I like the fact that NAPA employees are generally knowledgeable and or mechanically inclined and not just cashiers. You can expect higher quality parts and they have a good inventory of bolts, nuts, hardware and tractor/machinery parts as well.

I bought a sensor from Napa and when I got home and installed the sensor i had found out that it didn t work, so I had tried to return it, but apparently you can not returned installed items, but how are you supposed to find out if the sensor you just bought is supposed to work without installing it? That makes no sense, but apparently Napa doesn t care about screwing its customers out of money, they didn t even offer to replace the bad sensor that they had sold me. I ll take my business elsewhere

These guys are awesome needed a 5 gallon bucket and lid and they didn't have a new one so they just gave me one from the back for free.

The older gentleman is very rude and you can tell he didn't want to help anyone. I stood there for 5 minutes, the only customer, and 2 people behind the counter and nobody wanted to help.They just kept looking side ways at each other and nobody said a word. I had to initiate the conversation and still was told to wait.Very rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service. They need new management and training. Store appears to be very dirty. I will never go here again.

The people working the counter in Beaumont are very helpful and work hard for their customers. Parts ordered online arrive rapidly to your local store and you are notified by phone/email within minutes. The Redlands store is likewise staffed by professionals. Oh, nobody tries to sell you products that you haven't asked for. I like that!!

NAPA is the place to go to for automotive needs. A little bit on the spendy side, but the extra cost is countered with quality parts._______Update: 10-6-2020; Changing my review from 5 star to 3 starI went here to purchase a new part for my vehicle based on several factors, one of which was a 20% discount for AAA members per the NAPA website. I called the store and asked for physical verification of the part and it was there. I tell the guy on the phone that I will be there shortly to pick it up.When I go pick up the part, I show my AAA membership card and state that the website shows a 20% discount for AAA applicable for both online and instore purchases. The clerk tells me that this particular store does not participate in that because it is a franchise store and I ended up paying full price for the part I needed.What irks me about this is that if the NAPA website says they will have an online and in store discount, it should be honored. If it's not going to be honored, then the store shouldn't be called "NAPA" but rather "Local parts store in affiliation with NAPA". A franchise store should still honor what is listed by the website.

I did an online search for a tail light assembly. The results said call the store for availability or buy online. When I read the part # to the man, he got it incorrect 4 times even though I spoke clearly and used examples such as "a" as in apple. Finally he tells me "no I can't get that part". Like really, I can order it online but you guys can't get it.

Very helpful and patient staff,even when dealing with the customers from hell, which happened to be there when I was. It was clear they were trying to pull a fast one on the store, but the clerk still saw that they left happy.

Usually have everything I need in stock. Easier to reserve online and then pick up and pay. They called and let me know that my online reservation had been pulled and was ready to pick up.

Excellent supply and helpful staff. Nice to drop an old GM 350 water pump on the counter and they intuitively know what it is without searching for part numbers.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid the older rude guy if you can, and the blond lady is always on break. A real shame for such a good name like NAPA.

By far this store is the worst Napa location i have been in i was one of two customers in the store with two employees be hind the counter i question there ability two be working there . the lack of common knowledge showd i wiil not go back to that store i rather push my car
