The main stream glass company (Starts with S) was just way too out of my budget. GD of Beaumont has rave reviews so I decided to contact Louie to get a comparative price for replacing my windshield and I was excited with the big price difference for OEE replacement in comparison to other one. Long story, I decided later on not to go with replacement since there was a supply issue and I was already upset but Louie delighted me with the repair instead. My car windshield was totally repairable with crack less than a penny size. I just wanted originally a replacement coz there s multiple micro cracks happening already with my car. As you can see in the photos, the circled red one was done by another home service company and the crack was still obvious. Its even a smaller than the one Louie repaired (circled with black)His repair was so impressive that it appears like a shadow only with glare of the sun. But barely noticeable if you look from outside. Plus, his windshield cleaner/glass cleaner was so good, i will be buying in the future. totally streak free and better than the ammonia based glass cleaners out there.Support this business. Its Veteran and locally owned. I can really see that he loves his work. Glad that it worked out in the end and its a joyful conversation

There was an attempted break-in at our home in our baby s nursery. Louie was able to fix our window just a few days after it happened, giving my family peace of mind. We will definitely use The Glass Doctor again for any glass installations!

Contacted Glass Doctor via their website. They were quick to respond and provided a very reasonable quote. Scheduled work to be performed on the weekend and all was performed flawlessly by Louie.

Luis at Glass Doctor and his team of installers are awesome. They were about to come to my house same day and give me a fair quote. Once glass was ordered, they came out once they received it. Installer was in-an-out within 20 minutes. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Louie at Glass Doctor is the best! I needed to replace a fairly large, cracked, mirror. I looked online and it was difficult to find a plain, unframed 24" x 48" mirror. The few places I did find it wanted over $200. So I started calling glass companies. Glass Doctor of Beaumont's prices were MUCH better than any other glass company around. I saved over $70 and had my beautiful, new, mirror within two days. Louie was very informative & responsive on the phone and completely professional and friendly at the shop. We're extremely happy with our mirror and will return to Glass Doctor for any future glass work we may need.

My RV slide out window was shattered. Looked online for a replacement. First call was to Glass Doctors. Louie and Josh came out, no charge, and within what seemed like a few minutes, measured for a replacement, considered the type of glass, color and curves that needed to be custom cut, etc. These folks know their stuff! They are fast, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Price was very fair and delivery and installation was quick. They will be my go-to glass people from now on!

The owner of the business, Louie, was prompt and professional. He repaired several items, 2 glass windows and a car windshield. The price was good! He did an excellent job for all items. I would highly recommend Glass Doctors.

Looking for a professional replacement glass installer? Look no further. The Glass doctor of Beaumont is the best!!! Veteran owned and always takes care of his veteran brother. Louie is experienced and skillful. I've had replacements by national chains before, and you just can't know if your service rep will be competent. Also, the price was the best I found, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Beaumont for replacements or repairs.

Kia Niro window replacement. Louie responded quickly, and I made an appointment early on a day off of mine. They ll do window repairs for nicks as big as a quarter, but my window was cracked more than 2 feet across. The work was done in less than 2 hours at the glass doctor lot. The new window is intact and has set nicely. They have a sweet warranty, and I ll edit my review if I need to update anything in the future. Overall, I m grateful they didn t charge nearly anything close to what glass repair companies nearer Palm Springs tried to charge.

I called them to kindly report one of their employees driving erratically in excess of 90 miles per hour cutting people off on the 10 freeway, the girl I spoke with named Kaylee chose to give me attitude tell me it's not her problem and hang up on me. I would not trust this company With very poor customer service lack of safety and consideration for others. Thanks Aaron.

Cracked my windshield on the way to California. Decided to go with this shop based on the recommendations of the family. I can say that I was not disappointed. The tech was able to come to my location and fix the windshield. He explained to me the process and walked me through some of the technical details. The overall process took about 20-30 mins and the windshield only needed to sit for about an hour before I could drive again. I highly recommend this place over Safelite!!

Came here to get a couple windshield cracks fixed and they were fair, honest, fast, and extremely easy going. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes; the owner even ran me down what he was doing step by step. Pretty cool process to watch and learn. I highly recommend this place!

Glass Doctor replaced three double paned windows in my home that had accumulated moisture and "gunk" between the panes. Windows look like new! I had a chipped windshield that needed repaired quickly. They got me into the shop quickly and were able to fix the chip without any issues. The quality of the repair is great, and their customer service was an A+. I would recommend to anyone.

My front window was broken and I had to be in LA that night. Louie and his partner game over and worked till about 9 at night to repair the window. Due to the metal bars being bent in the window it would have been easier to just have bought an entirely new window. Instead, they took the time to repair the window and it looks great. Customer services and craftsmanship are important to them.

Louie came to our house to replace a broken sliding window. For unknown reasons, the window would not come out of the track. Louie attempted to get the window out for at least 30 minutes with no luck. He had another appt but said if we are able to get it out, to bring it by the shop and he would get it replaced for us. There we a couple more unexpected issues but Louie made completing our job a priority! We were very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Glass Doctor of Beaumont is the place to go for all your glass needs!

Had a rock chip on front windshield. Took car in and Louie was very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked when i asked him how it would be fixed. The part that was chipped actually had some glass come off and Louie didn't stop til he filled in all that missing glass. Its smooth as heck again and you can barely tell it was there. I've had rock chips done by others before and they didn't come anywhere close as far as quality work. Thanks Louie! Pomona!!! Lol.
