It s an hour after opening, open signs are up, gate is still locked. Who does this help. Pretty sure someone stole my airpods and sold it to them. No one is answering. EDIT: i stayed there until 12 and nobody showed up. So lying about that leads to even more suspicious activity at this store. Be warned and be careful

Guys if possible avoid this place. I gave my iphone 14 pro for front and back screen replacement. Not at all happy with the experience.They kept increasing the phone fixing time and I had to collect the non working phone back right at closing time. My back camera which was perfectly fine when I gave them was replaced or damaged when I took it back with scratches . My ringing phone was dead so I am not even sure what all was replaced.Update: I did text for pictures and no one got back. Also I asked if I left for two days will you be able to fix it? The answer was better but a new phone on amazon. The 100$ was unnecessary discount what would I do with a damaged phone after waiting around for a day. You should give updates or promises consistently.

Great customer service fast and quick really cheap price. Fixed my Samsung s23 screen and I was freaking out thinking it will takes days but I was wrong they where able to fix it same day which it was a life saver because I ran my business through my phone thank you. I recommend this place

Spoke to Erica to do a data transfer from my run over Samsung phone after taking to another store and told me they couldn't do it, so I took it to Erica to try it out because I had all my contacts from my business and couldn't do any business and thanks to Erica that was able to get my Information out I am really grateful Erica because without you I wouldn't off run my business. I owe you a wine battle I promise you. Thank you so much I really appreciate you. Really recommend this place to anyone. Took her the same day to replace. Great service

Worse customer service ever. When I dropped off the phone they told what time they open. I got there 15mins later than the opening time. No one was there so I dropped it off hours later. I later received a call and they said my phone was ready. I informed them that I would pick it up the next day and they gave me a time they opened. The next day I go and wait 2hrs and no one opened the store I was so upset and couldn't understand how they do business like this. Almost 3hrs later I call and they finally answer and I was able to pick up my phone. BEWARE if leaving your phone here. Not the best customer service.

I would avoid this store, very unprofessional no respect to customer time. I went there yesterday for a broken screen and I was told the phone would be ready in 2 hours just to come 5 hours later and the phone is not ready. After I picked up my phone I found out the front camera is not working. Complete wast of timeThe only positive thing in my experience here is the manager who contacted me afterwards and tried to fix thingsStill would recommend finding another place...Replaying to the owner1. Refund was only for the service, I paid for the parts. 2. The front camera was not replaced by your technician after fixing the screen, and this technician could not differentiate between the two phones. 3. After the correct screen was ordered it took 4 hours to fix instead of 2 what your technician said.Again in general it was a bad experience and I regret choosing this place for my screen repair
