Had my truck/rv aligned here. Quick service and they tighten up some loose part. Drives better now. They made some other repair recommendations needed that were fair priced.

Quick service, recommended issues to be addressed , deal with lowered and modified cars with no exorbitant price, and friendly. Nice To their shop dogs too which says a lot.

The owner over see's the repairs being performed and they do quality work. I had them install after market suspension components and perform an alignment. Im happy with the price and repairs done.

Good for cheap alignment, but beware. My wife and daughter were quoted $675.00 for brakes on a vw new beetle. Our mechanic did it for 1/4 of that quoted price.

I have been going to b&d (formerly bear alignment) for years. All my weird off the wall projects and normal commuter vehicles. They are one of the last of a dying breed doing alignments on old school suspension systems. George is the man. Upfront and honest he will get the job done

Good work, good price, staff was pleasant. Lack of a waiting area wasn't the best. But there's a Starbucks across the street.

Got an alignment done on my 2017 Mustang GT. They gave me a fair price $90 for front and rear. They treated my car and I very well. Nice to see people are still offering quality customer service nowadays.*Note: I called ahead to make sure they weren t busy before I arrived.

I arrived at 2pm, there was just one other car there and four guys. The guy at the service desk was on the phone for about twenty minutes without even acknowledging me. After I waited, he said it would be $80 but that they're closed. No apologizing for the wait or anything. He actually seemed annoyed.I've gone here for alignment services for over 15 years and have never felt so unwelcomed.Went to American Tire Depot close by and got helped right away for twenty dollars less than I'm used to paying. Now I'm glad the B&D guy was feeling grumpy.

PROS:They checked the car thoroughly found the origin of my alignment problem as well as every problem I knew about and some that other shops missed. The alignment was spot on and only 70. They did work on the bushing and arms which I dont have much knowledge of pricing, but the end result was smooth and satisfactory. They took good effort to show me exactly what was wrong why its causing a problem and how it could lead to more. They also gave me many choices on how to divvy up and prioritize repairs.CONS:However when noting other work they priced me on they hiked the price for dealing with anything else. The brakes were hundreds above what others were charging for the same work andmade me suspicious of the pricing of their other work. When I had already gave my car they called about a missing bolt which would run me 100 extra and with out it would make all the previous work pointless. They were good in showing me their reasoning and it does make sense but its suspicious and aggravating.FINAL THOUGHTS: would recommend for alignment and diagnostic and estimate. But for anything else run hell.

Jerry and his crew always takes good care of my cars, I use them for 7+years. I even bring the van from my job to service here. They sell you the parts you need. Quick turnaround

There is no better place than B&D alignment for front suspension work on any car. Been coming here for years and these guys know their stuff. Jerry and Geno are great people who treat you fairly and give you a great deal!

No sevice performed. Review based on experience. Called and asked for quote for an aligment. Thought pricing was fair and I mentioned I would arrive in a few minutes. When i get there, service guy says he has a $900 job ahead of me and he wont even get to do an aligment for my car "today." (It was 9:45a) 1. I would have appreciated that notice over the phone and not make me drive to the location. 2. One more expensive job than yours will be more important than whatever you are there for. 3. They pride themselves being open since 1967; at one car per day, Im sure they need to be open for 100 years more.

Jerry Does a great job on all service. Most of the problems people have is they don't know how there car or front end works. I have read some of his reviews and couple customers used cuss words. That just show there class. I had numerous alignments with no problems at all.

If you can find any other alignment shop you would be better off, showed up one day at noon just to be turned away after being told they close at noon. Their website says they would be open until 4pm but if they don t want to work they ll close earlierI even called beforehand to make sure I didn t waste my time, only to find out they don t honor their word

When you arrive you are warmly greeted and treated compassionately the great customer service is just the tip of the ice berg the attention to measurements and detail is expert level and every step is discussed with you so you are aware of what to expect I put this shop on a level above the rest I highly recommend it to anyone with designer rims in big sizes I have 26" Rims and they did alignment and dropped it I'm very satisfied.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Workers are very unprofessional with no respect for customer service. Started a brake job at 12:30 and had multiple attempts to do the job right with no success. Had the audacity to take their lunch break in the middle of the job with me as their only customer waiting till they closed up shop to not have the brake job completed to satisfactory level. Worst experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE WHATSOEVER!!!

I get their Friday like at 2 and they say they close at 4 they don t have time I get their the next morning at 7:45 and a worker told me their was 2 cars ahead of me it s gonna take around 3 hrs while he was still sitting and relaxing inside office but yet they open at 6am and no cwr was being worked on only good thing lady in front was friendly just the Latino guy dident get his name

I paid a $100 to get an alignment and my wheels are still not aligned Waste of time and my money now I have to go find a new place and buy new tires again
