Randy the owner, is a good guy, someone with integrity, doesn't try to sell you on anything, he only fixes what you want fixed, at a fair price.Customer first attitude.Paul, his office guy,also straight shooter.

Its too bad the owner won't listen to customers issues, took my car in because it wouldn't take gas( i heard could be a purge valve, I'm no tech) charged 350.00, changed the valve and O2 sensor but never tested gas situation.... the reason I took it. Took it back and wanted 350 more to fix issue and kept saying I said purge valve, if I knew I'd do it myself! Went to pick up and he jumped down my throat "you said purge valve" again if I knew wouldn't need em, he can't discuss the issue cause I guess he's always right. Was hoping I found a good place(I did like em till Randy jumped down my throat)Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have nothing bad to say about this place . Excellent costumer service Paul is great for all the updates and info randy the owner is prob one of the last honest mechanics around . 100% I strongly recommend this place

Randy is honest, I am very happy with the job he did on my truck. He installed a new motor and did work behind the dash. He also improved the handling of the truck by replacing the steering box. Everything is working well and my dash and gauges are clean! Thanks to Al and Ginny for referring Ultimate Performance.Martha Lavallee

Mechanic truly is a great guy. Not just one to take advantage but will explain what is going on with your car and what is involved. The one thing I didn't like is when they left my car out on the street and ended up getting a ticket that they didn't take care of but passed on to me. My car was in their care due to a blown engine.

I go here every year for the vintage racing. They more then doubled the price for camping and lowered the quality of the portable showers. Plus when you purchased a ticket you would get a free program. Now i think its $10. We have around 20 people that meet with us and im thinking we do something else now.

Came in to ultimate performance because check engine light came on he changed plugs and and cables . He said it would be around $150 for the plugs it turn out to be $356 didn't call me He just did the work. 4 days later check engine light came back on call b
