amazing level of customer service as well as professionalism I saw first hand from any garage around I ve seen. The feeling there is like like you re walking into a dealership like shop, yet with the personalized customer service you get from an Owner/head mechanic of an independent shop. Nowadays, anywhere it seems customer service is lacking in so many ways, but I will have to say the customer service at Brothers Auto Masters is above reproach, and Mo (one of the owners and head mechanic) explained to me in detail what my issue was and why it was going on and then let me know the procedures it was going to take. He was very concise and very informative I felt completely comfortable and confident in the knowledge of the shop and their crew and how they were able to diagnose my issue and came up with a dealership like professional repair solution as well as using OEM parts. The cost was minimal compared to the other garages as well as the dealer but with the same level of service and workmanship I expect on my baby. By the end I felt like I was treated like a long time family friend. The shop is amazingly clean a nice waiting room with refreshments and everybody there is so nice and pleasant . Now no matter what this is my garage. Why would I go spend 2 to 3 times the money at a dealership when I can get the same level of service And feel like a true customer and client. Thank you so much Brothers Auto Masters. I really appreciate the level of service and quality workmanship you provide. And I was very impressed that you took care of my car just as , careful, and cautious as I do. To me that s everything. The car came back perfect clean and serviced. Thank you
