Always the bomb!I use to live in Long Beach but now In Riverside county. Over this past weekend, I drove down to Joe s Automotive and excellent customer service is the same as it has been over 5 yrs since I last visited.Always the bomb! Thanks Joe to and the staff. Big, big ups!!

They did a horrible job got a muffler delete on my durango in July & it fell to the floor within 3 months i was driving on the freeway & it just snapped off & came down which is a hazard could of came all the way off & messed my car up drastically but luckily i caught it before it got worst cause it could of got me & the one i care about dearly hurt or worse.. it cost me more money to fix it when i shouldn't of had to very poor job & very disappointed

Excellent customer service; Great prices and Excellent mechanics. Great doing business with Joe's! I highly recommend anyone, who needs a catalyst converter. And Not a long wait. They're very good on timing, as well.

Just some great dudes that knows awhole lot about mufflers. I came in to have my exhaust installed that I bought from a buddy of mine that happens to come off a sedan but I have a coupe. I asked if there was a way they can do it. In my surprised they installed it and obviously some wielding needed to be done but they did it and threw in new gaskets and bolts. And charged me at a great price. I would definitely recommend going to this shop. Only thing is their drive way is not lowered friendly

I've been dealing with this place for almost 2 years now. This is the type of service you will never get at a dealer. Work gets done quickly expertly and without a lot of the extra cost. I haven't found a problem that they can't fix. Everything from breaks to check engine lights to having a spark plug pop out of my trucks engine. They can do it. There is a long driveway but don't be alarmed there are some really cool cars back there that you might want to check out while you wait. This place is 100% bilingual. Joe is a very calm, nice, and respectful owner who is trying to pass the business down to his son who is also super positive and down to earth. I wish him and his family all the best for taking care of me and mine.

I was very impressed with the service right away, I was service by the owner very helpful polite and a smile he introduced himself and took care of my problem the employees very helpful kind and very respectful, I really highly recommend Joe's auto service. Fair prices, I most definitely will come back % satisfied.

Joe is great. He didn't overcharge me and he took care of a couple problems I had! He looked at the car for free. He fixed 2 other problems for the price of one. Hes a great shop to go to for a local friendly mechanic.

I dont get why people are writing bad reviews for this place? I took my car here to replace my catalytic converter and they did it very fast and for a great price. Other places were quoting me $500+ and they did it for $240. I passed my smog because of them.Update : been using joe a few times now, and now I feel it's a hit or miss with them. Sometimes I get really great service... other times I feel rushed.

Job was incomplete after second attempt, bad atmosphere.In addition they scratched my car.Had to buy gasket twice and it continues to have a leak.And they left several bolts lose.I now have to take my vehicle some where else to fix the repairs!!!!

Coming from a business owner, this company is very efficient with their time and have fantastic prices.We drove in from Illinois on vacation and needed an emergency exhaust repair.In and out in 30 minutes!Couldn t be more pleased with the service here.

They did horrible work. They left the piping fragmented with different sizes and it looked awful. They also sold me knock off mufflers that they advertised as flowmaster super 10s when they didn't have the name anywhere on the mufflers. I had to get it redone at a better shop and it looks way better because the work is actually good quality unlike this shop.

Great service came in to get my exhaust manifold gaskets changed. The owner Joe was pleasant to do business with, would highly recommend to anyone who needs any automotive or muffler repairs.

5 star automotive muffler shop i highly recommend this shop to everyone top notch mechanic and Joe is an expert muffler and catalytic converter guy a 1 stop shop where they really know there cars over there at Joe's automotive and muffler i wouldn't take my car anywhere else just ask for Joe and he will take of business for you and Joe is a really good and honest guy 5 star all the way!!!

Good place reasonable to take your cars from classic to up-to-dates "Joe and his team does a great job I was recommended from family and friends I couldn't believe what my car really needed and this place found out what it was thanks Joe's muffler for fixing my car and being honest.

I love this place. Joe has been taking care of my cars for years now. His done complete exhaust sytems for my 66 Impala, 67 Chevelle and 70 C10 pick up. His fixed my wife's 08 Sentra, front struts, motor mounts and a tune up, and that thing is running like a champ. Just today he replaced the motor mounts and tranny mount on my 02 Yukon, now she's running smooth again. Thank u so much Joe for your good honest work and great advice when I have questions.

Went here today for a weird request. Fill plug on Prius transmission was totally stripped. Asked if they could weld in a hex head in the stripped out hex head bolt. After some talking we decided to go for it. Came some did transmission flush in about 20 minutes. Wish I thought about this like 2 weeks ago. I was waiting on a buddy to weld it and a local car shop didnt want to do it said it was a bad idea. Anyways saved me a ton of many had not other ideas how to get the plug out and dealer wanted 350 for the flush.

too bad, the employees or i guess the manager is rude yea very rude (i was talking with my brother and he said i know that you two are talking sh**t about me so cut the sh**t) how could he treat the costumers like this. Spend couple hundreds more and get respect and better work. ( im still shocked of what happened) BTW i didint mention everything, i just mentioned what appropriate!!

I came here to have my Pypes cat-back exhaust system that I purchased for my Mustang installed. It was supposed to a simple bolt-on, but later found out they made unecessary cuts and welds to fit it in. Complete hack job. It rattled when it was hot and I took it to them twice to fix, but the rattle came back. I took it to another muffler shop and they told me what happened and fixed the rattling noise. The reason they get 2 stars is because the price was cheap and they took the car back twice without hassling about the rattling. You get what you pay for here. Also, they are not professional at all. Oversized clothing that is untucked.

Highly Recommend Joe's Shop.... " I Was Driving By With My Daughter When I Saw The Sign "Joe's Muffler's Shop And Made A U turn I Had Been Looking For A Muffler Shop To Take My Car To Have Them Check it Had Been Making A Rattling Loud Noise And Here I Was Thinking it was Going to Be Something Big And Pricey But Thank God I Had A Good Instinct to stop at Joe's and Ask ToBe Check and They "WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HONESTLY WITH ME AND FIX MY LOUD NOISE VERY QUICK AND AND SAVE ME SOME MONEY SO IM GOING BACK EARLY NECT WEEK FOR A FULL TUNE UP.... I FELT THE HONESTY AND GREAT WORK I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE AND IM GONNA MAKE THEM MY NEW CAR SHOP...
