Very quick, easy and great service. I woke up to my windshield cracked and knew I couldn't drive with it so I called every auto glass repair service in Beaumont . I was priced so high until I called this repair service and got the best quote plus they came withing 2 hrs to fix it . Got it done in 30min tops and so far everything looks awesome . They were friendly and even threw in some jokes that made me laugh. I recommended them to my mother in law and the neighbors also asked for their business card while fixing my windshield. I can definitely say I recommend them !Thank you for an awesome experience and great services.

Normally I only like to come on here to leave good reviews but this one was just so bad I am leaving my first bad review! .At first Armando seemed live a very attentive guy over the phone and willing to work with me. When he showed up I had stepped out to run some errands so he worked with my wife to get my window fixed. By the time I got back he had finished the job but when I looked at my windows he had not replaced the panels correctly, had damaged the actual panel, as well as left a lot of glass all over the place including inside the door which rattles anytime you open it. When I called him back he stated he would fix it and come back and that the glass inside the door was just too hard to take out. Not only did he never come back but implied I was lying and ultimately stopped answering my calls. Very poor service and very disappointing. I would not recommend using this service unless it s an emergency but beware he may cause more damage to your property and be unwilling to fix it.Service: Auto side window replacement

Well I really needed my windshield seal repaired. They gave me a day and timeframe. Which means I ultimately took the day off work because I needed my seal fixed or repaired replaced whatever. No call no show from them. Like really? How unprofessional. So I called before they closed and i was like what happened? Family emergency? No call no show no nothing. Dude was like Oh really? I said no for pretends. Dude yes really. Oh oh ok let me call my guy to see what happened and I ll call you back.Of course I didn t get a call back either. Which I wasn t expecting anyways to be honest. Screw this place.

Gt 1 is the best.... great price! Great customer service.....the owner helped me out when he didn't have to he went above and beyond the help me find the leak in my vehicle even though he discovered it was not my window leaking

First Day they brought wrong window. Second day (a week later ) 4 hours late. Very difficult to reach on phone.. You can leave a message but no one ever calls you back. Don't waste 2 days like I did.

I made an appointment for them to show up between 8am - 10am. I called them at 10am when the technician had not showed up. They rescheduled me for 12pm - 1pm then at 1pm they said they meant 12pm - 2pm.
