Life savers, car was DOA at Jack and the Box parking lot.They were able to retrieve the vehicle before it was towed. Car was a total but they guys made things easy.I was not able to drop keys off until Thursday the accident was on Monday . No problem. Thanks again

I have a 2013 Chevy volt that was rear ended. Carstar bell auto completely transformed it. In addition to replacing the bumper, they also polished my drivers side and cleaned my interior unprompted. Also without direction, Richard H. informed me via text message on every milestone that was happening, so I never felt out of the loop. I felt like I walked away with a brand new car. I was definitely in good hands with Carstar bell auto:)

My 2016 kia got broken into and took it to this shop as it was recommended by my insurance. I dropped it off and all seemed well. On the app it said my car was ready, so I called Monday to see if i can pick it up. They told me they needed to run tests still so not until Tuesday after 12 it would be ready and they would call at 10. They didn't call me Tuesday at 10 so I called at 3 to inform them I was going. I was then asked by Anthony who told me to go get my car because no one would call to tell me that since it's not ready yet. Even the app said it was ready on Tuesday @ 3:03. He said he was going to call me within 30min but ended up calling me 1hour later from his personal phone asking me if I could go get it and where I was even though the shop closes at 5 which didn't allow me to be able to drop off the rental and go pick up my car. So then Wednesday I called them to let them know I was going after work so I dropped off the rental and headed to the body shop which then as I arrived Ricardo was shaking 4 blank plastic keys in my face saying these were for my car. I told him what happened to my original kia fobs and was told me that another car was here for 5 months waiting on keys so they gave me plastic ones as a favor so I didn't have to wait. The keys were different so I had 1 key for the doors and another one for the ignition. I was told by Anthony it wasn't a big deal and it was a 30min fix to get 1 key for both the doors and ignition which then we agreed that on Thursday at 4 they would send a lock smith to my house so they could fix the 2 key issue. Thursday rolls around and 5pm hits and we finally get a call from Ricardo saying that when would we like to set up the appointment for the locksmith to come even though in person I was told they would already be coming on Thursday at 4. He said he would call me back 10min later and we never heard from them again until I called Friday when they finally sent someone to my job. I was under the impression that I would get an original kia fob which was my mistake to do so having seen how unprofessional the body shop has been. So I went from having separate blank keys to now having 1 blank key but no original kia fobs. I finally called my insurance to let them know what happened which then my insurance tried calling them multiple times with no success. When we finally got through and came to an agreement they said they would order the keys and call me back with any updates which they never did until I called my insurance the following Monday to see what was happening and that's when I was told of the updates through my insurance and not the body shop. I would avoid this place at all costs, it is not worth the headache, time lost, and back and forward with Ricardo and Anthony. I would give zero stars if possible.

I was in a car accident and sent my car over to CARSTAR. Wow they did an amazing job! Looks good as new, the repairs did not take long at all super fast, and good communication. Overall very happy with CARSTAR.Update 2022: My car is experiencing problems from the side that was involved in the accident and was not fixed correctly at all. I would come here with caution. Used parts were placed on my car and the right interior is experiencing issues that shouldn t be for a recent repair job.

Really good work satisfied with the work done to my truck great customer service everyone had a great attitude Ashley was great keeping me updated with the process of my truckThis review was just because some guy that works there was gonna help me out with a issue I had a rental car but he couldn't keep his word about it telling me if I left a good review he would handle that situation but didn't next time don't offer any help for a good review SMH

Fantastic from start to finish! Customer service was exceptional, my car was actually finished a little earlier than quoted, owner/manager were SO helpful in helping me navigate through the process. I felt like I was their only customer- even down to my finished car being immediately out front ready for me after receiving my final paperwork (I have no clue when they did this because I saw where it was parked and I was standing up front). Moral of the story, I felt like a VIP. Thanks Carstar!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went in for My first estimate for body work on My 2006 Chevy HHR, which I will be paying for not My insurance company. Lee, was very nice and concern about My needs at the time. So at this time I am waiting for a call back with a open estimate, until they can actually do work on it. We'll they gave me the highest quote then the 2 other collision shop. I fell they did that because again, I was going to pay for it myself not my insurance company.

It was a very pleasant and great experience. The gentleman were very Hands-On they offer me coffee, my car door was open for me they made sure I got to the car rental place to pick up my rental hands down the best experience of my life for the first time ever getting my car remodeled. Five stars I recommend anyone who needs their car done to go to this place

Anthony and Mike were very helpful. Two years ago, Mike fixed my front fender and have not had a problem with it since. Today, I went in to fix my battery brace. Anthony told me over the phone it would take an hour and they fixed it in less than 15. Very satisfied and will return.

Had a great experience bell auto Collision. I intentionally got hit while I was at the park so I brought my 2017 honda sport to Bell Auto Collision I talked to Anthony Banjarjyan really nice guy and the people that work there they were really friendly and courteous. When it comes down to accidents they know what they're talking about. When my car was done came back looking like nothing happened look new I was really satisfied definitely legit work so thank you for everything highly appreciate it I would definitely recommend to anyone to bring their vehicles here will definitely work with you. I love this place is a new shop and new owner, excellent service, my truck was done and those guys give me a great service, they fix everything with the insurance company and don't have to do anything. I really recommend this place, was a good idea bringing here my truck. Thanks guys.

Bell Auto is the kind of business we all need more of in the world today. The receptionist is pleasant, the body guys do quality work and owner Mike is fair, honest, and makes sure his work is of high integrity.

They re scammers just trying to make money off of insurances don t go to them would not recommend them. Took my car in and came out with more problems that never had, when I received my car back it looks like they didn t even put everything back in it s place worst body shop ever.
