My husband and I broke down on a long distance drive just up the street from this location and when we called them for help on a Saturday afternoon they not only told us they could get us in right away, but helped us out with a tow to their location. They had our car back up and running super fast at such an affordable price. The nicest group of people who really helped us out in an urgent situation. We couldn t be more happy.

Beware of false advertising, used parts, and not honoring coupons on their website. Only after the service was completed did the owner say they are an individually owned location and do not have to honor the coupons on the Meineke site even though I showed him it was from his listed location part of the website. I even made the appointment through the Meineke website and selected the coupon as part of the check out process. Funny that he'll honor the appointments on the website, but not the coupons?! Furthermore, they replaced our compressor and clutch with a remanufactured unit instead of a new one, and did not inform us. I only noticed it when signing the paperwork. Will not use again and I warn people to either stay away or verify the price in writing ahead of time.

Nick is your go to there . He will take care of you . Check engine was on had diagnostic done and then the repair to fix the problem work was done very fast . Everyone there is really nice and professional. I had heard a lot of positives about the service at Meineke in Beaumont so I decided to bring my car in for repair. I have not experienced quality service like this in a long time. They were very professional and customer service minded. I have found my repair facility and will recommend Meineke any chance I get. Thank you!I heard a noise coming from my engine so I knew exactly where I was going, Meineke of course. Again the problem diagnosed, repaired and out the same day. Always honest, always fair and always excellent!I m still having my repairs at Meineke and the service and craftsmanship remains excellent!

I called Meineke in Beaumont CA and spoke with Henry. I needed to have the electronic throttle body replaced on my 2012 jeep patriot. I had the new parts. He gave me a quote which was better than I anticipated. I took the car in and left it overnight. The next morning, I got a call that it was done. I went to pick it up with no hassles and the car is running great. Great experience.

The mechanics at Meineke are courteous and professional. They perform the work to your vehicle quickly and without attempting to earn extra funds by selling unnecessary repairs. Took my track car in to get the lower oil pan replaced and they absolutely killed it! Highly recommend these guys for any repairs. Very friendly and very professional. I recommend taking your vehicle here for maintenance!

They changed my oil and rotated my tires. They discovered rear brake shoes were worn down to 1mm left and advised me to have them changed. I agreed and they performed the service in about 2 hours.I was satisfied they performed the service well. Customer service was great. My husband andI dropped the car off at Meineke in Beaumont. I was given an estimate for brake repair, etc. We left and had breakfast and as we were leaving the restaurant they called and said my vehicle was ready. I was very impressed! I highly recommend Meineke! Peg

They sold me a catalytic converter that is not California compliant took it to get smogged did not pass. I called and said the car didn't pass because it wasn't the right catalytic converter. They said to bad.. It was a few years ago I was sold this catalytic converter and the car has been under non op since. They installed the inappropriate peice now I'm stuck paying for another new one. No one is ever held responsible for their actions any more.The owner has not tryed to correct this issue or evan talk to me about it before calling my honest review a lie. Since the owner seems to think this isn't real I will post pics of everything. Including part numbers for the catalytic converter that is incorrect and receipts that were purchased from the shop. When I spoke to your receptionist they said they had on their records proof that I had purchased my catalytic converter there and it is not ca compliant for my vehicle. I will post pics with prove shortly.

I brought my Honda CRV to check the maintenance light and determine why the car is surging. The counter person suggested that it was probably just an oil change. I had it done and paid their standard price of 53$ approx. I showed them the coupon that was online for 24.95 and he said that they do not accept the Meineke coupons or offer any senior discounts despite what their website states. Unfortunately once I accelerated the light came back on and the car surged. I returned to the shop to have them do a proper diagnosis. After keeping my car over a day or so they fixed the problem. The people are nice and helpful but I still think that they should have honored my coupons or discounts for a bill of 550$. I am not sure if I will return for future repairs again.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

The guy that works the front desk (I'm sure he is a mechanic or something but his name is Nick) is absolutely amazing. My AC went out and I was unable to get a straight answer in how to fix it. I took my car into this establishment and they really took the time to try to correct the problem without having to buy a new AC unit. In the end I had to buy the new AC unit but Nick was super sweet about it. He helped me find cheaper ways to get parts. He was very attentive, I was able to call them and take my car to him within a few minutes. Mechanic's have a lot to do so I really appreciate the fact that he made sure to find time for my car. I have no doubt that the other mechanics are also amazing people but I've only had a conversation with Nick. I'm not sure if he owns the place or not but if he left this place, I think they would lose a lot of business. Other mechanics... Take notes. Nick is informative, patient and kind. Which is something I have never seen with other establishments offering the same kind of service. If he doesn't own this place, I hope you people pay him the wages the man deserves!!! That's all....thanks for your help Nick!!!

They're always fast friendly and helpful and a good price. It's easy to get my car in and out. The only one thing I would have liked is if they had followed the mask requirement so I could have gotten my car worked on during the quarantine. I had to wait until after quarantine because I realized they weren't all wearing masks the first time I took it in during quarantine. BUT they were always socially distant and were not breathing in my face. So I took my car somewhere else wouldn't need a repairs during quarantine. Other than that I must say I've never had a bad experience. I've always gotten a very good deal and never once felt they were cheating me and trying to get me to do repairs I did not need. When I let them know I'm on a very strict budget they are never judging if I can not afford something. And very accommodating to help me get what I need. They are very honest and hard-working. They also always keep their shop clean.

Didn t know what I was going in for lol. Heard some grinding noise in my car. Took it to these guys. They told me the problem fixed it in 30 minutes. Car ran smooth after that. I called to see if they did welding on some muffler project I had going. The man on the phone said yes they did and he had time to do what I had for him. I took it to him and 45 minutes later returned to them and job was complete. The guy I saw was Nick he s a great guy and I will be bring all my stuff from now on to them. These guys were so awesome! I have had a tough week with going out to California because of my husbands passing and my car breaking down on me near by, I had to drop the car off here. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I asked if I could keep the car there until family came and got it with me the next day and they had no issue with it. When picking up my car they let me know what the issue was and all the paper work needed for a law suit for another company putting in the wrong filter. They all helped with getting my car on our trailer and helping getting it secure. I couldn t be anymore thankful for these men there. Nick the manager was amazing. If I lived here I d definitely come to these guys for any vehicle maintenance or repairs. Thank you!

It is a blessing to go to Meineken. I know that I am not going to be bamboozled as most mechanical shops do specially to Senior Women.Your Service writer Henry Lundeen makes me feel very comfortable as I know he will be extremely honest with me. I do not try to discuss costs it is what it is!!!!! I am always willing to pay at Meinekenwiith complete confidence. I have been a regular customer for quite a while!!!

This was my first visit to Meineke in Beaumont and I was pleasantly surprised!! They were very honest and I appreciate that! Being a lady going in to auto shop I always get the feeling that they are going to tell me everything is wrong with my car but that didn t happen here. I knew I was in need of brakes pretty soon and Nick took me back to my car to show me my brake pads since it was my first time there he wanted to build my trust! That he did! I will be taking my car there for any future needs!! On top of their great customer service, I appreciated that their waiting area was very clean! You don t typically find that at an auto repair/oil change shop! Typically I am afraid to touch anything while I wait but the chairs were clean and comfortable for those that wait for their vehicle!! I give Meineke Beaumont a two thumbs up!!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change
