I went to S&S Auto Repair to fix my air conditioner and replace the compressor . The guy Steve gave me a good price and fixed it that day it is working just fine now it's blowing freezing cold air it's just like new . I will recommend him to my family and friends they do a good job and do it right.

I took my car to S & S Auto Repair. I checked out 2 other shops and returned to S & S because they gave me the best quote. Steve and Oscar CARE about their customers, going above and beyond to give your vehicle the best care. I am truly grateful I have found a shop I can trust completely. Steve and Oscar are hard working honest guys. He will tell you what's wrong with your car and fix it for a reasonable price. I now live out of state, but I still call Steve before I take my cars in to the local shop. Honest and trustworthy

This was my first time going to S & S Auto Repair and I must say experience was more than I expected. I was skeptical at first but Steve was straight forward and got to the problem. I read reviews on hear and have to say you shouldn't be discouraged about the bad reviews I ca only tell you this, you get what you paid for. Overall my Chevy Astro had a issue I was worried it wasn't going to be fixed but I was so happy they repair it amd keep it up and running strong! I Highly recommend them!

Steve and Oscar are professional at all times. They will explain the problem with your car in details before performing any service. I trust their judgement and have recommend them to others. I give this shop five stars. They are just that good.

DO NOT COME HERE! I usually don't write reviews but took the time to do so because I don't want anyone else who is already in a bad situation with car problems, to come here and be taken advantage of. Steve is manipulative and will constantly remind you of what he's "done for you". They are very unprofessional and will fix your car to a point where you'll eventually have to bring it right back, so they can make more profit. Go to any shop in Bellflower but here.

This place is horrible. I had alternator problems, went there with a brand new alternator, they installed it wrinkly but started doing things to my wife's car like messing with the radiator and the throttle. I told the mechanic that the cat had never had a problem overheating or turning on and that it only started since getting it back from them. Mechanic who'd also the owner tried to blame me. I told him rusty it speed working the very same day. I'm never going there again. I took my car to AAA authorized mechanic and they already stating that said that it's something fishy

My wife first discovered Steve @ S&S. Needed a new radiator on our 2003 Toyota 4Runner with 230,000 miles. He treated my wife with respect. Steve went over and above fixing little issues that he did not have to for her.We had been going back and forth with the Toyota dealer as the "Check Engine" light going on. First time it was replacing the O2 sensors. Then within a period of 2 weeks it was now the 2nd set of O2 sensors. And after spending too much $$ the lights went on again. This time the dealer diagnosed the problem with a $4,000 fix. Thought our car was at its end-of-life as it would no longer be able to pass a Smog Test, but I remembered how my wife had praised Steve. So, I said to myself "why not".I took my car in and explained to Steve what the dealer had told me. It did not make sense to him. Steve confirmed there was an issue, but not believing what the dealer had diagnosed, he dove in. With resolute determination to discover what the real problem was he fixed and eliminated other issues that were causing the engine light to go on. He did other diagnostic tests to determine where other issues may exist and found and replaced another contributor, a leaking vacuum hose and sensor.He also discovered one of the "replaced" O2 sensors was not working, and the sensor he took out does not look new. I have it now so I can go back and confront the dealership. According to the voltage readings of other sensors, he suspects that there are other sensors that may not have been replaced by the dealership.Not only do I have the O2 sensor in hand, but I also have a Smog Certificate that that I thought I would not be able to get without spending the $4,000 at a fraction of that cost.So, if you are lucky enough to have discovered my review, I want you to know that Steve is someone with integrity, tenacity, generosity, and compassion who has my trust and my future business. I greatly appreciate Steve and his new mechanic, Chris, for the customer service I received from them.BRSales Manager for a small business

They got the job done, I felt that they could have taken liability on a recent situation that happened with our car, but I always see the other side. Perhaps the mechanics could dig a little harder when they know potential problems or are concerned about previous incidents that could lead to a problem recurring. They did a great job but the problem happened again dn we paid again. I'm hesitant to go back for anything else due to the lack of being through. But the work done is excellent.

S&S auto is the place to go for your car maintenance. Excellent service. Steve and Oscar are great mechanics and very resourceful. Community friendly and they aim high to please! If you're ever in the Bellflower area and your car needs some work done.. Minor or major...S&S auto is the place to go!

This guy is greedy and ready to rip you off. Doesn't care at all about giving a fair price even for common services. Avoid at all cost!!!(Read the other 1 star reviews!)
