My catalytic converter got stolen a couple of weeks ago. My insurance tried to send me somewhere so far that i just didn t feel safe driving too with my car sounding like that. So i called Leo s and sons and Justin answered the phone and thank god for him cause him and the crew made everything so easy for me. They picked up my truck. Didn t give me the run around. Told me that the catalytic converter for my car was backed order and that it could take a couple of months. But they could install a straight pipe so that i can drive. Of course for a price but not alot. It wasn t even a week after i no or my truck back. They called me and said the parts canes in! They were able to pick up my truck again from work. And even sent me a lift driver to pick me up to pick up my car. I m so thankful for how easy they made everything. Thanks guys!

Great experience. Customer service from Jay was totally awesome. He got me in a d out the same afternoon! Not totally pleased with the final cost . However , I was driving my car the next morning to work and didn't have to Inconvenience a friend for a ride. I would highly recommend Leo and Sons after my first visit.

I think they have great mechanics. The prices for their repairs are over the top. In my opinion they charge way too much. My last visit. They wanted to charge me $583 for a starter. I call around and the price range for a starter for my truck was around the $300. I ask them why the starter was so expensive and they said because they like to install good brand but I told him I was going to sell that truck, so they are not doing me a fabor but the new owners for these truck. They don't give you that option, they just default to the most expensive parts they can get. Labor also expensive. I read alot of reviews and the ones that talk good about this place talk about how good the customer service was but they never mention how much they spend. Because of this experience it make me look at the other recipes from other visitations from other repair. It was always a 2 to 3 thousand repair visits. I never really questioned other visitations because I was happy with their work. Not their prices. Because every time I end up here with them was always a 2 to 3 thousand dollar bill. I'm moving on. Will never come back Here. I really don't think they are honest with the prices. Specifically on the parts. Good luck if you end up in this place.

I took my car in for leak check in gas line. I was told there was no leak since the mechanic could not smell it. However, the smell has gotten stronger. They requested I bring my car back. I don't think so. I paid $171.00 and no resolution. They check my tires, and performed regular maintenance check, but that's not what I requested because I had received that type of service 2 weeks ago when I got my oil changed. Just disappointed to have been taken advantage of as a female.

Absolutely recommend this business. They were very fast, extremely helpful and willing to explain all the ins & outs of the issue my car had and even provided pictures so I could see the problem. I am very grateful for their customer service & automotive expertise.

I had a good experience with these guys had an alignment done and then I went for a road trip something g was off car was pulling left I brought it back and they happily check it out and alignment was good but tire pressure on right side was 6lbs lower than the left and now it s fine. Great guys and gave me good explanations for everything.

Great over all experience! I was referred by my aunt who I trust and they showed me she was once again right! Everything about my experience was great & my car is running smooth even though I have more work to do. I will definitely be back

My hubby and I service both vehicles here. Going to miss them when we move out of state. They are honest and hard-working, and repairs are done in a timely manner.It can get crowded because they seem to be in high demand, but the turnover rate is great and the service is awesome. We've had them for a little over a year now. The area is very secure, since the neighborhood is iffy when leaving cars overnight.

First impressions says everything. My initial visit was pleasant and I didn't get that feeling of being taken advantage of. I would recommend Leo and Son Garage to anyone needing to have their vehicle serviced.

Tired of always new help never the same people working , Max the new owner is not the same as Leo and sons at all. My newer Ram truck in for the same thing 3 times in a matter of weeks very unhappy. The Roof Doctor

I'm very disappointed with this place. For one diagnostic it costed me $152. AAA did a free diagnostic in seconds and claimed it was the Alternator. Their diagnosis was not accurate and would charge me $400+ to repair my battery alternator. It's extremely expensive here. I believe as a woman, they over charged me for this purpose. I'm so glad I canceled on them. They already ripped me off with the diagnostic fee and processing fee. I didn't want to get ripped off another $400!!! Please do yourself a favor, please don't come here. I regret coming here the first place!

I came in needing new tires, so they ordered them and they came right away. The mechanic put them on and I didn't have to wait long. The staff was very professional and honest with my pricing. I went back a couple of days later after they installed a new alignment rack to have my car aligned. They walked me through the steps of why my car needed an alignment, which was very helpful. They have a great price for an oil change so I had that done as well when I came back. All in all I am extremely happy I stopped here. I am making this my go to repair shop. They treat you like family not just another face.

