Came with a tire from home to swap with worn tire on my truck...balance and swap was $35...I don't recommend coming here. I know places in long beach that would charged $20 and twice as fast. Only came here because I was in a rush

The big guy was charging me $160 to swap out some tires I brought from home and that was with only balancing the front tires.Went down the street and only paid $60 and balanced all 4 tires. I would consider calling around for quotes before business here.

Mike the Cahier was nice. Sal who worked on my tire was nice and cool and he swapped my spare oit and didn't even need to ask and he made sure I was taken care of. Thank you family tire I will be returning

Went in looking for a tire an they had a few but this guy Alex was so very honest he said man this tire is no better than the one you have on already he could have sold me that bogus tire but he was honest an I can respect honesty... When you pull up ask for Honest Alex he's the man...

Terrible business. Went there a year ago to get my tires changed. They ended up losing the key to my lug nut lock. Demanded they gave me a new one. Just took my car to get a used tire for the meantime. Paid $60 for a used tire that was flat 2 days later. Go to walmart. $70 for new tires

They were open on a Sunday and had a place inside to sit out of the heat! They were Friendly and Professional! Cost efficient and fast! 10/10 would recommend.

Nice service, clean atmosphere for a tire shop. Treated me with respect, did not feel like they were predatory .. because I was a women. The atmosphere is about what I expected.. not much seating..so leave all your kids and dogs at home. Get in..get serviced..get out.

There are many tire shops, in the area but this place has a service above and beyond the others. I was having trouble looking for a tire for a special project these guys made it happen and also give me confident and a small lesson on why I needed a specific tire. I will always recommend these guys not only are they professional and fast they took care of all my needs without any headaches. I did have to make an appointment and I did have to wait because the tire I needed was very rare and hard to find. But these guys without a doubt took care of it getting my tire mounted on my rim and showing me why I needed it was totally different than just telling me to wait and charging me money they actually explained everything so I understood it which is very different from many tire shops. Totally cool atmosphere really chill waiting area. And they did not waste my time at a price I couldn't believe just the tire alone would have cost me what they charge me to get my tire mounted and get it ready for my ride I can't thank them enough.

I ve gotten tires done here for years and will continue to do so. Also sent lots of family who said they d do the same. Only complaint is the wait can be long but people wait when they know the place is good.

GREAT SERVICE. ALWAYS ASK FOR ALAN... HE IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST!!! Sooo I m one of those people who is probably hated by the universe because I have come to Family Tires about 5 times already in about 4 months because I keep getting nails/screwdrivers in my tires!!! But every time I come I get EXCELLENT service by Alan, and quite honestly almost every other guy here. The ONLY REASON WHY I DIDNT GIVE THEM 5 STARS IS BECAUSE the manager (or perhaps the owner) seems to be a bit more rude than his employees (or his team). He does not always have the best treatment for people... liiiike he didn t want to let me pay while they were working on my car EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY TOLD ME HOW MUCH I D BE CHARGED. Seriously?? I needed to run out of there so I could go to work. But whatever. I can overlook him as long as I deal with the other nice guys there. Seriously, quality services, great prices, and really quickly too!! :) do not regret going there!

I came in to replace a flat that I was sure was a total loss. I was helped immediately, zero wait time. When the gentleman who helped me asked, "What can I do for you?" I replied, "I need to replace a flat. Find me a match and give me a price quote." The gentleman could have given me exactly what I asked for. Instead, he thoroughly examined the flat and determined that it was repairable and would cost $8. In addition, every other employee that I interacted with was very friendly. Their name matched their vibe, "Family". It's so refreshing to come across a genuinely honest and welcoming business.Even though their shop is a little far from where I live, they have earned my business! I will definitely buy my next set of tires from Family Tires!

Showed up to this place directed by Google map as the nearest place available. A sad experience to starup someone's day. From the beginning the guys there seemed only focused on selling me new tires. Everything else didn't see as an option for me. No patch because the nail was too close to the edge, (like if I don't now that line). The plug was the next move. Next the tire was too dry and it the plug hook just ripped off. Next was "aren't you interested in a new set of tires".? I asked price and they came up with a price of $350.00 all in. I could probably have being on their mercy at that point. But luckily I was carrying a old tire on my trunk. Asked them to just install that on. And I could get the tires with a friend. They did. And then serve me with a invoice describing a $5.00 charge for inspection plus $15.00 service for a total of $20.00 for what it could have being $10.00 for a simple tire switch. First time, last time. And good luck with that business model.

Always a pleasure bringing my car into the staff at family tires! Been bring my vehicles here for many years and I have yet to be disappointed. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly and are willing to help in anyway they can. Definitely will continue to bring my cars here! Thanks family tires!

Very courteous, and professional. I have had several dealings with this place and everytime it's been a great experience. Also several friends have told me of there experiences with family tires. I have never heard a foul word uttered about family tires. I would strongly recommend this business.

Management is well in touch with their customers and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure they go home Happy. The owner is a good person with a good heart and you can always trust him to help you out. The mechanic is on his game and knows almost everything about cars any type any model. The guys who fix tires know what they are doing.

These guys are always awesome. From tire repair/replacement; oil changes; brakes and prob more but that all I've done here. Will always keep coming back- have a high trust and respect for their business. Great prices. Love this shop!

Awesome awesome awesome! Went in because I had just gotten a flat and needed something after 5. Lucky for me these guys stay open until 7! They worked tirelessly to make sure that they gave me the best service instead of just up charging me for a new tire. Thanks!

Family tires is absolutely wonderful. Every patch I have had done by these guys has lasted the life of the tire! Between that and the friendly atmosphere I will always go here whenever possible.

This place is great, they are always friendly and helpful. I have been here first for tires. They have reasonable rates and they have a mechanic who has fixed my car on many occasions, its hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. I recommend all my family and friends here.

Been my tire shop for 10+ years.... Good service and excellent price... Good customer service, always open when I needed them including weekends.... ALL TIRE SHOPS ON ROSECRANS AVE... FAMILY TIRES ONLY PLACE I RECOMMEND.VICTORYRX 5/5LOCAL BUSINESS, HIDDEN GEM, CUSTOM ORDER NO PROBLEM

Great service!!!!! Greg and the guys are the greatest, they took care of my car quick and very efficiently, they are super knowledgeable and treat everyone with a family type of relationship..... I will keep going back and recommend them to everybody

My car had a flat tire on the freeway I stopped here to get a new tire and the old man was so helpful and very kind. Good price. Very fast repair and honest. Good quality service. Definitely recommend!!!

Great customer service and great deals on my new tires. Also thank you for my rim advice. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone thats looking for new or used tires. I have not tried any of there other car services but im pretty sure they do a great clean job.
