I went for a tire rotation and the guy's wheel fell off and damaged it. Wheels bought 1 month ago, they didn't charge me for the rotation because they said they would repair the wheel the next day. I called them and the owner answered me in a bad way. He started to irritate me. Talking rude things to me and making fun of my situation is terrible business, I don't recommend it to anyone.

These guys are the real deal. Got my cars TPMS installed on my wheels and the wife s cars wheels as well. Great customer service.

I use to come here all the time when I had my sedan. I came a month ago and got charged $2 (the usual) for putting air on a 2020 wrangler. Went today and the lady told me I had to wait 15 minutes because they were on their break so I waited. The guy put air and I was told it d be $3, cool. i went in to get charged and got ripped off by the lady who said it would be $4 because my tires are bigger and because her boss said so . I will not return for any tire service. It is telling of the type of workers they are. I posted this review as a warning especially if you re a woman or don t know much about tires. You d have to do your research before coming here.

I've been coming here for years, they have fast service and are very friendly. Also, they are honest. I sent my wife by herself, my 20" tire kept going flat, instead of lying to me and trying to sell me a tire or say my rim was bent, they found a faulty valve stem and fixed it for a few dollars. I am a customer for life.

Customer service is a big issue at this place when you arrive and they're busy no one acknowledges you the last time I was here I was charged for just putting air in my tires I used to work for Dealer Tire and customer service is very important and it saddens me that usually these mom and pop shops cannot honor their customer service I will not be coming to the shop either

Amazing Service!!! Fast and super reliable. Overall car inspection was done in 20mins. Filters changed, Wipers changed and got a great reference to a shop that ll replace my muffler in the same area. Joes the absolute best mechanic I ve been to in a long time

Thanks to RALPH (the young man that serviced my car today) customer service has really improved. Now in everyone else s defense service was NOT horrible just a little rough cut, and I m a long time customer. Ralph is very courteous, polite, and displayed AWESOME customer service, which I highly appreciate. GOD bless you all. JESUS is SEMPER FI.

Brought my crysler 300 in here to get a tire patched i have custom tire caps ( caps where you put the air in) & after they fixed my tire they didnt give me my custom tire cap back ( pink with diamonds) they put on a silver regular cap .. I went back and they gave me my tire cap back .. ( it was on the floor in a corner like someone just threw it there ) when i went back to get my cap no one even apologized for me having to drive back and pick it up . i tried to call first but no one answered the phone (acorse) . i am very busy & dont have time for other peoples mistakes or carelessness when i went to go get my tire patched it wasnt even busy so theres no reason why they shouldnt have put my cap back on . its little things like this that make me not want to come to places like this . these people dont care or are not paying attention to what there doing . if you want service done right the first time , dont come here .

Good work here, the only thing I dislike is that they don't ask or care to check the air pressure you need or want. Or maybe I have to ask? Who knows, but I would definitely recommend this place

Took more than 30 minutes for a patc. The guy was struggling to patch the tire. Then he said it had patch already when I have never patch the tired and the hole was so big he can put his pinky in the hole. Days after the tire was losing air again. First of all if he doesnt know how to patch the tire or the hole was "too big to patch" why would he waste my time and money and just tell me he cant patch. Wont be going there no more

Hello,So I do not live around here I live in Glendale, CA and decided to have these fools patch up a tire on May, 21, 2016 since I was visiting a friend here . As soon as I jumped on the freeway my steering wheel started to shake. It had never done that!!!. I took it back to this nasty place on May, 22, 2016 (the next day) and they said it had nothing to do with what they did. I took it to my usual tire shop in Glendale, CA and had the tire replaced today with a used one. The Tire shop told me that whom ever patched up my tire and put it back did a terrible job. Also if I would of left it that way I would of had to pay for future repairs due to the terrible job they did. Please do not go to this urban (ghetto) trashy place. Did not want to give it a star but I had to in order to post this up.

DO NOT buy tires from this shop they sold me a really bad one only last me a week i almost crash in the fwy because they sold me a bad tire PLEASE BE AWARE avoid this shop