If you need work done Leo & Son is the place to go, bunch of bays, bunch of employees, prompt and meticulous work. They work with warranty companies which is great!Plenty of seating in the waiting room, and there are places of interest as far as food and drink in the walking distance if you are there for a while.Always a great experienceServices: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Smog certification, Wiper blade installation, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I have coming here for a long time. My dad used to come here often. My mom also came here often so, it is not surprising that if I have an issue with my car Leo & Son is my first choice. Great customer service. You are treated just like family. I want to shout out to Max because he has I have been lucky enough to receive his help each time I have went there. I also would like to wish Leo &Son a prosperous holiday season

Our car was towed here as a AAA recommended shop. We didn t end up going with their service because our car is older and in our opinion, not worth the investment of top of the line parts.But, I had such a pleasant experience working with everyone here that I had to leave a review. I worked with Jasper, Monica and I believe Mark. Everyone was friendly, professional and patient. Even after deciding not to use their services, I didn t get any pressure or a hard sell.Definitely recommend for high quality service.

Im new to the area & I was recommended this shop. The staff was incredibly helpful as well as polite & I will definitely be coming back. Mark made this the easiest experience possible. He was thoughtful & honest all while being communicative the whole time.

On 1/05/2021 I took my vehicle to Leo & Son's Garage and paid $1,220.35 to have my water pump replaced along with the thermostat. On 1/11/2021 I again took my vehicle in and paid $260.39 to have my heater hose replaced. On 12/20/2021 I again took my vehicle in and paid $1,042.73 to have my radiator replaced and they again replaced the thermostat. When I picked up my vehicle later that evening, I drove about 3 blocks and the car started to overheat. I had to take it right back and leave it again for the proper repairs to be completed.On 2/17/2022 I again took my vehicle in and paid $558.14 to have another heater hose replaced, the thermostat housing and again the thermostat, and the water pump under warranty because it was leaking after being installed on 01/05/2021. They tried telling me that I needed a $3000 head job even though the oil was not mixing and there was no white smoke coming from the exhaust. I declined to have the work done and instructed them to just perform the original work scheduled. When I went to pick up my vehicle the car was running fine and has been since but the Service Manager Daniel Mabson put on the paperwork "Found thermostat housing leaking, also work that we had never done at Leo & Son" & "We cannot warranty any work regarding the cooling system" since I didn't get the $3000 head job done. Even though They removed the thermostat housing 3 times while changing the thermostat on 3 different occasions. I have only had work to my coolant system done at Leo & Son's.This is poor customer service in my opinion and them washing their hands with anything potentially negative that may arise regarding the parts and workmanship they have performed on my coolant system.The fact that the water pump had to be replaced again after only one year and my vehicle overheating after only driving 3 blocks from the shop shows the potential of there being future issues related to parts & workmanship.I was very happy with their service before but this last experience has really disappointed me and has me seeking to take my business elsewhere.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My regular mechanic wasn't able to perform the service that my car needed. AAA suggested Leo & son's. Jasper was friendly & knowledgeable. The waiting area / lounge was amazing. The staff was professional and I left confident that my car was in good hands. My car was serviced in a timely manner & the quality and value was excellent. I can definitely recommend this garage . Thanks !

Upon my first encounter with the staff I found that they were very friendly, seemed happy to help and were very busy which is always good in a business such as this. The customer service was great they were very helpful in letting me know what exactly was going to happen to my car and how long it was going to take. And of course when waiting for dreaded car maintenance waiting lounges are always nice to have, Leo and sons waiting lounge is unlike any other I have ever seen they have comfortable seating and complimentary snacks and coffee which is always a plus in my book. The prices for maintenance were good and were backed by a wonderful warranty. Overall I was very happy with this experience, I would definitely recommend to at least visit the shop if you need anything checked to see if it meets your needs.

Was told by Leo's that my brakes were missing hardware and it would cost $1000 to fix. I received a second opinion that same day and was told nothing was wrong (no hardware was missing).My brakes are now fixed for a fraction of Leo's price.Service: Brakes

I was very pleased to find this establishment at the last minute right before the holiday. They were thorough and very helpful. The prices were fair and I never felt they were trying to over sell me. They took good care of me and made sure my car was ready for a road trip the next day. I will definitely be back for my future car needs! As an added bonus they have a fabulous lounge to wait in that is complete with coffee, snacks, and comfortable couches. Very well done!

I loved my experience there and I would recommend it to everyone needing auto assistance. We walked in and everyone was so welcoming! A guy named Mike helped me out so if you go there I would ask for him. I am young so I had never dealt with fixing a car and I was worried they would take advantage of that and hike up the prices but they gave me an amazing price for four new tires and were so kind in helping me figure out the process. They didn t have the tries on site but they were super speedy in getting them which I really appreciated. They also had a wonderful lounge to wait in while they got the work done. It had snacks, coffee, and a place for kids to draw or do puzzles. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I am very satisfied with the service I received.
