Dealing with Ben was a Pleasure. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detailThey were one of the few shops in the entire bay area that were capable to install my ride tech lowering kit on my 2020 Ford F150 and they didn t try to take advantage of me all the while very responsive to phone and text messagingThey installed it in an incredible short time At a reasonable pricethey even fixed stuff that wasn t on the list to be done but for safety they felt it should be done no extra chargeAfter driving this new set up 600 Plus miles I am convinced I made the correct choice Using this installer and I feel like I have a brand new truck Exactly how I wanted it

This auto shop has set a new standard for customer service and care. Ben and his team are some of the best people and did everything they could to take care of me. I called them at the last minute before a road trip with a wheel bearing issue (after getting an outrageous quote from Subaru), they saw me within an hour and the car was ready to go the next day. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency. They even let me use the stethoscope to hear what was going on in my wheels! Thank you guys for being the actual best!

We're a local shop with a need to get wheel alignments on state-of-the-art equipment for our client's vehicles. ABC has only the best, with a tech specially trained to do the best alignments. Good find! Lifted my truck, my wife couldn't get in and out easily... was looking for a shop to install electric nerf step bar... no one has a schedule for me but Ben snapped his finger and made it happen with in a day! You guys are the best! I will be coming back for my exsuast too!

I reached out to Ben for help completing the installation of an Edlebrock Supercharger in my Jeep JK (a shade tree project that just got away from me). He was quick to respond and understanding of my situation. I'm super happy I reached out to him, his team found a few things I would have missed, completed the project that quickly, and did it all for a fair price. Will definitely be going back for future projects and maintenance.

Brought my jeep renegade into ABC toy garage since Ben the owner was recommend by another mechanic. I felt at ease knowing my car was in good hands. As a female, finding a genuine mechanic who won t take advantage is hard to come by. Thank you very much for your help! Super friendly and knowledgable about all truck accessories, steps, lifts, level kits, etc! I had brand new AMP steps on my 2022 Silverado installed by another shop in San Jose that did a bad job and passed the blame around. Fed up, I decided to bring it to ABC where they were able to identify and solve the issue for me immediately! Highly recommended, very experienced shop.Service: General repairs

I have an '85 Lincoln and I have brought it to this shop several times for a couple of more difficult repairs. This shop does great work at a very reasonable price. Their customer service is great. These guys are the best! Installed airbags on the rear suspension of my truck and they are awesome!! Ben was super helpful and very communicative! Even when their entire computer system went down! Ben is awesome and his team does great work. I have a Jeep - lifted & modified for off-road & rock crawling but is also a daily driver - that was experiencing a loud vibration that only occurred under certain conditions. The first 2 "offload specialty" shops that I had taken it to could not identify nor fix the issue. I found ABC Toy via Yelp, called based on reviews, Ben answered, we discussed the issue and I dropped off the Jeep. He called me back down the next day and asked me to take him for a ride and "make the noise happen" - which I did. He was the first shot to actually invest a bit of upfront time to fully understand my issue. It did take a few days and some brainstorming sessions to finally find the issue, but after that it was fixed in a matter of a day at a VERY fair price. While test driving my jeep he also noticed a bit of sloppy steering which they also fixed. Today was probably the first time I drove away from an auto shop and actually smiled. They guys are the most fun and knowledgeable shop I've been in. Ben in the front and Dan and in the back. There honest, reasonable dudes. Shop is clean and they explain everything going on..I will bring my other cars there. I came on a referral and wish I would've know a long time ago. If they can't handle it they'll get someone they trust to do it and they tell ypu that. Good dudes and a good shop

To be honest, I do not know what score should I post here. I run a flat tire and just pull over Ben's shop at night without a reservation. I called him the next morning, and he fixed it within one hour without any hesitation (That is cool). But then he charged me $80 bucks for patching the tire when I picked up the car ......Service: TiresService: Tires

