Terrific experience with AW Collision and Adan who assisted me, and refused to charge me for cleaning up /polishing a rear bumper on which paint transfer had occurred after an unfortunate "collision" with another vehicle on I280. Not only is the clean up conducted perfect, but the level of insights/advice provided showcased their flawless knowledge of body repair work. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else should I need such services in the future.

Be Afraid Be very afraid.....To take it anywhere else..lolThey are the Truth!! I took my CLS63 to them and I'm so glad I did! If you want your vehicle repaired the correct way in a timely manner this is the place. Super friendly and professional staff. Adon, who assisted me kept me updated on everything, made me relax knowing its in good hands. Also my biggest concern was that it has a specialty paint from Mercedes that they matched perfectly. I will update to 5 star after I return for completion, due they forgot to replace engine seal and headlight(found to be still damaged from accident after repair). Still will be the goto here further. I have found AW collision through BMW certified repair center, had to replace my bumper due to an accident that was not my fault.James and team gave me a written estimate and pictures and worked with the at fault party insurance to make sure they repair my car with genuine bmw parts.Although insurance sometimes is stingy the team at AW collision is able to negotiate with them to ensure the e car is repaired with genuine parts.Since my car was drivable I kept it until they ordered the parts some of which they had ordered from germany.After the parts arrived I dropped off the car.Despite they found more things to repair after they removed the front bumper. They quickly ordered the parts and finished the car on time.I came to my car washed and detailed they also repaired some of the small chips on my hood. Overall was really happy!while I don t want to have any accidents again but 100% will go back if I do.

Encountered a very odd/unfortunate bit of damage to my bmw's carbon fiber roof from the sun reflecting off a building at work.. Fortunately, James S. at AW helped me tackle the problem step by step, starting with an attempted sanding/refinish (Sadly too damaged to salvage) which brought us to replacing the entire roof panel, which is no easy task.Throughout the process, he was extremely communicative and took great care of every detail, even tracking down supply chain backordered OEM parts and not leaving anything to chance. With the job complete, I'm super happy about my car, their work, and that I decided on them for something so intricate. Quick and Efficient work from AW Collision Belmont. I worked with James and he was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. Right from the first visit with the estimates to the the pickup, it was smooth and on time. The work itself was amazing and the car looks brand new. Would highly recommend this autobody shop. James was very helpful and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. The damages where fully restored, you cannot tell the car was involved in an accident.

Don t go this place! No one ever contact you after they take your car after 10+ days. Case manager never pick up the phone. No one ever return your message or mail. They just don t care even it is over $10,000 repair. I lease my BMW from Peter Pan, and they recommended this place. Now I hope I didn t listen to them.

Recently I was involved in a collision and needed to get some body work repairs on my BMW. I was referred to AW Collision (Belmont) by my dealership.I arrived at AW collision and was immediately impressed. It is a very well run shop. I was warmly greeted upon arrival. Within 30 minutes I had my estimate.Repairs were performed in a timely manner and my car was back on the road in a few days. All the staff I interacted with (Melissa, Brandy, Walter and Adan) were courteous and extremely professional.To be honest, I am very impressed with the repairs. It was as if there was never an issue. My car looked like it did when I originally bought it.I have no hesitation in recommending AW collision and should I ever need any work performed in the future, I will be coming back.Many thanks to you.

They got the car parts earlier than another repair shop but their service was abysmal:They told us car was ready on Monday...it wasn't.In fact, it took an extra three weeks more.Their service Department NEVER returned our calls.They would not release vehicle because insurance payment had not cleared although was confirmed.And when we finally got our car...it was missing a piece of bodywork and the car's exterior was filthy with dirt inside, dust outside and bird droppings on the roof.Terrible customer experience.

I've taken my vehicle to them several times over the years. They've done an excellent job each time. I have a unique matte paint job on my car which is not easy to maintain or work on, but they've been able to successfully bring it back to its factory luster. Their post-repair detail is also one of the best around (although they don't offer it as an a la carte service). They are the only shop I trust to work on my vehicle!

I began my service experience with Melissa. She was very organized and pleasant. Upon my return she greeted and addressed me by my name (she s a keeper). I was also helped by Brandy when Melissa was helping other customers.My service manager, Gilbert kept in touch with me, during my repairs and my Autobahn rep (Jimmy) by email. He helped me get my service completed at Autobahn after my repairs were done.Five stars!D.Banks

Professional and timely. Worked with James S. And had my 2019 2SS Camaro fixed to OEM standards. Was very good quality work even for the amount they had to do. Have recommended and will keep recommending people (who care about there car) to this auto body shop.

I had a great experience with AW Collision. The car park at SFO damaged my Mercedes. After getting multiple bids to repair the damage, I selected AW Collision as they were the most knowledgeable, accommodating and were cost competitive. Melissa and Brandy in the office were especially helpful.

Following a collision that landed our vehicle in AW Collision (MBZ Collision), our insurance company had the intention of totaling the vehicle. This was definitely not our desire. This is where the staff at the AW Collision came to the rescue and worked diligently and skillfully with the insurance company in order to save us from a financial loss. The front panel and the driver's door had to be replaced in addition to a few other incidentals (wheel,...). The main reason that it took a while for the repairs to be completed was the negotiations with the insurance company to salvage the vehicle. Gil's work to make the car look good as new is commendable and I am quite thankful to Gil and the administrative staff, Brandy & Melissa, to provide me with great service.

We have taken three of our cars here over the last two years. We started using them as they are a certified center for most European makes which means if you lease your car you will not get dinged $$$ for having an accident when you turn the car in at lease end. Melissa is alway super nice and efficient in the office, the service advisors are very good but the outstanding thing here is their level of workmanship - - top rate, could not be better. At times the insurance companies will ask you to use one of their shops which are not certified for these makes of cars, but if you insist on using Autobahn the insurance companies will comply and pick up the full tab. Would never take my car anyplace else for collision repair

I recently had my vehicle repaired after an auto collision under the care of Walter Alfaro and Melissa Huth. The process was smooth, efficient and quick. Walter is incredibly professional and respectful of his client's time. He is very quick to respond and is honest with his responses. He is familiar with the auto insurance process and advocates for his clients. I informed him of my previous nightmare experiences and he made sure that I felt comfortable and understood the process in making sure my vehicle was repaired not only in a timely manner but restored to its pre collision state. I would not hesitate to work with Walter and Melissa in the future, if needed.

I brought a car that I was thinking of purchasing here to have a professional look at it and tell me if it had been in any accidents. Ariel the estimator took the time to look at the car and give me his professional opinion, and he didn't want to take a dime from me. Awful experience. Took 15 ****ing days to fix a small scratch on my rear bumper. When I would call and ask for my representative - Gilbert - about the status, I would get promises for update emails and texts later that day that would never come.After 15 days I finally was able to pick up my vehicle, and when I did the cup holder was broken (I guess they were trying to clean the car and broke the cup holder?) and there were a few pretzel chips under my seat...Finally, the back seat had obviously been folded down, but when they put it back into place, they got the seatbelts stuck behind the seat, so they did that improperly too.Overall 0/5 if I could - incompetent staff. Paint job was good sure but it damn well should've been, took 15 days to paint a bumper...

Brought my 2017 S550 on for a new windshield, service"B", and two rear tires. From check-in to loaner car to pick up, everything was perfect. Super professional and Ernie is the best service representative they have.
