They were very attentive and polite in my first visit.I have to update my review. They are awesome, extremely polite and return my car back in perfect condition. And, they washed it. So, they deserve more than 5 stars.

There were parts of the car that weren't put back together the correct way. Went back multiple times after they called to say they completed the job but they never finished. The car was there for over 70 days! It's still not done! I took it back after speaking with insurance. I'm taking it to dealer to correct the horrible job Service King did and to repair what they couldn't finish. Also, they lost the rear license plate, registration and vehicle manual. They said they don't know where those items are. 2018 Encore. The pics are only some of the incomplete job. There's a lot more internally. Interior has grease stains and very dusty inside. The paint job is coming off already from the outer door molding. It was a horrible experience. Promises after promises. The pics are after they said the car was done lol! Service King = joke.

Didn't know that yall charge different prices for people not going through claims? And someone hit me, I had minor damge on my car and would charge different if i had a insurance claim....?

Was recommended by the insurance to take my car here for repairs. They gave an estimate of about $2500, we decides to go on with the repairs. Once it was there they did another estimate and told the insurance it was going to be $10,000+ more. Insurance and us decided not to repair it after all since it was more than the cost of the car. They removed the bumper and then refused to put it back on. When picking it up one of the workers mentioned that the car "had previous damage" which is why the cost of repairs would've been more. This we know was a lie, the car was purchased brand new, has had one owner and has never been in a car accident besides this one. I do not trust them and will never be going there again.

Very poor! On 7-24-23 I drove over to their business to see about having a new have a new bumper installed on my truck. I was supposed to speak with Jose, but he was out of the office. They took down my name and number, and was told that Jose would contact me as soon as he returned. I waited until around 4:00 that day, with no return call. I called the business and asked to speak with Jose, but again, he was out of the office. I gave them my name and number, and was told Jose would call me as soon as he returned. Again, no return call was made. I decided to wait until the the 25th to see if they would contact me. No calls back to me! So I waited until just about closing time on the 25th. No calls back to me. Without trying to sound too sarcastic, I guess I should congratulate this business on the abundance of customers coming into their location, as they can pick and chose whomever they want to work with. One thing I do know for certain is that they don't have to concern themselves with any further telephone calls from me. By the way, I strongly recommend Jon's body shop on W. 11th St in Long Beach. Should have the job done by Thursday, outstanding service at a very affordable price. Service King, either change your business name or ramp up the customer service! Terrible experience!

Jose Gonzalez and his team at Service Kings did an excellent job keeping me informed every step during the auto body repair. They made my car look and drive as well as it was before someone had hit my car. They went up to bat to make sure the insurance company covered everything.They have good & friendly phone, text and front desk communication skills. Disgusting service. Young lady at the front desk with a nose piercing was extremely rude and unprofessional. Too good for professional eye contact but enjoyed abusing the little power a receptionist job can provide. She seemed bothered that I was checking in for my drop off appointment through my insurance. She asked for the claim number but not for my name. Didn't even turn on her screen nor asked for my name when i told her i didn't have it on me. She didn't even check their calendar for appointments. I asked if they don't have it since my insurance made the appointment. She said they don't deal with that. I asked how that was possible since insurance pays them. She shrugged and said they contact them at the end.The first time I went for an estimate over a month ago they never called back. My insurance had to conatct them after a month. If they're so busy that they can't train in customer service then I refuse to do business with them. I just walked away and left.

Everyone is so informative! Love the constant updates when my car was in the next phase. Service King showed great communication towards my insurance to get the invoice submitted and making my car was done before the original date! I was told my car would be done 11/24 and after explaining I was starting a new job that requires me to have my car on 11/22 they made it happen and got everything done by 11/20!! Great service!! I normally don t write reviews , but people please do not take your vehicle here ever ! I started a claim 8/10/2021I just recently maybe less than two weeks received my vehicle back ! After having to go through the worst experience ever ! The initial call was to tell me a trim panel could not be located for my yr make & model they are back ordered & could take months or never get a new one . That what was ordered was three used ones & mine was the best looking out of all ! mind you the damage was to the door of the trim panel . I was told to come pick the best one . I could literally pull apart the trim panel arm rest of the door . I was furious informed Robert the Manager he replied with people take cars like this . I asked him would he take his own car that way ? He stated no ! I left the car ! Was told later that day my original trim panel was reinstalled car was ready . Went back once again I could pull apart the arm rest then the window did not roll up this time as well . Left the car again one week later I get a call after I get my State Farm insurance involved & this was the only person who was helpful Todd Bennett after three attempts of trying to pick up my car . He was able to order a new trim panel SHOCKING ! That he could hunt it down but no one else could ! Then they install this one I go pick up my car I can remove the switch panel the window controls .after I picked the car up . I have to return the car because no other body shop will touch my car after it s been worked on . State Farm claim adjuster comes to look @ the vehicle after me calling so many times asking for help .Now for the fourth time I leave the car again . They fix this over the weekend . I finally pick the car up Sep 24. Please do not take your vehicle to this facility you will never know if it is truly fixed on the inside clearly if to the visible eye it was difficult to get fixed .Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