Ben and his team were amazing, I never write reviews but I feel compelled to this time. I was looking for a shop to fit some new springs and bump stops to my 2020 Raptor, I called ABC, spoke to Ben and it was immediately apparent that he knew what I wanted, I had the parts shipped to his shop and then life got in the way for a while and I had to change the appointment several times, each time Ben was great, always accommodating and when we finally managed to get in there they did a superb job. Before I got my truck lifted, I did not know anything bout 4X4's and what type of lift I should go with. One day I was driving and saw this nice looking truck with an awesome lift kit. I asked the driver where did he got his truck lifted at and he referred me to ABC Toy Garage in Belmont, CA.This is where my project for my truck began. When I first met Ben, I didn't know where to begin on what I kind of lift I wanted nor how to explain it.All I had was a picture of what I wanted my truck to look like, and Ben took one look at the picture and he turned that picture into reality. My lift from stock to a 6 inch BDS lift, Fuel Vapor D-560, 20" x12.5" rims on 35s Nitto Trail Grappler tires came out frekin AWESOME! I learned a thing or two about 4X4s thanks to Ben's incredible knowledge.Just recently, I came back to ABC Toy Garage for some more upgrades on my truck. I had BEN and his team of professionals install a Roof Rack with LED Rigid Lights, and "WOW" is all I can say. Thank you Ben and your crew for an awesome job. Well done ABC Toy Garage. If your not sure about what you want, or you know what you want done, stop by and talk to Ben because you will definitely be satisfied with the outcome of the build.I will absolutely be back for more up-grades to complete my entire build for my truck courtesy of ABC Toy Garage.

Guys at ABC are top notch from customer service to the work they do. Emailed asking about some mods for my Xterra and got a reply in less than 30 minutes both times. Followed up about another issue I've been having with my brakes after getting a suspension lift (elsewhere). Told me to bring the car in to see what they were working with. They provided additional information about what could be done about some tire rubbing on the frame. Everyone looked super busy but they also managed to take a look at the issues with the breaks. This was the second place I'd been to about my breaks and they couldn't figure it out at the first. These guys took one look, explained and showed me the issues and got to it on the spot. 30 min later I was out driving downhills and breaking without an issue. One of my boy told me about this place so I called them and I'm soooo glad I did I took my 94 z29 5.7l Camaro to them. I called the first time no answer then I called back 10 min later and Ben picked up stated the phones were being replaced apologies if he missed my call witch was cool cause I did even say anything (customer care) I told him my problem of over heating when at a stop and he was on it had 5 questions for me to kinda narrow down and asked if I could bring it in that day to see the car for himself so I did. He looked at it for about 10 minutes and went over options with me, was not rushed, he seemed very Knowledgable with his way around the car. He ordered me the parts that I needed and we set up a time that following Tuesday to bring the car back I did. And was able to pick up the next day. He fixed a small leak I had and showed me where it was he said on the house since it was small and easy witch was cool since most mechanics only wanna dent your pockets for every little thing. Also when I was there he walked me threw all the process of what they did showed me what they pulled out what they pulled in and gave me a general list of what is good what need to be replaced withing the coming months. Yesterday, there was a car accident in Redwood City. I ran to make sure the driver was okay and helped make sure the situation was okay. The driver was having a difficult day already and stressed.The owner of ABC toy garage decided this was a business opportunity. As the distraught driver was trying to figure out his next moves with a head injury from hitting the windshield, Anthony Musich, tried to suavely convince the man to not use his insurance to repair his car and instead take it to his shop where it could be repaired for much cheaper.He did not ask to see if the man was alright. He did not ask if he could help. He was there to hand out a business card and saw this man's misfortune as a money-making opportunity. I cannot speak to the work the shop does but I can speak to the values of the owner who clearly does not care about people, only making a quick buck. If you are someone that uses values to drive your decision-making, consider taking your business elsewhere.I challenge the employees and manager to call-out the owner's lack of empathy as a plague on their business.

Definitely the place to go to if you need any 4X4 or custom work done. Really knowledgeable and capable team running the shop. Had my OME lift kit and accessories installed in no time.
