Love RAW Bellflower. It s my 3rd time coming back. This time i needEd some new rims and tires for a different car. Both Stephen and Ian helped me. Stephen was very nice calm and straight to the point no hassle or fake gimmicks loved that. He helped me find wheels in my price range and gave me easy flexible payment options. Ian was so helpful he made sure to call me and keep me updated on the wheels i wanted And delivered awesome customer service. Very satisfied which is why it s my 3rd time back.

Two words to describe the bellflower crew GO GETTERS!!! Have you ever ordered something online thinking this is what you want and when you place the order you find out that the item you thought you wanted won t be available until next week? Well that s what happened to me!!!So a super Big shout out to the guys in the front Steven and Ian for their hustle to get me what I didn t know I wanted, and their knowledge on tires to go with my new wheels, impeccable! How these guys knew what I truly wanted without even shaking my hand blows my mind!!! Ivan and Al I didn t forget about about you guys! You two were the icing on the cake! Talk about fast and efficient! These two worked like poetry in motion!! All the while being personable and professional!!! I can t thank you guys enough for making what I thought would be a headache of a process to what was actually a very enjoyable experience! I fully recommend this bellflower crew and will be taking advantage of their referral program!!!

The Staff there is phenomenal. I am a Previous Customer of Rent-A-Wheel Inglewood, I had got my 3rd set of wheels and tires from the Lakewood Blvd location today. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to give their ride a new look with their 1st set of wheels and tires or thier next set, and I will definitely be a return customer to this location.

I would not recommend that you buy anything from this store. I bought the insurance for my tires. Then I had 2 tires go flat due to me hitting a metal object on the road. When I went to obtain 2 new tires using my insurance all of the sudden they did not have my information. At first they told me that I didn't take my car for inspection which was a lie. I followed my inspections accordingly in order to keep my car clean. The next time I had to speak with Jackie and she totally lied as well. All of the sudden they could not find my information at all. They are so hard up for business that they wanted me to buy 2 brand new tires. I had the insurance document and they still did not hold up to their end. I would not recommend this place for anyone to go. Now they call and text me for repeat business. Never would I ever recommend anyone go to this crooked shop. Do not shop for rims or tires at rent a wheels. I ended up buying 2 new tires else where. Unfair, liars, and bad business practices.

Gabriel and Jackie were great to work with. They took the time to help me get what I was happy with. It wasn't easy because of there awesome selection but I'm super happy with what they hooked me up with. Everyone was upbeat and it made it cool to shop. No pressure at all. I'm glad I went to them because they made my car look brand new.

Best experience ever! Jackie and Arnold definitely made me feel more then a customer and made me feel more like a guest and a friend. Jackie was very professional and knew what she was talking about. She got me with the right set up for my Mustang GT and couldn't be happier. She definitely went above and beyond and definitely would be coming back for any tire and wheel needs.Service: Tires

Broke just about every consumer law in CA. Called me several times every day starting on the day after I missed one payment. Threatened me and hung up on me. This place is ridiculous. I am glad I didn t pay them off when I got my taxes like I had planned. I m contacted a lawyer. Don t get okey domed by this company!

I literally watched Jackie the manager argue with a customer for about 10 minutes. They degraded eachother it was a horrible experience. The best place about this location is Gabriel the mechanic. He is so calm, peaceful and down to earth. Takes really great care of your car with excellent customer service.

Amazing staff, Jackie is very helpful. They have helped me a lot during this pandemic. 2 flat tires and thankfully I have insurance on them. And right away got two brand new tires. I have bi-weekly payments and there are a few times where I was out of work and the staff has been so understanding. Thanks a bunch Keep being AWESOME

Wow ! Just WOW ! the team here at bellflower are just AMAZING. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tia the sales rep was on point and very lively. She assisted me from start to finish and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Jackie and cisco were very informative and friendly. They had a good welcoming staff and Gabe the tire technician knows his stuff. Definitely the best rent a wheel hand down

Came to this location to get new tires. Cisco and Jackie are very helpful and professional. Their tech Gabe helped us put on the new tires. He answered all my questions and was very quick. Hey, I just can t believe how cool and nice they are at this location. They are always willing and able to help you out. I came with some wheel issues and they were all about helping me out and getting stuff done.Obviously, they provided me a clear and a professional service, they also clarified questions about the finance s program.Definitely, come and align your future thoughts about acquiring a new set of wheels, and make that dream come true ... btw Jacki and Cisco are the best! R-A-W and the crew hooked my Kia Optima up. I m in love with my rims and tires, they have a beautiful selection of things to pick from and the process was fast and easy. Jackie hands down is beyond the best, she helped me pick a rim that would look great on my car and made everything go very smooth. If you are looking for rims and tires I would definitely stop here first.

Great place, I loved the service. They had the exact same tires I have on my truck. I didn't have to wait for them to order the tires. They were already in stock... Love It! Great Atmosphere! I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone needs tires or rims.
