605 Auto has to have the best customer service in Los Angeles. We were exhausted with many dealerships that were charging hidden fees and bad cars .We found our perfect family car with their great Salesman Adrian and his colleagues who helped us late evening to close on a very good Chevy Equinox that we love .They also are right now after a few days of buying the car gave me an appointment to fine tune it a little bit , not that it had any issues.We are extremely happy with the service rendered and recommend that you go directly to 605 to buy your car to avoid inconvenience.Five stars and two thumbs up!!

Vivian, Rigo, and Anthony were upfront and honest about the cost of the vehicle resulting in a smooth process purchasing the vehicles. Rigo the owner replaced the tire on one of the vehicles that I was concerned with making it even a better and comfortable experience. All the individuals were great with positive attitude that made me feel confident in purchasing 2 vehicles. Will definitely look to doing business with them in the future.

Let me first stop saying that Anthony and Jose were absolutely amazing but find the best car experience I have ever been through in my life you guys. He worked with my down payments when I arrived. It was exactly everything that he said over the phone. Anthony made this such a beautiful and smooth process. I came in on his day off to do my paperwork portion, and he made sure that everything was already set in stone for me, so it made the process super easy then Cmee the following day to leave the down payment and drive off talk about patient you guys they even made my 11-year-old son feel welcome and so much at home that he did not wanna leave Lol . I cannot express how much they both A absolute joy to the car buying process. If you re in need for a vehicle I highly recommend them for that stress-free car buying experience that everybody wants. Don t forget to ask for either Anthony or Jose and I promise they will take great care of you. I ended up getting a Mercedes GLK 350 and it was absolutely excellent condition pristine really and I couldn t be happier

The workers are nice here. But the owner of this place is a liar and a fraud. He pretends that he's religious but constantly screws people over as a regular business practice. He will sell you a lemon and refuse to return your money. There's a special place in hell for this phony. Karma will come for him and knock him down for all of his shady practices. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted about this place numerous times. All positive reviews are likely fake. The owner just makes them up. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I love this dealership! They are the best! Thank you for everything much love I had bad credit due to being an irresponsible teenager. I saved up some cash $4k and got my 2003 50th anniversary Corvette. They were upfront with me and told me the day before they could get me accepted for a loan if I showed up the next day. I was scrolling on Offerup I wanted a car but been denied before. So when I saw this car I was so excited. I didn t believe them but I showed up ready to buy the car at the dealership in the afternoon. The salesman was surprised as much as I and told me I got you approved I look over the vehicle and it needed new brakes, tires, and some engine fixing. They fixed the headlight on a test drive. I was fine with the condition of the car and told me it s sold as is.(Recommend bringing someone who knows about cars since it s sold as is) I fixed it and now it s my baby. There was a bit of miscommunication with me and the manager about him fixing a part of the car but I shrugged it off. I never saw him after that one conversation anyways. I m mechanical inclined so I didn t bother with insisting. I was a bit unfriendly after that but it was for personal life reasons nothing on their side that effected my mood. It s about to be paid off in December (had it for a year) and will soon get another car here, maybe a daily or another exotic car I ll be This dealership gets new cars all the time all types, it s exciting to see their stock every now and then. Sorry took so long to post review I been very busy with work.

They had a beautiful 2019 Nissan Sentra listed at 14k but when I went into the dealership JR said the sale price would be just over 16.7k. Sales tax for our city is at 9.5%. That makes registration, filing fees, maybe smog to add another 1.4K to the actual price of the car which is higher than most other dealerships by 1k. I still didn t give up hope and I tried my level best to negotiate since it was a nice car. They gave me a final offer of 15.6k out the door but said it was the cash price. I agreed since that is around how much the car should be costing in the first place. Whenever I inquired about financing he was trying his level best to discourage me (said a 10% apr on a good credit score was normal). I assumed it was because they were too lazy to take care of my financing so I even offered to go find my own financing and pay them in a cashiers check but they refused. When I asked for a reason his words were I m not going to wait 2 days for the cashiers check to clear . When I spoke to the manager he was quite nice but JR seemed a bit unprofessional and sketchy.UPDATE:This is the response to the owner. I had called in early 2022 and come in to look at the Sentra at that time there was a salesman who went by J.R. ; it doesn t come as a suprise to me that he doesn t work there anymore. I definitely do not have the wrong dealership. I actually had this exact same review posted previously with no response immediately after my visit back then.

