There aren t words to describe the level of care and attention to detail I received from David and his team. Having never been involved in a collision repair scenario, I had no idea what to expect. The process with insurance, estimates, car rental, and so on, was all new to me. Luckily for me, I had very little to hassle with thanks to David. He handled it all. The dude is a miracle worker, and is so down to earth. If ever the need should arise, just look at the photos. I swear he bought a new truck and swapped the plates. Let me just tell you how truthfully caring David the owner is about his customers he has really gone above and beyond for me, he has given me advice on my vehicle Ford Explorer 2017 so many times even at weird hours, he s been there for me, he also fixed my car back to Brand New from a horrible accidrnt in downtown LA .. forever grateful for this man and he runs a good honest business to the best of his ability for every single person. Great man, even BETTER auto repair

I made a huge mistake the other night by backing into a pole with my driver side door open. My door wasn t off the hinges or anything so I didn t know what to do. I knew I didn t have to replace the door but multiple body shops told me I had to. I finally spoke to David and he let me know he was going to try his best to fix it while financially working with me. He was so friendly and professional. I have never received such impeccable service when it came to dealing with car issues. He has gained a life long customer. Not only did he fix my car perfectly he also cleaned the inside. I will be coming back to him to get my car detailed and incase I ever make a silly mistake again. Thank you so much!

Update for 2022. Still a great professional spot. A bit hard to find, but worth it.Previous review: Fixed up some cosmetic issues on out van and did an awesome job. The paint on the hood looks better than it did from the factory. Also, the level of service was over, and above what you would normally expect, and David is great.

Was involved in a car accident on October 31,2020. David did and awesome job on it. He went over and beyond to make sure I had my car back in time for my daughter birthday and to get to work. I was finally able to take it back to him today (1/19/2021)to get my car detailed and he did a wonderful job on it. My car looks way better now then when I brought it. Need some work done on your vehicle. I recommend that you take it to Preferred Auto Design. The whole entire staff and very friendly and professional

David and his team at Preferred Auto Design are the only option when it comes to getting a job done correctly, honestly, and efficiently. When trying to deal with the stress of insurance companies, David was there to give me the facts which lead to me just deciding to get my vehicle fixed. Took just over a week. I recommend the PAD to anyone who is in a vehicle motor accident! They'll get the job done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Earlier this summer, I bought a wonderful 1948 Ford from Preferred Auto Design. David, the owner, was the model of professionalism and patience in handling my purchase. I was an out of state client, and he exhibited great courtesy and accommodation throughout the process. The car I bought more than lived up to the billing. I was very pleased with my customer experience, and look forward to future transactions with David and his business.

Literally the best! They take care of all my cars always!! The best part is they handle everything. Once the pole hit my car & they were able to easily fix the body damage!!
