This place is slowSlow slow slow with no sence of urgency.You got Employees in the back, on the sides having side conventions, "No one cares". We just want you to charge us and will be in our way" as customers we dont want to hear your conversations.. 6 people waiting, one register, over 4 people working,it took over 10 minutes Cmon..red shirts, and grey shirts, just ring us up , we tired..

The manager is a real jerk!!!! We will never come back to this location. The other guys were great and very helpful, but that manager needs to find a job where he won't have to be so miserable. He wouldn't give my husband the discount that applied to his purchase; apparently, he was too busy.

Above and beyond amazing service from this location!! 5 stars! A big shout out to Roberto & Nicolas for helping me replace a burnt out tail light bulb that melted my socket. These guys never gave up & were able to get a melted bulb out & a new one in and get me on my way fast! Thanks guys! You rock

This is my go to spot... Everyone at this store is always friendly. customer service is great! Never had issues . warranties are never an issue here...this place also gets very packed at times and i understand it can be overwhelming... overall, they will give you the help you need. just be patient with them... Cristina, Thanks for everything!

July 20 6:39 pm. Was told to call to see if my part had arrived ( for the 2nd time ) was put on a hold for 11 mins. Called once again to get an answer to whether I should drive down or not and was put on hold for another 10 mins. Bad customer service!!!

I went to autozone to check if I needed a new battery for my vehicle. Since, it has been lagging on the start. It was crowded and Raul and Connie helped the clients quickly. Raul helped me check my vehicle's battery and I did need a new battery. Raul provided excellent guest service and Connie offered to install the new battery and did a great job immediately swapping the batteries. Connie was friendly and very helpful. Excellent service. Thank you Connie and Raul.

Excellent customer service!! Their staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Edgar and Edwin went above and beyond to help me diagnosis my car troubles and provided me with the necessary tools and auto parts to fix everything there. Now my car is working great. Definitely go to this autozone location if you re in need of some car assistance.

They're always helpful and quick to attend customers. A man by the name of Juan helped me get a something that I couldn't get anywhere else. Hands down best customer service I've got in a while.

I came in, found what I needed, and made my purchase. As quick as it was, however, the store left a positive impression with it's friendly employees who greeted me as I entered and was a pleasant interaction at the checkout.

I was looking for a part for a car. It was an old car I recently bought and the part I was looking for was suppose to be u see warranty but we couldn't find it. But the time that the cashier took with us is why I give them a 5 star. They really genuinely wanted to help us. I don't know her name but it was a young Hispanic female.

I was having a problem with battery and I asked the guy if he could help me he said yes of course! He has awesome customer service Brandon THiS is not the first time he helps me ... he has helped me with come here it nice to have people like him working here

The store manager Brandon man. He was so helpful I had so many concerns and questions regarding a portable jumper starter and he was able to answer them all and made the purchase way more easier. Thx man. I would mostly recommend this auto zone to any one.

I have to give this autozone 5 stars. One of the managers in charge, by the name of Bryan was able to take care of me and follow the company's policies the right way. Autozone has a price matching policy that they follow as long as the competitor is selling the same quality part with the same warranty. He confirmed that everything was legitimate and offered the same price. I've had other managers that refuse to follow their own policy simply because they have to explain to their managers as to why they reduced the price so much but Bryan did the right thing and followed the policy. Thanks again Bryan, I will definitely be shopping here more often.
