AAA and mercury authorized body shop, they re amazing. Had a little work done to the blinker area and they were fast, also kindly helped me securely attach my other car s hanging bumper for free.

I have had the pleasure of being showered with Jim's unparalleled customer service here at class acts and a previous collision repair shop 10+ yrs ago. His amazing attention to detail and follow thru are over the top and unmatched! The customer service "mold" certainly should be thrown away.. Jim would be hard to even come close to!

I wanted to thank the team at Class Acts auto body for going above and beyond on repairing my vehicle.I had front, rear, and interior damage repaired after being in an accident.Joe and Jeremy made my car look brand new, and had it done faster than I ever expected.The service and quality here is incredible.I can t Thank you enough and I am so grateful to have used Class Acts Auto Body!

I recently took my truck here to get repaired and had a great experience. I dealt with Jeremy, he was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. I worked in the body shop industry for over 25 years and this is where I will be taking all of my vehicles in the future. They went about and beyond and were able to put all OEM parts on my truck even though insurance wanted to put aftermarket. A great shop that does quality work.

Great customer service. You know what they say you paid for what you get I think is a little pricey but they do a great job. I have taken 3 of my vehicles to them. All 3 times have been great.

Class Acts was AMAZING to work with. They were kind and easy to work with right from the start. My car looks brand new now, thanks to their work. They completed the body work ahead of schedule and even fixed more than they charged me for. That tells me, they care more concerned about my car looking good and having a satisfied customer than the money. I will definitely be referring family and friends, as well as returning for future work.

My car looks brand new! I can't say enough about how good of a job they did. The guys were friendly and respectful. They even washed and cleaned the inside! (And it wasn't their fault that we had a freak muddy rain on my way home) lol.

Why would you go anywhere else? The folks at Class Acts are just that "Class Acts".Third time here for paint & body and couldn't be happier. The quality of their workmanship remains top shelf. Repairs were completed as promised, on time, and priced as quoted.The staff from Jim, Scott, and beyond are another strong asset as to why you should bring your business here. He was able to find after market parts for my 2004 vehicle and kept me a informed of the progress. Went here to get an estimate for my insurance co. So I can have some minor body repair done to my truck. They are a very reputable business and very customer friendly. The service rep that helped me was very courteous, helpful and safe. I recommend coming here first to see what they can do for you first before going anywhere for body work on your car if needed.

Do not bring your car here unless you want poor service and terrible work quality. The only thing this company did great was get the matching colors correct. I had Front Damage to my Expedition and these guys almost had it for two months. There communicate is horrible, I had to call them every week for about 5 weeks to get updates on my car. The first week was waiting on parts to come in and a few junk yards to find parts that was discontinued from Ford and that s fine and all but they couldn t get parts for two weeks. Ok so this is probably normal just because of Covid but when you are told for three weeks after getting parts that the car is getting painted and it s sitting right in front of you that s not ok. So after awhile of getting parts and having the car get painted they had to take the car to Ford because of a ticking that could have been done while they are waiting on parts. They finally tell me that the car is done. I pick it up and they never went thru the inspection with me that just wanted the deposit and that s it. Once I got home I notice the bumper was scratched and the grill was loose and my tow connection was still scratched up and my steering wheel had black finger prints, door handle completely dirty. So of course I had to take it back. They fixed and clean what they needed. I was hoping everything was good and of course I go and take it for a ride at night and notice my head lights are not correct and I got one headlight to high while the other is to low. But I m not going to take it back just because I m over this place. Never agin never again.

Was very impressed by work done in the pass when I was in a car accident I took my car to them for repair, when I went to retrieve my belongings from my car I was shocked to find my Air Jordan s were stolen from the trunk of my car employees were not l very nice seemed to insinuate I was lying about my shoes, after refusing to leave without out compensation for my stolen items they finally offered compensation

Took my Tc here to get my front bumper fixed. I have to say they have the best customer service I've ever encountered at a collision repair place.Thank you Class Acts the bumper looks amazing. I definitely reccomend these guys for any repairs.

This is the second time we have taken a vehicle to Class Act. The first time, the service was great. We just got our vehicle repaired a second time and the service was even better. Staff is excellent (Thanks Jim) and service repair on the vehicle was top notch.

This place has a 5-star rating a gold Circle award for several years in a row very very pleasant people that are employed there very helpful and understanding and I would highly recommend this place. To have any of your car work done it's not a repair shop but it's a collision facility. I don't with the nicest estimators that have ever come across.

These guys are great. Our Sienna was rear ended on the rear driver side bumper. They replaced and repaired our van so we'll that we can't notice where the impact was. I also looked at the subframe and underneath the whole car, and can only say they really took care of our sienna.

I had a horrible experience from some of the staff to the vehicle. I have a 2018 Honda Civic that needed the left rear bumper fixed. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and was told by Carlos that my car would be ready on Wednesday. I called him on Tuesday to get an update and he said that it would not be ready until Thursday. I came to get my car and the car was in the front of the shop. I rubbed my hand on the car and it was very dusty. Then i walked around it and it had 2 chips the size of a pea. I told Carlos about the damages I saw on the passenger door. Each the size if a pea. He became very arguemental and I asked for his manager (Jeremy) who came to see the car checked the paper work and said that the pea size chips weren't there and that as "a courtesy" he would have it fixed. The damages were never there because they are noticable and weren't marked on the car walk around form. Carlos immediately went to the office and I followed. He said that the paperwork checked out that that wasn't there before but that it didn't mean that the chips on the passenger door weren't there already. He said it's not like we look really close to see every detail. What? Who says something like that? I felt it was rude. As a customer this is not expected. It was awful that he didn't want to take responsibility and fix the problem. Jeremy went around the car, checked his paperwork and said that he would fix it as a courtesy. Carlos said, so are you saying we did this and this and this pointing at the front of the vehicle and then smirking. I felt he was rude and wasn't taking things seriously. Jeremy kept on saying that my car had 7k miles enought to go to New York and back several times and that I could have caused that! Now, who says that when you have an unhappy customer in front of you? The person that was with me couldn't believe the way things were handled. It was a horrible experience and something that could have been done in 3-4 days, took 12 days!!! Unbelievable! None of them were apologetic for the damages the body shop caused to my passenger door. Carlos was extremely defensive and Jeremy was trying to justify himself. I feel that this body shop wants to do things fast, fast , fast and failed to return a car in good condition the first time. I will never bring it there again nor will I ever recommend anyone there.

This place is HORRIBLE they had my vehicle about 3 days and did nothing with it ....they leave your vehicle out on the street around the corner from the shop where any one can vandalize it ...... I went to pick up my vehicle and a worker asked if it was my vehicle so I said yes and he handed me the keys... he had no clue who I was then 2 days later the "manager"(thats a whole other story) calls and says your vehicle is ready for pick up!! Are you kidding me right now...what a joke

Very nice and friendly people. My car was stolen by someone that decided to take it mud bogging from the looks of it they have been very good at listening to my concerns and also have answered all of my questions.
