Fast service, around 15 minutes for ford expedition oil change . Price was also reasonable. The gentleman was very professional and polite.Will definitely be back .Hopefully you guys report service to carfax

The guys in the shop are always amazing! They always explain everything, and are quick and efficient! I have a new Kia, so resetting the oil change reminder is always a challenge but every time they get it done (even with YouTube) this is the only place my family goes to for oil changes!!

I ve been to my local Oil Changers twice, once in different cars. The first time was great as I didn t have to wait long at all, but they were more expensive than anywhere I ve ever been. I thought I d never go back because of the price. However, I took my wife s car there a couple days ago as the place I usually go always forgets to put a plastic skid plate thing back on the car. Her car takes synthetic oil. Oil Changers charged me $100 for the oil change, and I even provided my own oil filter! I pay $80 at the dealership! I ll never go back to Oil Changers as they are way too expensive! I only gave them 3 stars because they guys are nice!

First time going to Oil Changers and it was simple and easy. They came and greeted me in my car and was very professional and polite. Never had to even get out of my vehicle. They walked me through step by step and what they were doing. Felt comfortable and would definitely recommend this place no matter what.

Very quick, nice men, honest. Recommend filter next oil change which most places seem to want to rob you and say you need a filter everytime. We will be going back for our car as well and continue to go here.

I love this place. I went to get my oil changed and the guy said you are not due yet. He filled the fluids under the hood and filled my tires with air. They could have just changed the oil and charged me.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! MUST AT LEAST TRY ONCE! Absolutely top tier service, will do what others in town will do for a fair a reasonable price and just want to make sure you are taken care of. Trent was the attendant who helped me and he refilled everything while I was there in the car. He was swift and accurate. One thing that stood out is my dad is a old man and he comes from a long line of mechanics, he likes to supervise and he made sure to not only entertain him he treated him like one of the bois, it was great to stop by and get a oil change but they offer plenty of great service and will be sure to take care of you! I recommend Trent for his personal care, and if pierce is available he is a wizard as well super fast and professional. This place has earned my business for a long time as a local.

My experience at oil changers was horrible. I will not return for any service again. They have lost a repeat customer. They rush my car out of the service bay to take in new customers. They did not check my tire pressure, check my head and car light function, give me a new oil change sticker, or reset my indicator for my next oil change on my car. Only to give me a fake I'm sorry. The price of this oil change service is to high to be treated in a unconcerned and rush manner by the technicians just to get the next customer in. I paid for my service and I should all service items completed.I will not be going back to Beaumont oil changers.

I went in on July 10th around 9-10am and first thing I noticed is someone's cap was left behind from their vehicle and the guys didn't know who's car it belong to, then after I got my oil changed I made sure nothing was left behind, but then yesterday morning my husband saw I had oil leaking out of my car. I took it to a shop and they said that the people who worked on my oil change didn't tighten the cap all the way which is why I was leaking. Never coming back to this place. I liked it when it was called "spoilers" cuz it was family owned and they treated me well, but now that they are owned by another company shows they don't do professional work or care for other people's cars.

The men working were so nice and I didn t feel like they were taking advantage of a female like a lot of shops do! They even helped me put in my air filters. Thank you guys for making this a great first experience here!

Good customer service. Friendly and fast. They are slightly over priced, but will continue to go for the convenience. I like this location and service at oil changers . They are very professional and friendly. I like that the wait is very short and you stay in your car while getting car serviced. I have been here 3 times and will continue to do so .

Oil change and safety check methodical, thorough and professional. Like the methology to prevent any miss steps, leaks, forgetting caps or screws. Took about 30 minutes. Well done.

The service was quick and efficient. I didn t even have to get out of my car! I went on a Saturday morning and was still done in about 20 minutes. On occasionally I use oil changers because they are all over the State of Caliornia. My experience varies from town to town. The oil changers in Baumont CA was curtious and swift. Also, I requested synthetic oil and this was emphasized in my hearing prior to the change. And when the service was completed, I was shown the new oil and level. Thus, this was a five Star Expperience.

Oil change was quick and easy and the staff was courteous also. It was a little pricey ($120 for Tahoe for full synthetic) but i was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Love oil changers! So convenient! They do a great job and the techs are calm and professional. They inspect your fluids and tires too. At one appointment they suggested that I get my brakes inspected at a brake shop. Another appointment they offered me coolant fluid replacement. I ve been satisfied with every service.
