Came in about 8:30 am for a flat tire repair. I was greeted by Arturo. He was pleasant and ready to assist. Car was ready in less than an hour. Great service, nice people, clean and well ran facility.

I was in the middle of a trip from Joshua Tree to North OC when my low tire pressure came on. Pulled off and found the nearest tire repair place and it happens to be here. They found I had a screw in my tire, fixed me up and had me on my way quickly. Awesome service from everyone I interacted with!

Can t ask for more! I came in late towards closing, needed tires due to summer tires on car and caught in a storm, they stayed over an hour late to make it happen! Thank you guys!

Such a friendly staff. This is a nice and safe place to get a free tire pressure check; especially for seniors. They won't take a tip.

Wow they are really so great. Honest, affordable and pretty fast. We came in and they took us on the same day even without an appointment. Arturo helped me and he was friendly and professional. Everything got done on the same day and I'm so so grateful.

A friend of ours bought a travel trailer and we were on the verge of a blow out. Luckily LS had all 4 tires and time and able bodies to do the install. CARTER did an amazing job he even aired up and air checked our rig for us without being asked, rare to see a kid of his age to be proactive like that. Kudos to your staff and team. Customer service , install and prices were awesome. THANK YOU GUYS AND GALS! CHEERS have a great weekend!

Can t trust them!! I called and asked how much to get a Lyft inspection and they told me $20. When I got there the manager/owner told me I changed the price to $35 today . I m assuming he was the manager or owner since he has authority to instantly change prices from when I called, to the time I got there.

Went in to replace one tire... Was greeted and helped right away, even without an appointment. They didn't have the exact tire we were looking for in stock but the gentleman helped us find a couple comparable ones to pick from and then he even proceeded to let us know that the cheapest one was the closest match. We were in and out surprisingly quick. We'll definitely come back in the future.

I came in because I could hear what I thought were my brakes screeching. They checked them for free and said they are perfectly fine. Thank you for your honesty. I ve obviously had bad experiences in the past. I will definitely be a customer from this point on.

This place is awesome!!! Free to fix flat tire. Lady in front office so professional: yes, sure, of course. And the all important how much is it question-- free of charge to patch my flat tire!!! Estimated 90 minute wait and took only 30 to 40 min. First time les schwab customer and I am very impressed. Thank you so much!

Hands down some of the best service I have received. After being told to come in and then rejected at another shop, I gave this Les Schwab location a call and they were able to fit me in between appointments for an alignment. Their shop was very clean and organized. The manager Zeke spent a lot of time speaking with me about tires while I waited and gave me details about the company and shop. The alignment was also quick and performed properly. They have diffidently earned my loyalty and repeat business for sure! Highly recommend!

Won't recommend. Made an appointment for an alinement, and the car was kept for hours before they contacted me. Then, they tried to sale me on repairs that weren't needed. Then kept car for 4 more hours before returned car. Then tried to over charge me on labor until I demanded itemized invoice where I caught the overcharge. Then surveying the job noticed lug nut missing, brought it up to sales manager and instead of apologize and replacing. He told me the mechanic said it was missing, I disagree, so then he finally replaced. Also when I called to check on my car hours after dropped off they were rude telling me it was my fault they were waiting on me to call them back when that wasn't the case, I answered frist call and allowed the work order. They don't seem to like admitting to their mistakes. Car seems to be driving with same issues, not sure if they aline correctly. Gonna have to take to new mechanic. Also there was another angry customer in Also complaining they stripped all his tire bolts when he came in the day before for a flat repair.Good luck trusting them with your car.

Zeeke and his buddy did an amazing Job on our Motor Home today 8.25.23 we screwed up on the appointment, thought it was today and it was actually the 28th! our fault! Zeeke Amazing customer service, we haven't seen this in a long time anywhere! He went above and beyond he had NO help scheduled for this big rig tire swap and we were from out of state! He figured it out said he would get it done by himself if he had to. Tire had a huge crack in it and he talked us through it. Les Schwab thank you for hiring this upstanding young man! All the crew at this store has the best attitude we have seen in a very long time. Traveling back to Montana with all new tires! Thanks again for caring for our safety you area BLESSING!!!

Quick Stop to have tires checked for air. I deal with them for oil Lubes and tires and have purchased brakes from them. Find it to be great service and very courteous technicians.

Wow!! These people are great!! I called for a tire patch, I was set up to receive a call when they are ready for me as I have a new baby and can't wait there for long. I showed up, they took me right in. My tire was patched, I was updated about the condition of my tread and was out the door, FOR FREE, in an hour. Everyone was kind. The waiting area was spacious and clean. Their restrooms were clean and had a baby changing station. Thank you Avery, Sarah, Zek, and...shoot, I think Josh/Jose.

