As we all know, having to get a tow can ruin your day, and also your whole weekend. City Towing literally saved my weekend. Driver came super quick, they were super responsive and took great care of my truck. Just can t explain all the bad experiences I ve had with other towing places, and was so grateful for City Towing. Probably the best in the business

Cheapest rate in town!! Took an hour longer than they said but what tow truck is ever on time right? He was calling me and updating me about his arrival time periodically. Loaded my low profile car very fast and drove my wife and I to a motel. All in all they were the nicest when I called them, the fastest response time, and cheapest rate. Had room for 4 people in his truck maybe 5

Got stuck right outside the great city of Barstow, called City Towing and within an hour they provided excellent service, great rates, excellent customer service, highly recommend using City Towing!

Lowell was amazing at getting me a driver to get my car towed. Caleb had to track us down on the 15 south on a Friday during the Labor Day weekend! We were stuck right in between Barstow and Baker- making our way from Las Vegas NV to Fullerton CA!!!We waited a bit, but let me tell you, Caleb hooked up the car and drove us home! The best thing service we have ever experienced. Top of the line customer care & service. If you ever need a tow, call City Towing, in Barstow CA- you won't be disappointed!

Amazing company, great service. Our driver drove to the middle of nowhere BLM lands (where we broke down). And was extremely persistent in finding us as I was having difficulty giving him accurate Lat/Long (only location identifiers that lined up as signs where different than online). Thank you for getting us out!

I can't say enough good things about City Towing. They had a much better price for service than any other towing service I called. The driver was beyond nice. As it turned out my car decided to start after he got there and not only did they return my money the driver followed me home to make sure I made it there with no further issues.I highly recommend City Towing!!Service: Local hauling

Was given an estimated time of over an hour via roadside assistance, they arrived in less than ten minutes and had my tire swapped out with the spare in no time, even made sure my spare was up to pressure. Was very professional and even changed the tire on the incline of our driveway. If Ineed a tow or help with a tire change again, definitely going to use their company.Service: Tire change

We blew a tire on 15 and Jake came out very quickly. We re not from town and almost everywhere was closed but he recommended a great tire shop(Franky s). A few hours later, all set! Thanks, Jake!

My car was towed by this company. We had to get the car lot we bought it from to get it out as the man running the front desk wouldn't accept money from "me" or my husband. Then he made snide rude comments about finding "dead white women" in his trunk. We were missing all the change and money that were in the center console. The sheriff's said it was there when the car got towed and the towing company claimed they didn't know anything about it and no matter what we couldn't "prove" it even if they did. Which I took as they did! I would never recommend them to ANYONE!!!

I was stuck on the side of the freeway in a rent a car for 5 hours rental company couldn't fine anyone willing to go so far and then city tow came through Jake showed up and was great went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and at ease just a really great driver highly recommended city tow thanks for everything Jake.

i asked them to pull my truck out of the river bed in barstow, for that they chrged me 1,100$ alittle much if you ask me.