A good friend of mine was just trying to lease a car and this company made it so difficult to get her money back after they screwed her over multiple times! This place will act friendly but they don t want to help you when there is a big issue!

This place is a true scam they try to act like your friends and they are trying to help you out but 80% of the employees are just hustlers trying to make the most money off of you. I ve bout my very first used dealership car from here 3 years ago I walked away with a 18% interest rate thinking I got a good deal. Had 31,000 miles on it website said $16,000 ended up being $24,000. Now the car has 72,000 and it s burning oil, I went to 2 mechanics to try and fix the problem both of them said the same thing that the engines are bad and a gasket inside get defective and that I need a new engine. Both mechanics didn t charge me ANYTHiNG to check it and both gave me a quote $6,500 and $7,000 I called 605 hoping they would help me out since I bout car from them I told them for a price of an engine replacement they said they can definitely do it cheaper but can t give me an exact quote until they diagnose the car. They want to charge me $149 just to look at and refuse to give me quote of engine replacement until I pay the $149 to get it looked at. Even though I bought the car there they still trying to charge me to give me an answer I already know.

Unfortunately, what started as a decent experience turned a different corner as our interactions continued in the process after paperwork was signed. The due bill for agreed upon work was a process, and ultimately the entire scope of work was not completed after an entire day of leaving the car for a headlight and reflectors to be replaced. Reflectors were not replaced and sent home for us to finish. Then, we never received our license plates. After months of waiting and a thoughtful warning from an officer, we call to follow up and are told we owe a balance and that the contractual paperwork states the license and registration fees are only estimates. We ve bought over 10 vehicles as adults and NEVER had this happen. I asked for a manager to call so we can work this out. Really, at this point since they admitted they never sent us the text message notification that plates were in and we have been driving at the risk of a ticket - it s reasonable for 605 Auto to eat the loss of less than $100 and mail us the plates. No call from a manager - so when I called to follow up and told the same thing I ask for the manager to call again, and told they ll see what they can do to get the manager to call me. Not acceptable and who knows if we will get a call or our plates. No accountability equals poor customer service. The young people working there don t seem to understand the big picture. So, over less than $100 they receive a poor review because they don t empathize, act like the customer concerns matter, or even have the courtesy to follow up and have the management contact us. Maybe if you live close by it s worth the risk, but you should know this before commuting to this auto dealership and definitely be aware there s a risk they will come back afterwards and try to collect more funds. The dmv fees are not rocket science, so I can only assume they didn t file paperwork on time or correctly which resulted in additional fees that they expect customer to be liable to pay.

The owner was definitely helpful when he passed over the keys. As a first time car buyer he made me comfortable and made sure I was driving off safely***UPDATE: July 15th, 2023 The business promised to communicate when my plates were being delivered and I reached out multiple times for the last 7 months. I received a text asking if I could leave a review they could ship my plates with a Starbucks card. She stated that as soon as i submit the review, they will ship my license plates. I didn't think anything of it. Just look at the amount of google reviews regarding the same issue. They tried to sell me the anti-theft device for $800, but brought it down to $497. Eduardo, who sold me the car, stated that this is how he makes money and that I would be doing him a favor. Sorry not sorry ask your boss for a raise or look for a job else were. I'm now realizing that your pay is not my issue that is your employers'. After I wasn't sure about the price he brought down $100. Which made me feel better. After months of asking for my plates, in January 2024, 605 Auto started asking me to pay $120 for my license plate. They said its an estimate... how is it my problem? Estimate better. They acted extremely sexist like if I was dumb or looked at me crazy when I asked what each paper of the contract was for. Eduardo did not want to go into conversation about each page by giving the most general explanation and telling me to "JUST SIGN." Extremely disrespectful and sexist. It shows that they remove money from the estimate to make it look like they're giving you a deal when in reality they will hold your plates and still charge you the original price. Lastly, this company "forgot" to service my vehicle and I waited until that service was done. The business has not tried to solve their problem they just offer promotions regarding oil changes. I NEED MY PLATES NOT AN OIL CHANGE. GET A GRIP. To make this right I request the following: I want a refund for the anti-theft device. I want the company to pay for the anti-theft instead. I want my plates sent to me and the company pays the DMV fees. Expecting a refund of $617.00

