I have taken my 2009 vehicle here several times. Finally found a reliable and trustworthy auto repair business that take care of the vehicle and has earned my trust. I will always recommend this place for any vehicle service. Great staff.

The automotive malady that I presumed had infected my Ford vehicle proved to be something else. Careful diagnosis by the Cherry Valley Automotive staff identified the problem rather quickly utilizing techniques that seemed enigmatic. What is most pleasing is the very fair price I was charged for that diagnostic service. The nearby Ford dealer offered a similar diagnosis for only five times the CVA charge. Thank you for a job well done.

I brought in my mother's old Saturn Vue because of rattling I could not account for. Within an hour they identified the problem as both axles. They explained why that was the cause of the issue and it made sense. Even though it is an old car they were able to get the parts and get the job done in one day for a very fair price. Steve drove me home and then picked me up later that day when the car was done. When they found out I had AAA they applied a discount and the price was even more affordable. Now the car drives like new, all issues handled. Very friendly, professional and honest family-owned business. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about Cherry valley automotive. We had two axles replaced in March of 2022 and last weekend I was working on my van and found one of them leaking and the other one looking damaged. I called Cherry valley automotive to see if there was any chance there was a warranty and they told me because I was a AAA member. They are lifetime warranty parts and the labor is good for 24,000 miles or 2 years. They told me to take it in and they would take a look. They replaced both CV axles and did an alignment for no charge. They are honest and stand by their work.

Went in for a transmission oil change. Service/ labor time exceeded my expectations. As I had no appointment they still managed to squeeze me in the same day. They went above and beyond paying close attention to details and informed me of any other concerns regarding my car, also recommended appropriate mileage for future maintenance. I recently brought my Ram 1500 into Cherry Valley Automotive for an A/C issue. I was assuming due to what I looked up that it was my blend door actuator which isn t cheap to fix. I dropped my truck off and Steve had his guys look at it the following day. About 11am, I get a call from Emmitt telling me they found the issue. At this point I m seeing dollar signs just leave my bank account. Emmitt tells me that it isn t actually what I thought it was and it just needed to be serviced and recharged. WHAT?!?! That s great news!! He gave me a time that it d be ready and it was. I also asked about something else regarding my vehicle. They put it on the lift, checked it out and told me exactly how to go about having it repaired as they weren t able to fix it and I needed a reliable muffler shop. I ve always been leery of auto repair shops due to dishonest work I ve dealt with in the past. I read some of the reviews on CV Automotive and thought I d give them a shot. Cherry Valley Automotive is hands down honest, reliable and very communicative. If you re having trust issues with a repair shop, put your trust in Cherry Valley Automotive. They won t let you down. Thank you Steve, Emmitt and your team at CV Automotive. You kept my family cool on a recent family trip.

Super helpful honest people. Last week I took my Volkswagen Passat because it s been giving me some trouble. They hooked it up to their machine and came back with a code. I was given a paper with the code and possible issue. The man explained to me that the code was something they wouldn t be able to fix since it was a Volkswagen and advised me to take to a reputable Volkswagen mechanic or the dealer. They did not charge me anything. They were honest, helpful and professional. If I ever have trouble with my other cars I will go back to them. Thank you

This place is really awesome. They have been very honest with me and my family, they're not very expensive and if they see a problem they'll ask if you want to tackle it now or wait or if it's a safety thing they'll take care of it right away. Highly recommend!

EDIT: My legal name is different from the name I use in the world. I visited this shop while on a road trip to California. They damaged my car in the process of trying to fix it and then were incredibly rude and refused to even acknowledge the damage even though I had pictures showing the damage they caused. Untrustworthy.I really wanted to like this place. They got to my repair faster than other shops in the area. However, the newly installed radiator had leaking hoses I had to tighten myself. Worse, whoever did the install broke the vacuum hoses that operate my AC unit. So I now have a repair that is more expensive than what I initially took the car in for. They left my car worse than when I took it in to them.I already asked the owner if they would do anything to correct the situation, and they very clearly said they wouldn't, and if I even wanted them to look at the issue they caused, they would charge me.I always take pictures under the hood before dropping my car off. The pictures clearly show the hoses weren't broken when I dropped the car off. Whoever broke them tried to patch them by taping them with electrical tape. Shows they have no mechanical competency to understand that fix wouldn't work, and also no honesty. I'm still willing to negotiate if they're willing to make it right.

