Great prices! Fast service! They don t mess around, and will absolutely give you attitude if you give them lip. It s kinda like the 50 s diner waitress type of stuff. I don t mind. I find it charming. Thanks!

Five star service all the way from this guy named Soto? Got me what I wanted, when I wanted it.Installed my wipers for me on a rainy day.This place is awesome. Great place to get your parts if you're a DIY'er. The best prices, I'm for sure coming back. Highly recommended

I Bought for $105 a Blue Streak Ignition Coil upgraded from a Lower Brand Sold to me and Exchanged for Upgrade Paid the $54 Difference. Went to Top Mechanic that is Best in Whittier 7 Days a Week Working with Best Mechanics in Business, anyways the Coil was put in and not Firing. Checked and it was Bad. They had extra Denso Coil used for Bro Price to get us out of a Pouring Rain. I took back to Owner Coil and he refused to Exchange. I am Senior near 70 years age. I respectfully spoke to him politely and he didn t care. Words in one ear out the other. We Benched tested to check Coil and it is Brand New defected Part. I called Blue Streak by Standard back east and they could do Nothing. Bad Experience. I Will Never Go Back. Better to go Back to Better Bigger Stores that Honor and Respect Customers. Blessings.

When in there for CV axles, driver and passenger side service was great my first time there I m glad I read the signs to follow. The line couldn t beat the price. I didn t have to order it because it was the same price. The staff was fast friendly and on point I ll be back.

Yes they may have good prices but the worst customer service, they always in bad mood talking with attitude to customers. One of the workers there make bad comments to people that don't speak English well.

Unfortunately that I have to leave this review because I got disrespected & accused &by employee named Carlos & the manger at Clark s today, i come to this shop all the time I own 2 companies and I usually need parts so I come here ,, the other day I came to get a part and they gave me a wrong part which s fine it happens and they measured everything they needed from the old part then again they ordered wrong part which s totally fine and understandable it happens so I came back to give them that part back and get a totally different part and pay the difference if there s and when I mentioned that the employee named Carlos start giving me a very bad attitude and mentioned20% stocking fees I Told him that s totally fine , but he couldn t stop talking in a disrespectful way and super rude and tried to put his hands on me that sVery unprofessional .., then the manager was there then out of no where came talking unprofessional and very bad attitude big X on this shop . Be very careful when you go there you dealing with people has 0 % customer service and the manger should learn how to talk to customers before he becomes a manger .To the owners reference:the employee name is Carlos if he gave a correct name he was working on the left side of that check out register this happened 03/23/2024 between 2:30 - 4:30 . & the manger.

So disappointed, my husband bought some windshield wipers put them on and when he turned them on they collapsed. He always puts on windshield wipersThe kid at the counter laughed and said he s never seen this before and would not exchange the wipers. 4/30/23 @ 1:57 pmThis has always been our go to for parts and oil for 10 years but now I see the customer service hs declined and I won t be back

Love clarks auto they have everything you could need for your car. You can go online and pick out parts order them and then pick them up at the online desk. It s very convenient. I love these guys.

Yes no one can beat their prices but the customer service is extremely bad. I'd rather pay higher prices and receive great service. I've experienced being hung up on the phone. Bad in person business attitude. Argumentative. They're aware that they offer the lowest prices in town so it's put up with our ignorant behavior.

Needed an air pump but they didn t have it. So guy says let me look around for you I got it within on hour they brought it from another shop I was really amazed at their prices this was the lowest price for an air pump some went as high as a few hundred and as low as 60 I got it for 30.. was happy

Clark's auto parts are great for their true discount prices compared to other auto stores such as auto zone or it's competitive stores. You can get your parts in special order if available. You will never be disappointed with their prices, and the parts are new compared if you wanted to get it even from a junk yard to save a few dollars. Here you find it brand new and you will be super pleased with their products with services.

Shout out to Mike, Tyler and the rest of the team at Clark s auto parts was trying to figure out exactly witch part I needed and they where able to help me but ended up not needing the part and only a gasket the return process was so smooth and super easy definitely be back again

Usually good service, Called for throttle body for ford mustang.I started the conversation with happy holidays asked for a part.The gentleman says we don t have it and hanged up on my face. So rude and honestly very mean.The owner is great but hanging up on customers face was not deserved.

I've known about this place for years. I have friends in the auto industry who have been coming here for decades. I came in without a part number. One of the clerks came out to the car to look at the broken part and within moments found the part in their inventory. Minutes later, I'm back on the road. Going back to my mechanic tomorrow to get the new part installed.

This was my first time going to Clark Auto Parts, a friend referred them to me because they have the best affordable parts in town, and it was worth the drive. They had what I was looking for, it was a custom order. E, who helped me, completed my order. He was very friendly, fast service, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. I was having a hard time finding someone to assemble my car, E referred me to someone that was able to assemble it for me. Highly Recommended

The quality of parts is very poor, wrong parts,defective brand new parts makes me to pay double labor.Customer treatment is very bad.Not recommended at all.

Oh place has the best prices in town they sell medium and high-quality parts. High-quality part have to be ordered but they do get them Sunday or the next day honey recommend it do you wanna save some money