Great cars! Great people! Great service!I found the perfect car for me at 605 Auto Sales! I had searched online and in person for almost 2 months to find that vehicle that fit me. When we walked on to the lot, we were given some time to look around first. We were greeted by a friendly salesman Bryan. He wasn t pushy and he didn t follow us around like we experienced at other car lots. When we were ready to purchase my new car, everything was explained to us very clearly. I had a lot of confidence in making this major purchase. Did I mention they offer complimentary detailing when you purchase your car?

UPDATE 02/12/21Still have NOT received license plates, dealership claimed the license plates got lost in transit and they asked for ANOTHER fee of $70 to RELEASE the plates to us after not having received them for 9 MONTHS. Owner has responded to me but I am the owner and signed on the car as well. All they want is money.UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, MONEY HUNGRY:There are so many things wrong with this dealership, take other reviews as advice and warning, I made the mistake of purchasing a car with them without reading the reviews.For starters, (1) prices are NOT as advertised on car buying websites. The car I went to look at was actually sold 3k above advertised because the other was the "cash price," but the contract clearly said "cash price" and still would not go with the price that was advertised. First red flag. While I was doing paperwork and he was running mine and co-signers credit, they were walking around and talking and messing around like they were little kids, it's ran by immature 30 year olds. I purchased nearing July (Fourth of July) and they left the room to go light up FIREWORKS. Such an unprofessional place, I should've walked up and left that minute. I purchased a car in late June 2020, and to this day, January 2021, I have not received my license plates. That's 6 months of going back and forth calling them with still no plates. Over the phone they have also been unprofessional and unhelpful. They kept blaming the DMV and Covid but someone else in my family has purchased a car AFTER me and they received plates in a timely manner. They have been downright RUDE on the phone and charged an extra $89 to ship the plates to us....that STILL are not here after having "shipped" them A MONTH AGO and we are only 2 hours away. Even after charging such a large fee for shipping them they still said it was not "overnight," they also refused and were unable to provide a tracking number because they "don't keep that info"....how else can one ensure their customer receives their license plates??? Upon calling today they had us on hold for about 10 minutes after mentioning who was calling, they're avoiding it because they've ran out of excuses. This time the excuse was "The post office sent them back and we mailed the out again", keep in mind he said this while stuttering, as paying customers they could have had the decency to let us know what happened rather than keeping us waiting MORE, weeks more. We had to go to the DMV to get our copy of registration and pay more fees on top of what was charged with them as well. All in all, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! There is some shady stuff going on here and they ARE getting reported to the California DMV.Picture for proof I was supposed to receive my plates way before, my paper ones have expired im not even allowed to drive my car currently.

I had went to multiple dealerships, didn t find anything. I came across 605 auto with my mom, they had the best prices! We met with 2 salesmen: Bryan & Anthony and the manager Rigo, all were wonderful! The moment we got there they were very welcoming and answered all questions we had. Making my first vehicle purchase, they made my experience very exciting and I felt very comfortable with buying a car from them. By the end of the sale, we found a family in the auto business and will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase!

This dealership has a Fabulous time selling you, and promising you the moon and the stars.However when it comes time for them to cough up and render those promised services, refunds owed back to you, or actually "working" on something that they MUST do for the customer, they will drag their feet and ignore your calls.Not recommended. That includes the whole team here under Rigoberto Gonz�lez.

Prices are not what they advertised . We did an application online and did pre-qualifie for a 1000 dollar down ON A 2015 Elentra but when we got thier they wanted to stick it to us with 27%interest on a car that had a price of 12000 . So we completely refused we countered with buying the car CASH FOR 11000 AND THE YOUNG MAN REFUSED. SO WE WENT TO KEYS OF VAN NUYS AND BOUGHT A 2019 Elentra FOR 15000 CASH . SO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME . ( ... we paid all cash for a car 4 years newer then the one you "couldn't " sell me)
