Tommy worked with me to build a custom trailer. He helped me work through lots of unusual details and changes. Great customer service, I love my new trailer!

I would like to say a big thanks to Ray, Javier, and Tom. They were a very big help at first there were some problems, however they owed it and fixed, I would recommend this place to everyone for work and or fabrication on there trailer.They added a 12k wrench, 4 storage boxes, a fabricated 8 foot wood storage box, and reverse lights.

We had a brake drum failure on our 35' 5th Wheel on the 10 coming from Phoenix at 11pm just after entering Beaumont . As soon as I put the trailer axle up to check the tire, the tire fell off. We found an RV park to stay at for the night and in the morning, a Saturday, I started checking who could fix it. None of the regular brake places or RV repair places could help but the guys at Carson went through my options. They listened to the trouble I had been having with blow-outs every year and I ended up buying a far better set of tires and new wheels as well as servicing the axles and brakes. Being from out of town, and only passing through, they could have taken advantage but in comparing their deal to others I had they gave me an excellent price and I am really happy with my decision. I'll be going back for a whole new suspension system on my way through that area in a few months. I would HIGHLY recommend them for 5th Wheel tire, brake or suspension repairs.

Lacey is an absolute gem! We own 3 Carson trailers and have since moved from California into Oregon, where there are no parts dealers for Carson specifically. Lacey was patient, found the right parts to keep my trailers road worthy. Lacey IS THE BEST! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!

I'm a landscape contractor and these guys know that I'm hard on my trailer. I've been taking my off brand (they don't sell them) dump trailer to Carson for about 8 years. They have replaced too many broken parts to list. I want to talk about their warranty policy. Yesterday I brought my trailer in to have yet another repair done and not only did they warrant the repair fully, but they also took care of a few other things that needed to be done as a gesture of good will.I want to recognize Carson for their great customer service, and their upgraded parts supply. It is clear that their business is thriving as is evident in their abundant inventory.If you are in need of repairs, bring whatever make your trailer is and they probably can get you back on the road faster than you may expect.less than 1 day turnaround, for a contractor, that's money saved!Great job guys, you are much appreciated.-Carl

I want to give A HUGE thank you to Carson Trailers!! We were driving through with our vintage camper and blew out a tire! Nobody in Banning (not even the camper/RV places) could assist us, as they were special tires. I just wanted to purchase a new tire/rim at that point to get back on the road. Javier was very knowledgeable and knew which wheels we could substitute for the classics (sizes are not standard). They were all very friendly, and we can see that customer service is extremely important to them. On a Saturday afternoon, in bad weather, they could have just said they couldn't help, like so many others did before them. But they went above & beyond to help us!! I will definitely recommend to other campers, if you're ever in the area, go to Carson for your repairs, parts, etc. Thank you Carson Trailers!!

Very easy to deal with. It wasn't a haggle fest with them. I told them what I needed and the guy was very quick to show me the trailers they had in the size I needed. The selection was a little low due to covid 19 but we found the perfect trailer anyway. I would definitely say it's a good dealer to visit if you're looking to buy, and I've used Carson trailers before. If you take care of them they will last you your lifetime and then some.

They recently repaired my enclosed trailer, my third visit over the years. They used to be very good but not to quick turnaround. They are still very good and now have more staff for quick repairs. What a beautiful job they did.

After our Trailors 2 tire blow out on Rice Rd/177, 18 miles N. Of the 10 fwy. Calling around I was lucky enough to call these guys. It was 4:15 and they were closing at 5, but Jack offered to wait or when we were close let him know and he d be right over. We put on our spare and made our way there. This company is amazing to do that. You just don t see that kind of customer service anymore. These guys are the best! Thanks Jack for helping my husband put the tires on!

Couldn't have asked for a more helpful crew. Bought and had built a new trailer and had some wiring issues that were immediately corrected by the General Manager Tommy and his amazing repair technician, Ray! They were knowledgable and efficient. Ray not only quickly identified the issue but came up with a creative solution that was impressive!

Purchased an 18ft car hauler and when I picked it up one of the fenders had deep scratches in it so I told the guy and he said just spray some black spray paint on there that s all it is anyways so after spending 4K on a trailer they wanted me to spray paint it. I asked him if they could please fix it and he said yea bring it in we have black spray paint really? So I take it home and I immediately get a warning on my dash that says trailer connection failure. I pulled over to find out my running lights are not working so I give Carson a call and they said it s probably your truck again really? My truck is 2 months old. After a trip to the dealer and another trailer place I find out that my fender running light on the trailer has no wire boot or anyanything the wire was touching the metal and causing a short. Just be careful and inspect right. Unfortunately I paid before inspecting. Maybe the owner will see this and make it right.

They were very helpful when our camper had axle problems on I-10 on a Sunday. They worked us in on Monday morning. Ray went out of his way to get us up and running again. Very helpful guy. If you have to break down, this was the place to be.

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE!! It almost felt like a nightmare! I took my brand new 2021 trailer for a winch installation and when I picked it up I couldn't believe the UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSAFE, JOB they did. 1st they Installed the winch backwards! (I took my own winch, and battery) they were charging me 600 just for labor, witch I didn't mind paying if they were going to leave it right! These people are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, screws were not installed correctly, bolts were stripped down, and to top it off my trailer had scratches everywhere! Do not take your trailers their so careless and UNPROFESSIONAL!

Had a flatbed installed. Was told a certian price and 2 days of labor work. They had it finished 2 hours before end of 2nd day but stilled charged me an extra $300 for labor. Was not happy about that. When being told install is a certian price thats what i expect.

-10Bunch of liars. DO NOT buy a trailer here. Took my money over the phone, said it would be in in 1 month. After a month I called, said they would call me back with an up date the next day, never did. Called 2 weeks later saying it was in. When I said the project I needed it for was already passed they said no refunds and it says so on my contract I never signed and they emailed me after charging my card (date and time stamped).Then said they would refund me after they sell it to someone else. Like I trust them to do that.

I liked the selection and the salesman was friendly however I'd like more information on each type of trailers! There was no brochure on the one I was interested in and for prices you have to go in and sit down. I would prefer the dimensions and the pricing on all trailers!

Hated it. Went to purchase a new trailer and the head of the sales department kept trying to sell me something I didn't want. Then he tried to "nickel and dime" me by adding inflated costs to any options that I wanted. Plus he lied to me attempting to sell me something different (which I checked out with other Carson Trailer dealers and found to be untrue). In the end he lost my business (and +5K) by trying to increase his profit margin too much instead of accepting the normal profit margin they would have made.

I am very happy with my trailer. Tommy is professional and on top of his game. Meaning, he delivered the trailer on time and it came out awesome. The price for my custom trailer was on point.

The people are cool, but make sure you check everything. Sometimes they get too busy and make mistakes on part numbers and stuff. Had a couple booboos that I had to go back and exchange.