Very, very good. Their reasonably priced. They stand behind there work. If their booked up it might take a little time to get your vehicle back. Myself I don't take my truck any place else.

This shop is a old family run business and very honest and reasonable. My aunt , Yolanda, who has been coming to them for years, refered me to them and they fixed my Dodge Avenger and did a excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone, including all my friends.

Went to go have my emergency brake checked out on my camaro they found the problem and where willing to fix it for a fair price so i paid the deposit and was going to come back another day for them to fix it, however when I got home I noticed that my inside door handle was broken when it was perfectly fine when I dropped it off notified one of the employees about the problem and he had told me he would look it. When I got back to the shop the Owner I believe came out and said I m not fixing it we didn t purposely brake it I told him that I wanted it fixed because he admitted to braking it his response was it broke just like your emergency broke cheap plastic. So I got a refund and know I m stuck having to pay 200 for something that they admitted to braking wish I could have done business with them but they are untrustworthy who knows if something else would have been broken if I would have taken it backService: Brakes

First what nice people. Costumer service was amazing. Iam new to Beaumont and had a flat really bad tires. Thay Fixed my flat and even had some candy to keep me and the kid's busy While they worked on my car. $1200 and 1100 miles later the problem returned... phone call fell upon death ears as attitude surfaced. Stuff happens... and not all repairs hold true.. one would expect "customer service" at all times.. not just with good reviews.... interesting how behavior turns pejorative when confronted with a service that was inadequate. Make your own choices.. and not based upon my review of a repair that was less than what a good review would require..I have images as well, so, if necessary I will post them here.sucks having spent money twice to do what should have been done the first time.Reply to Owner........I have my receipts..and I was traveling, and In Beaumont, Ca. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I tried to give this local business a chance and was very disappointed. A complete waste of my time. They did not fix anything they assured my would be no problem. Trust me spend a little more money and go to a real automotive shop.

Not from this area, out of state. Originally come from Colorado. Found this place on Yelp as top 3 best wheel alignment. Price is very affordable for a 4-wheel alignment. Greeted with a happy face and great employee that helped us out. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXALENT. Clean restrooms, customer waiting area is a cool air conditioned room where you can control the air, mechanic is very professional and respectable and showed me physically what needed to be fix on our vehicle. Now, mechanic is trying to find discount prices for parts. Rating from 1-10, a 25

Have come to them for a decade. Have a little problem on a tune up, and they took my car immediately to check it out. It s nice to know my car was in experienced hands. They got my Honda back to running, kept me updated on the progress and most important, I was VERY happy that the bill came in a lot lower than I anticipated.Thank you to all the guys and gal at Cherry Valley Auto.

IF YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM COME HERE! THEY STOLE MY TIRE. Needed a patch done on my back tire and decided to get 2 new front tires while it was there. When i got it back it had 2 new front tires and they had rotated the old front tires to the back (which now my tire that i paid for the flat is gone). Where is my tire with the flat that they charged me for!? Oh they made up a million stories and told me there is nothing they can do for me. Have had family and friends going there for years so if they can do this to someone thats been loyal, you might want to reconsider going there and find a new shop.

Dave is awesome! My son broke down 1800 miles from home. CVA was able to figure out what was wrong and get him back on the road within a reason amount of time. I would go back and would highly recommend them.

Traviling on the road with a camper........Told me to be there 730am made me buy all the parts at NAPA so i could just pay labor then switched up and said "was only going to look at it" smdh what a joke. AND It was only a pinion seal in the rear axle. 1hr30min job. Like i said what a joke!