They have some TRASHY TRACKING SYSTEM, notified me that, my repairs were on track for completion on 15 September. I turn in my rental car and, waited all day, expecting to pick my car up. I finally called to find out that my car was not done and, it could be 2 more days. The notification got my hopes up; I've never experienced a collision specialist that, gave me a day of completion that was accurate, it's always a GUESS-TIMATION. THE TRACKER is not an Up-Grade if it's not reliable

My customer service experience exceeded expectations. Everyone from the front desk to the back end was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My car was ready earlier than promised (that never happens!). Cost was very reasonable and lower than originally estimated. Quality of work was excellent. Erik and Kyle are the best! Highly recommend Service King to anyone who needs body work.

My insurance company recommended Service King. My appointment went great, a very friendly lady named Bernadette appraised the damage and we left. Before our appointment to have the repair done, I got an a call explaining they couldn't match our pearl paint and recommended another shop. The honesty and professionalism I appreciated very much.

The woman that serviced me was experiencing IT problems. She was stressed understandably but was extra helpful to me since I'm elderly & not very tech savvy. When she became overwhelmed with customers she had her manager kick in and they were both great. Couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you.

Wow! My Mitsubishi was damaged I was stressed. But good thing my family and I have great insurance with USAA and I didn t have to sweat. The night my car was damaged, I immediately called AAA they took it to a repair shop and my insurance took care of the rest the next morning. Long story short my insurance company assigned my car to Service King, they kept me updated every step of the way everyday, text, calls and emails. Yesterday when I got home from work, my car was in the drive way and it looked newer then ever I was so happy to be back in my own car! Thank you service king! I didn t have to lift a finger through the process and my car looks great. I highly recommend this place if you have good insurance, of course there is a deductible but it s worth the pay. Thanks again!

