This place is great! And their customer service tops it off.I needed the universal joints taken off a driveline and figured that I might have to leave it there but they took it right in and had it right out to me. Great service!

This was not an easy tow! Our RV was head in against a wall, it had to be winched out and then loaded on the truck. Watching Jesus Perez do this with no damage to the RV was amazing. He knows his equipment and how to use it. He was professional and patient and the job was done right. He stated he treats each tow 'as if it were his own car.' It shows. Congratulations and thanks for an excellent job!

Great customer service and great work they do Diagnosing the problem with your vehicle and getting it fixed and back on the road and explaining all the issues and problems with your vehicle and affordable price and a great looking shop and I would 100 recommend that you take your vehicle here and I will definitely keep using this shop for all my vehicle maintenance and the owner is a great person and goes above and beyond for his customers and even the technicians go above and beyond as well, the office staff is great too. The towing side of the business goes above and beyond to make sure they take care of your vehicle when towing it and there towing prices are very affordable too , the towing stuff is very nice and great too they Explain everything about your vehicle to u when they are towing it for u they are willing to help you out with your vehicle needs 24 7 days a week.they are the best company in Contra Costa county they treat the customers like they are family . A & K Towing did an amazing job when I had an issue with my CV axle. My car had to be towed after hours to their shop but they were very accommodating. They performed the work on time and their work was very professional and thorough. Thanks Praveen and Chris for doing an exceptional job and being upfront about what to expect. Do not use this business. Incompetent, rude and aggressive front office workers. Refuse to take accountability for their actions. Wasted over an hour of my time and refused to pay for a mistake they made. Old lady at the front tried to physically push me out the door because she was done

Got a call from the mechanic shop that the repairs on my car were finished, so I called A&K towing to two the car back to my house (car was not ready to be driven on street). I got to the shop at the same time of the tow truck, but the car wasn't ready to leave the shop (a bit of miscommunication with mechanic). I had to tell the tow truck driver that I won't be needing their service, The mechanic also explain the reasons to the driver. I was ready to pay for the tow or at lease a service charge (it would be understood). Driver call the office and they didn't charge me anything.... I felt very graceful; the repairs on my car were very expensive and at that point every saving was good. This was my second time using this company and they were the one taking the car to the shop in the first place.So,... Thanks very much for your graceful gesture!!!Also among their awesome service, their price was the most reasonable!!

A&K towing towed my Scion FR-S yesterday and took it to a shop of my choice. I have never had such a great experience with a towing company EVER. the owner of the company himself came to help me out and was very humble , polite, educated and was clearly all about customer service. He assured me that he would get to the shop safe and timely. When we got to the shop he shook my hand and thanked me for my time. It surprised me because of how respectful he was. Simply a man that genuenly wants his business to do well by quality and honest work. I will 100% give them a call for a tow and if I ever need work done on a car. These guys will help you out without a doubt in my mind and more importantly they will give you an honest quote and will not waste your time nor will they up the price for anything. I d give them 10 starts if possible.

I cannot say enough great things about how amazing Miguel was on a terrible day. Miguel knew exactly what he was doing and was the third tow company called after experiencing nothing but rude and unskilled techs by two prior companies, I was at my breaking point. Due to COVID, a company fleet car hadn t moved or been started in 18 months, so not very typical. Thankfully, Miguel was so amazing, friendly, even called 10 minutes prior, knew exactly what to do. A friend of mines took his truck in to get some work done on his truck .not only in my opinion the took advantage of him (he's slightly mentally challenged smarter than most) but they stole from him . this is my opinion from the facts I've been presented verbally and physically. They were to see if the heads needed repair .they dismantled the engine told him he needed a new one .at the time they should of put his truck back the way they received it cause he didn't have the money to do repairs and had him women get his vehicle .so the vehicle is in the possession for some time .I guess they go back and forth trying to come up with a solution .fast forward my friend is driving down the road sees his truck on the side of the road hood in the bed no motor just the block all the wires cut battery missing which was new the exhaust cut .its like they had no intention on repairing his vehicle .they or somebody took off what they wanted and left it there .the vehicle was in a&k possession for repairs to to that point not returned to the owner .they have dealt with my friend before and over charged him on prior repair job . I just feel that they took advantage of him in my opinion. So be aware of your dealings

While doing a delivery, my car broke down and I gave this shop a call. While only having 1 driver they were able to get my car towed back to Concord in a more than timely manner. There was excellent communication between the driver and dispatch and they gave a more than reasonable price.

This place is a well run and helpful auto shop. Came in thinking I would never be able to afford to fix my car. Not only was I able to afford it, they went above and beyond and I will continue to bring my car back for all my future auto needs. Fast efficient and affordable. Thanks Praveen

Excellent job of excellent people. I got my car fixed few months ago and another one just a week ago. My first shop visit, the owner Praveen made a great job simplifying by replacing just the stripped wheel bolt, instead of the whole wheel assembly, resulting to a reasonable cost. My second visit a week ago, Mr Praveen, made a good AC diagnosis for free on my Honda. He takes care of his customers the best way possible.I highly recommend this shop for all of Customer's car problems.

I had water pump replacement and transmission flush service for GMC Acadia at the store. They did awesome job!!!!!! Now the vehicle runs like a house . Since I try to keep my Acadia as long as possible, I will bring my Acadia for suspension struts and other service on Sat. Highly recommended auto shop !!!

What else can I say about A&K towing other then they re a good company with experience and great, no, excellent customer service! Mario was my tow service provider, he took extra care in handling my beautiful 18 year old BMW E39 and putting her on the flatbed like a champ! I couldn t have asked for a more professional tow service. Thank you Mario and the rest of the team at A&K towing. These folks aren t rude like some other tow companies! Highly recommend! Who s says they can t put a BMW on a flatbed?!?! Not A&K towing!
