I went to Johnny, at on point collision and custom, i could not have made a better decision, for any car repairs these guys are top, not only did they go above and beyond to restore my vehicle, but they made it as simple and easy as possible. They took care of everything from fixing my car to getting me a rental, Johnny, alex and the crew made this experience a dream, i felt very comfortable with them the moment i walked in the shop, answered all questions and made sure i was well informed and doubt free before i left the shop...

They did an excellent job at working with my vehicle. They called me for any updates with parts and very friendly. Shop owner Johnny was very helpful and oversaw any little blemishes on my car . Thankful I brought my car here . If any problems arise with the parts / paints they guarantee they will fix it as long as you own your vehicle. Quality work! Took my car to OnPoint after my accident and it was the best decision I made. They took no shortcuts and made all the repairs with BMW parts. They dealt with the insurance company and made the process smooth. Car looked better than when I bought it from the dealer. You would never thought it was ever involved in a accident. Thanks OnPoint!

First I want to start by given this place a five star This place is amazing they went over and beyond by fixing my vehicle. The secretary Miss. Alex amazing sweet person. Answer all my questions and concerns in a timely matter. Johnny went over and beyond for me. I'm so blessed I found this body shop! I totally recommend this place. They will make you feel like home. They take care you from the moment you get there. There team is excellent.

$200 A DAY FOR STORAGE FEES WE WERE NOT AWARE WHEN FIRST DROPPED CAR OFF THERE. The part that sucks is they don t even keep your car in the shop, they keep it in the street. Should ve just kept my car at my place Ridiculous!

It was a unique experience. The truth is, there are few places like this where they guide you by the hand in the event of an accident. There are people like me who have never been involved in one and didn't know what to do. Very bad service, they lose your car keys and they don't warn you at all about what happened! They do what they want in your car, don't trust that workshop too much!!
