Never have had any issues here. Luis the owner is attentive, down to earth and fair.Been using him for over 15 years since he worked at Ranchill in Bellflower off of Clark.Prices are more than reasonable and his people are great!

BEWARE! Awful customer service from the owner himself!Purchased set of tires "with warranty", which included rotation when they were Rancho Tires.I Took my vehicle in for a rotation and they wouldn't honor my warranty because there is "new" ownership despite the "owner" himself helping me.Here's my thought, the previous company went bankrupt and he continued business under a new name.Sometimes their used tires are bad.

I am doing this review on behalf of my mother bad experience as she was there to get new tires, after tires were installed, she noticed there was a lot of vibration on the car, she went back to Smart tires and they checked balancing on the tires and said that it was something else, that was surprising for my mom, as vibration did not happen before new tires. My mom ended up going to just tires, they re balance all tires again and they told her that balance wasn t done properly. There is no vibration in her car.We are very dissatisfied with Smart tires lacking level of knowledge.

Competitive pricing on 4 Good Year tires for a GMC truck. Cheaper than Walmart. Instalation and balancing included on price of tires. Alignment included at half the regular price. Quick friendly service. Highly recommended!

Went in for a wheel alignment. Waited for 1 hour for them to tell me that they could not do it because it needed suspension work. I asked them what it needed and they said they could not tell me unless I paid them $35 dollars. Obviously they already new what the car needed. So why not tell me and give me a estimate for the work. Will never go there again for anything.

Went there to fix my tire after coming back my TPMS sensor was switched that my company I fixed my TPMS installed told me. So, be careful!

I went in for a break change They destroyed my spindle and lock nut and never said a thing. All they told me was they couldn t do it here and I was off I drove like this for 3 days.They clearly don t care for safety or their customers. It s sad to say because I thought they were mechanics I could trust

Great place to come for tires. The owner does care and is nice I came here for an alignment when I had my rack and pinion fixed. I came back a week later because my rack and pinion was replaced again and the owner re aligned my wheels for free. GO check them out

Very nice responsive thought I needed 2 tires and he actually said you just need one very honest 30 or 35 dollar used good tires not bad at all down the street I paid 45 so I saved money as well

This is my go to tire shop. Great prices, super quick and knowledgable staff. I go here for all my tires issues.... check pressure, fill air accurately, nail in tire.....all of it!

Change a four new tires and alignment but they just charge never did alignment so I come back and redo the alignment but my steering wheel not straight so do another alignment again and service terrible and also the owner and the employee giving me attitude never go!