I did not have a great experience with Service King Collision Bellflower. To start, I was greeted with a terrible attitude on the phone and in person. I was treated like a little kid by the two employees who interacted with me. I explained what service my car needed. I have already taken care of the insurance part. Since my insurance already sent me the money, I told them I would be paying out of pocket. When I arrived at Service King, There were no signs that show where customers are supposed to park or where to go for help. Instead, I was greeted by a woman who just stood next to the driver's side of my car and stared at me. She did not introduce herself. All she said was, "What are you here for?!" She was oozing with a bad attitude, as if I had just run her foot over or worse.I still tried to explain that I had an appointment, I need my car fixed, my insurance referred me, my insurance gave me the money already, and I will pay out of pocket. The lady preceded to say, "We don't do repairs here now, and we have been sending cars to Torrance." She asked if I would be ok with that, and I agreed. She stepped away and came back with a man, who proceeded to warn me that it might take a long time for my car to be fixed. My vehicle only either needed a new bumper (which was available) or a simple repair. I had to explain my situation again for the third time. The guy didn't listen. He kept telling me that they no longer had a contract with my insurance and would be better if I took my car somewhere else. At this point, I did not have the energy to explain my situation again. So, I left. They wasted my time and turned me away while being disrespectful. I've told them over the phone what insurance I had, and they could've said they don't have a contract with that insurance anymore before making an appointment. But, it didn't matter what insurance I had because I was going to pay in cash! The truth is that they didn't want to do such a small job, so they turned me away. Oh well, another business was able to help me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is a joke and should be shut down!My wife wrecked the front end of her vehicle. Through our insurance company, we opted to take the vehicle to Service King. Initially, I was told to take the vehicle in to have an estimate of charges done on the vehicle, and take I could not leave the vehicle as Service King had to submit the charges to my insurance company. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment days later to bring the vehicle back have it worked on. To my surprise, I was told that the appointment was for another estimate and not to start the work on my vehicle (I SHOULD HAVE SELECTED ANOTHER BODY THEN). After showing my frustration with their service guy (or lack there of) Leo Duran he decided to allow us to keep the vehicle there.I was promised that my vehicle would be ready within 7 days and it was ready within the allotted time. Sadly, I did not have my vehicle a complete 24 hours before I discovered I had fluids leaking from either the radiator or engine. I immediately took the vehicle back to Service King and was told they forgot to connect a hose to the radiator and told the problem was fixed. A day later, I got call from a guy who identified his self as Jason, The Manager who heard that we had to return our car for a leaking issue and asked that I complete the customer survey; and if I falsified the information on the survey to say that they did an excellent job on my car...he would provide me with a gift card of some sort for my troubles. Needless to say, I completed the survey but clearly stated I had to return my vehicle but was working with the local shop to rectify the issue.We took the vehicle home again, to find out it was STILL leaking fluids. Extremely irritated, I took vehicle back to Service King to hear them try an apologize for their negligence. My vehicle was kept for almost 2 weeks as they scrambled to see what was wrong with my vehicle. When I called to inquire on the status of my vehicle, I was told that the vehicle was taken to the Chevy dealership just to confirm everything was done right...which I had a hard time believing a body shop had to take their work elsewhere as they had no confidence in their own people to do the work.Service King should be called SERVICE SCUMS as their service and work sucks! I would avoid this boby shop at all cost if you want your vehicle done right.YOU'LL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Decided to take my vehicle to service king after an auto accident. A family member had recently been here and I heard nothing but good things. It was easy to make an appointment and kept me updated via text message. I regret not going with my gut feeling about this place. Right from the beginning, when I dropped off my vehicle, the older woman at the front counter was useless. She asked if I had been helped and I told her I wasn't. She then turned around and ignored me. Upon picking up my vehicle, I informed them that my $500 deductible had been waived. At this point, Gregg comes out from his office with a printed email claiming that I had to pay the deductible. I showed him an email, from my insurance company representative, clearly indicating that my deductible was waived and he did NOT bother to read the email. I finally had to give them the telephone number to my insurance company, for them to call and verify what I was telling them was true, because they did NOT believe the email I had showed them. After 20 minutes of waiting for them to call, I finally was told "Yes, your deductible is waived... You have to understand that we have procedures that we must follow!" I completely understand policies and procedures, but as a paying customer the last thing I want to hear is about a business' policies and procedures. On top of this, I left the rental vehicle there, as I was told by Enterprise and Service King staff, and asked for a receipt or some type of proof indicating that the rental car had been dropped off. The same woman at the counter then said something like, "I can't give you a receipt and I don't know why people drop off their rental cars here, they should drop them directly at Enterprise..." The worst customer service! I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

I had gotten rear-ended just before thanksgiving. While it was minor damage, the gentlemen at Service King Bellflower made sure I was fully taken care of. Their repair work is excellent and they work well informing my insurance of estimates, work schedules and timeline. They're communication with car owners isn't so great. You have to call constantly for updates because this location doesn't seem to update their online repair tracker advertised on their website.

They lost my wheel lock, ordered me a replacement and sent it to the wrong address. They said it would take a week and it's been 3. My tire has had a leak this whole time and I obviously have no way to fix it without the lock. So today I have to figure out how I'm going to go get this lock, since I hey sent it to the wrong location, while I STILL have this flat Also, they just don't know how to return a phone call and just do a poor job in customer service overall. The girl I spoke to was always rude and never returned my calls like she said she would. The manager doesn't seem to care about customer service either.

I ran I to an unexpected damage on my vehicle and the first shop I thought about was service king. This will be the second time I go back for their services. They make any insurance claim less of a hassle. They are constantly sending you updates about your vehicle and repairs. The team also has great costumer service which is always a plus.

