Autobahn Mercedes Benz is the best AD in the Bay Area in comparison with other MB dealer in the area. Jimmy my service adviser is very professional and polite. He took care of my exhaust valve issue under parts warranty in a timely manner. thanks to the loaner car department as well for providing me an awesome 2023 GLB AMG while my car was in the shop getting worked on. Overall the staff has been very kind and helpful. If you own a Mercedes and you want the best service for your vehicle look no further and come to Autobahn Mercedes.

Service advisor Joe is very good with good follow up and ownership, detail explanation. Service was performed as expected. Loaner car service experience could be improved. Transition to EV loaners is ongoing and processes and infrastructure are not mature yet. Getting vehicles charged more than 26% for pick up and letting people know that Mercedes default charging limit in the software is set at 50% would be critical to share when loaner is being loaned out.

The Autobahn Service Department never disappoints, and today s visit was no exception! Mark Nissan took excellent care of my car s 30,000 mile service today and gave me good advice about how long I can wait to replace my brake pads and tires. The cost was exactly the estimated price, so I can't even complain about that. Thanks, Autobahn!!

I got my Sprinter van service at Autobahn Motors in January 2024. I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. An EV drive motor was replaced under the warranty. It has taken many days to get a new parts. Ralph is always super helpful. He personally made sure all the functions working properly at the end.Unfortunately the garage was not always neat, a screwdriver was left inside the car, the service cable was exposed when the car was returned. This is not the first time to see sloppy finishes from this garage.

Kyle was very helpful given our situation. Even I didn t have appointment and Kyle able to help us same day. I was running late to another meeting so I had my son drop off the car to the service center. Kyle met with him and took care of the service. Not only that, but he also set up a loner car that I could take while my car was being serviced. 10/10 Service!Kyle is amazing person and amazing service. I m glad that I bought my car from Autobahn Mercedes and I met the amazing service advisors, Kyle.

Amazing! They did the impossible in 36 hours they were able to find all the parts needed to redo my entire Sprinter Van brake system back to the original. They went above and beyond by driving miles to other dealers and part stores to obtain every last item in order to meet MY CRAZY DEADLINES!

Skip Vaughn was very professional and helpful. I had multiple issues with my car, and he was able to troubleshoot and prioritize the issues with me. It required 2 days of work, and I was able to obtain a courtesy car, so there was never an issue of being able to commute. I am very grateful.

As usual, my advisor Luis Garcia was amazing! He managed to schedule my GLA 250 for a repair, which included picking up a part one hour away and then installing it - all while I waited. I was in and out in two hours! Incredible service!

Brought my brand new GWagon here hoping to get a good service, instead, I got misleading information regarding how long service would take - I was told it would take 1.5 hrs and it ended up staying there for 4 hours. After the 4hrs, I had to call to find out the statues of my _and my car was returned without being completed, resulting on me having to make another visit! This is in so many ways NOT what I was promised when I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty! To make matters worse, I was told by the service person, that the sales team offer many things but that aren t really available! What? Am I not dealing with the same Mercedes Benz organization? I felt scammed and would not have expected this from a company such as this!

This is my second lease from the Auto Bahn dealers and my experience has been great both times. I highly recommend John who helped me with my lease both times. John is knowledgeable, easy to work with , not pushy like a typical car salesman but knows how to give a good deal. He was patient with all my questions during and after the transaction. I highly recommend John at Auto Bahn Mercedes in the bay area.

Kyle the service adviser was great. But the technician(s) servicing the vehicle messed up and I paid for an alignment I didn't need and caused a problem I didn't have prior to my regular service visit. I went on a trip and my car vibrated and even at certain speeds was wobbling I had to leave it at a dealership 100 miles away (not safe to drive). It took four days to get my vehicle back and I had to spend another trip down and back (6 hours). I asked for a refund of the alignment and a modest amount for my time and the cost of the trip - apparently the manager of Kyle refused and only offered the refund of the alignment. I have spent over $ 150K at that dealership over many years - buying my vehicles there and overspending for their service. Needless to say I wasn't happy with the lack of concern for what I went through. I was about to decide to not use that dealership any more, but Kyle went to bat for me and got the manager finally to agree that they didn't want to lose a good customer. The Manager relented and gave me what I requested. In my humble estimation, the manager should be fired and Kyle promoted. Kyle was very professional in how he handled this.

Mark Nissin - Service Advisor was a great guy to work with. He would respond to my texts promptly.I was NOT impressed by the technician who inspected the car.He was recommending replacement of parts & services that was already done. Like replacing the battery ($309.88.) because the car is 10 yr old.(77,000 miles) A new battery was purchased from the dealership and was installed just 2 months pago. Sounds like check list to repair with prices was sent without thoroughly the car.It is not ethical for a dealership to condone such practices.Thank you.Judy