Terrible experience. Went down before work to schedule an appointment for an oil change and inspection, got one for noon the next day. Got there on time only to wait an entire hour before they even touched my car, and two more for the oil change. The whole point of not doing a simple oil change myself was the convenience, I guarantee it would not have taken 3 hours to change it myself let alone half that time and for half the price.

My choice to make Les Schwab my go-to tire purveyor was reinforced once again today. Car owners are subject to finding foreign objects that can cause air to escape from one s tires and that happened to my car today. Les Schwab in Beaumont fixed that guy in almost a heartbeat. A dozen years ago I chose Les Schwab to provide tire services for my family and business and I ve been rewarded with outstanding service with each visit. The Beaumont, California store provides fine service consistent with each of the other Les Schwab stores I've visited. Good job Les Schwab - again.

They packed my horse trailer's ball bearings. Quick, friendly service! I drove over and hour and a half to bring my trailer to them, specifically. I know I can always trust Les Schwab with my vehicles.

Excellent customer service. I purchased tires there and went for air check just to realize there was a nail in the tire, and I also needed a tire rotation; both complimentary since I purchased tires there. All completed within 30 minutes. How great was that? Thanks Les Schwab!

When this shop first opened, I was relieved it was a National brand name coming in; reputable work that could be trusted. However, not so much anymore.I brought in my SUV for a simple tire balance and rotation. They got it done--however--to my surprise, there were "issues" with my vehicle all of a sudden. There was NOTHING out of the ordinary in terms of issues I had with my SUV before dropping it off apart from the aforementioned.Les Schwab claimed:1.) Tie rod bushing is going out2.) Rear shocks are leakingWhat was also extremely weird is when I was at the counter to pay, the service writer started off by saying "well, good news, your brakes don't need replacing, but..." as he proceeded to lie to my face about non-existent issues. I had just recent replaced my brake pads and rotors, meaning this is the service writers pattern to the unaware--they will first claim brakes are bad, then move on to other items.Immediately after leaving, there was a weird "knocking" sound which was not there. When I arrived home, I removed all 4 wheels to inspect it myself (I wrenched on cars back in my prime, not so much now). I checked all shocks--no leaking BUT, there was a wet spot on the inner fender liner that was never there before; not coincidence especially correlating the sudden claimed issues I had with the rear shocks. My wife even correlated the new noise when she drove it the next day.Irritated and untrusting, I actually brought my suv to my local GM dealership to change my AT fluid. Lo-and-behold, the noise associated with Les Schwab's advisement that my tie-rod was "going bad", the dealership fixed, without needing any other repairs apart from tightening it down. (I think in actuality, it was the sway bar Les Schwab loosened, because of the location of the sound and I previously checked the tie-rods for play).Also, shocks were inspected by the dealership as well, with no Ill-fated shocks described by Les Schwab Beaumont.Les Schwab Beaumont, I know you're reading this. You lost a customer over trying to keep up with your KPIs.Unfortunately, I know they're taking advantage of our retired community here due to their name. It's a shame that they're now ripping people off and the majority of people don't know cars like a smaller percentage of us do.Even if they try to defend themselves in whatever way they can think of, the point is that I know my cars, and I know exactly what is going on with my vehicles.Please think twice about going to Les Schwab Beaumont, especially since they're recklessly modifying vehicles to exhibit false symptoms for a profit. Their recklessness could possible cause an accident.

Called in so I can get an inspection to be able to drive for Lyft. Employee stated bring it in and drop it off. I asked do you have appointments or it just have to be dropped off. He said dropped off. I thought maybe that was just the policy for Lyft inspections. Then I called another les Schwab to see about inspection totally different outcome. Everything went well set appointment getting inspection. The reason I gave 3 stars is based solely on phone interaction I had.

Every time I visit Les Schwab in Beaumont, I am greeted outside by my car by a professional service manager. Each person that I have dealt with is so friendly and personable. Actually a nice experience to get my car serviced here! Thank you!

I really like the place. Their service is good but unfortunately not great. My technician Zach seemed to be the only one working! He was trying to service my car along with having to stop to air up tires of people that drove up and to pull other cars in that were waiting for service. Had he been able to concentrate on my vehicle only he would have been done sooner. I watched as some of the others stood around "looking busy" but not really doing much. Zach looks like he's the hardest working guy there.

Received a tire rotation and oil change. Service here had fallen off ( lack of communication, attentiveness, above and beyond customer service), and I had contemplated finding another automotive service provider to maintain my vehicle. Arturo restored the confidence I had begun to lose in Les Schwab and demonstrated the top notch customer service this company is known for.