Avoid if you are a Tesla OwnerI got in an accident with my Model 3 on June 14, 2019, and immediately contacted Tesla about what body shop to have my car repaired. Service King was recommended for me and I followed their recommendation. Then my nightmare began!First they estimated that it was a total loss, but then they reversed and said that they can repair it. I was dealing with the birth of my daughter (2 weeks after the accident) and did not have time to question them. I trusted them because they were referred to me by Tesla.For 3 months, I was given excuses for why my vehicle was not done. I was patient, and never complained once. I gave the benefit of the doubt that this is a new vehicle and parts may not be available.But when the vehicle was supposedly done and delivered to me, I discovered that it was not done and that maybe the delay in repairing the vehicle was because they do not know what they are doing.When I got the vehicle back, the back bumper was not attached properly, the backlights were installed crookedly, a large unpainted patch on the inside of the trunk was not painted AND the ultrasonic sensor was not installed correctly.Back it went to them, and I had to waste half a day taking it back and then ubering back home. Extending the rental was another hassle.Supposedly they repaired the issues and I went with my wife 10 days ago to pick it up. It was late in the day and I just took the car. Once I got home, I am trying to open the glove compartment and it would not open (it worked when they dropped the vehicle) and additional sensors are not working.On Monday October 21, 2019, I make arrangements for them to pick up the vehicle and repair it. I tell them that I will be out of town for a week and give them location of the vehicle and my brother contact info.My brother also notices that there is a plastic cover over the front right wheel well that is installed correctly. (see pictures)I come back from my trip to discover that it was NOT picked up. Then somehow, I decide to open the Frunk and there I discover that the front cover of the batteries is missing and other things are broken. (see pictures)The people working there are nice and courteaous but I am confident when I say that they have no idea how to repair a Tesla and their quality control sucks.

Call center made an appointment and when i got there the manager said i needed to wait for progressive inspector at the parking lot and couldn't drop off the vehicle- They don't follow protocol and wasted my time and they had the audacity to asked me to wait until the inspector showed up, NEVER AGAIN! SINCE GREG'S COLLISION SOLD THE BUSINESS ITS NOT THE SAME- WONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS.

Great communication via mail, text and phone. My Prius' catalytic converter was stolen and I was referred by my insurance carrrier to Service King. From day 1 they kept informed about the status and progress of my repairs. My car was ready BEFORE the due date given to me. Thank you!

If you're considering bringing your car here, first stop by the doctor's office and have your head examined. If they give you the OK signal, find another doctor and get a second opinion.They still have my car after FIVE WEEKS, and I won't be getting it back until next week at the earliest. According to the rep I spoke with on the phone, they waited TWENTY DAYS before ordering the parts needed. Meanwhile this week, before learning this info, they had been blaming Tesla for the delay in receiving the parts. Now that I called them out on the delay of work (which Tesla verified for me), I'm hearing all kinds of excuses, but what I'm not hearing is what they are going to do to make it right. What can they do? I've been without the car for 4-5 weeks. I really needed it this weekend and it's not going to happen. They can't compensate me with repair costs since we weren't at fault in the accident and the other insurer is paying for repairs.The 3 week delay in bothering to work on my car is not the only issue.They ordered the wrong part (just found this out after it was already there waiting for 4 weeks).Their system for letting you know the status of your car is heavily touted, but a total joke (it still says they are in the process of disassembling my car and assessing the repair!). It was texting us "updates" that essentially boiled down to dividing the number of days left until their original estimated return date (Oct 25), and giving us a percentage. This stopped for some reason once they hit "53% complete!"We've had to call them multiple times to get someone to call us back for status updates.When we took the car in (a Tesla electric vehicle), it had 130 miles of range, and I watched it tick down to 60 miles before we started calling asking if anyone was going to bother plugging it in. (After all, they're a Tesla-certified repair shop and should know that it's very bad to allow it to drop to zero.) They assured us they'd plug it in. A couple days passed and we received an alert from the Tesla app telling us the battery was now dangerously low and needed to be plugged in immediately. We had to call them several more times to try and get this done. Since they cut off mobile access to the car, I cannot actually verify that they ever plugged it in....I took my car here because Farmers said they were a "Farmers Guaranteed Repair Center" and Tesla has them listed as a Tesla-certified body repair shop. Needless to say I've been in contact with both Tesla and Farmer's about their abysmal performance.

Diego Figueroa and the staff at Service King provided exceptional service. Unfortunately I am a returning customer, but I would not take my vehicles anywhere else to get repaired. They even towed my car within an hour of me placing a call for service.

I ve been here for several repairs for accidents with multiple cars... can not say ANYTHING negative. Best repair and service shop ever! Always go above and beyond to get you a great finished car! The customer service is excellent too! Kind friendly staff and phone calls and texts to keep you updated promptly. Thanks so much service king! Hope we don t have to come back but if we have more accident repairs we will sure come here!
