Visited Inner City Auto 2 on a recommendation, and wasn't disappointed. Came in to make appointment to have my son's car looked over to ensure its safety after a recent incident. Josh was able to take it right away, and within an hour had a full diagnostic completed. Work was finished in less than a day, and all is well, and rides like new! Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail!

Josh is awesome. I dropped in unexpectedly because of my car and took me right in no questions asked and tested my car letting me know what exactly was wrong with it. Unfortunately my car now needs an engine but might be covered under warranty , in any case these guys are awesome and if I need anything else ever I will definitely come hereTotally recommend them

These guys are absolutely superb. This is my 1st time coming to Inner-city auto repair, but I can guarantee you that I will never go anywhere else again. The staff were friendly, professional, courteous, and patient when I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong. I have never been made to feel so comfortable at a mechanic shop. They fixed my issue in less than an hour and kept my apprised of what was going on every step of the way. While I waited, I spoke with another customer who told me he'd been bringing his and his families cars here for more than 15 years. If that isn't a testimonial of excellent service and experience, I don't know what is. Thank you so much Inner-City auto. You guys are life savers!!! If you are anywhere within 50 miles of this place and choose to take your car anywhere else, you are making a mistake.

I am going to state the pros and cons of this place. Josh is a sweet and charming fellow. Hes handsome too. He s more than polite and I enjoy dealing with him. He gave us a great price to change our thermostat due to a scan done revealing we may have to replace it. So he offered to give that service to us if we paid cash and went down there right away. SO we did Great!I guess he told my husband that there was something going on with the power steering? We never had any issues indicating that at all.. Well when we got our car back our hood shocks were broken and we didn t appreciate that. Were not blaming Josh at all. I think his mechanic is downright crooked!Within 2 days our power steering, rocker arm and belt all came off as if it was sabotaged! We were also charged for a lift support? That came to $1650.00We also paid for the brake light due to the cruise control going out..The thermostat and brake light came to total of 488.47Hrmmm this is getting downright fishy! After the thermostat, one thing after another was falling apart!So 2 really dumb bad mistakes happened.We went to smog the car after paying 1650 for the whole power steering nightmare and it failed smog.. Josh showed me the scan came out clean and he even went to bat for us with the smog guy. We really appreciated that.. we had to take it back to Josh for a deeper investigation of why it wasn t passing. The mechanic down there only relied on the scan tool and didn t actually look at the car at all. They found 3 things all related to evap codes. OK .They also informed us that the alternator was about to go out.. WHAT???!!Ok so for all three oxygen emission issues for smog failure plus a new alternator issue he wanted an additional 2600.00So all those codes that the scan tool was making? It turned out to be a gas cap not screwed on tightly.The alternator? My husband turned the headlight knob and left the lights on .As soon as I turned that gas cap and heard it click I drove down to Murrieta and back and Boom no more failed smog or check engine light!I have passed smog, may car hasn t died the alternator is FINE.. I notice they advertise a lot in the local senior citizen communities and magazines and I not feeling very good about it. Seniors can get overwhelmed and its easy to manipulate them. I found a great mechanic that told me it was a gas cap issue down at Jasso in banning on ramsey across from where Dad n sons used to be. While I adore Josh and hes so handsome sounding on the phone, that mechanic needs to go back to school or be fired. Sorry!

Josh was amazing! I had my water pump give out on me when I was out of town, about to head home and my warranty company kept trying to decline my claim for a new one. Josh stayed on the phone going back and forth with them for almost three hours and finally got my claim approved! Then he stayed late and started early the next day in order to get me back on the road early as possible because my hotel checkout was at 11 AM. 5 stars all around, customer service, speed and quality of work!

I was sitting at the traffic light on my lunch break and saw their banner that says We Do It All . I thought perfect because my car s got problems!! I took it over to them and Josh, Omar, and the rest of the team took care of my car while I was at work. They re really confident in what they do and are very hospitable. They drove me to work, which is luckily down the street, and had my car done by the time I got off. So if you re looking for great mechanics, take your car here, they ll definitely get the job done! They definitely do it all! Ty to everyone at Inner City Auto Repair 2!

Had an issue today where I lost all the coolant in my engine. Luckily, it happened right across the street from Inner-City Auto Repair.The guys there were very helpful. They were able to get my car in immediately, without a wait of any kind, and were able to source and install the parts needed to fix the car, all within three hours of arriving.Can t say enough good things about Josh and the rest of the guys at Inner-City. Five stars. Definitely recommend.

I ve appreciated this family run auto care business (formally Stallion s) for years. Their 1 year warranty on parts and labor is above the standard!! Thanks, Josh, and crew for getting me set with new rotors and brake pads!!

Trustworthy mechanics that always keep me in the loop while work is being done. They take pictures of replacements parts and are always fair on price. I will continue to bring my vehicles here to see Josh and Omar.

Omar and the boys are always on point. I ve been coming here forever and I could truly say I ve never had a bad experience. The service here never disappoints, Omar (the manager) runs a very tight ship and his crew is always on it. You don t have to worry about be steered in the wrong direction over here they will treat you like family. I ve had multiple jobs done and everything always come out perfect!!! Do not go to this place. We took our vehicle to have the air conditioning checked as it was not blowing cool air. David called us basically charging us double what 2 other places were going to charge but we were stuck going here because he wanted us to pay him 180 for just looking at the vehicle so we would of paid more going somewhere else. Told him what other shops were willing to charge said give me a good review I ll knock off so money we said okay. Literally a week and half later the air is not working again. Took it to another shop as I do not trust this shop anymore and they advised us there is a huge leak in the vehicle so now I am paying triple the amount. I don t even think this shop took the time to check the vehicle just filled it with Freon and overcharged us. The minute he said give me a good reviews I knew something didn t seem right. Don t always trust everything you read as there could have been a discount behind it not quality work.Service: Auto A/C recharge

A freeway mishap (ran over a truck tire tread and tore up the liner) brought me in. I had that repaired and also chose to have some long-overdue suspension work completed. Everyone at Inner-City was friendly and easy to work with. The work to be done was thoroughly explained and done in a very timely manner. Great service professionalism is top notch. They are a group of real down to earth guys who know that running a good business is doing the job right and making you want to come back. Trust worthy and willing to go the extra mile. Be cool with them and they will be cool with you. Had an amazing experience and I will be coming back for future work. Made me feel like more than just a pay day treated me like a person and my situation with care and understanding I don t know what else to say except come and get the work done and see for yourself. Was on the road from L.A to PHX headed home when I picked up a nail in my tire. These guys squeezed me in and got me patched up in minutes. Thank you again, highly recommend!
