I started going to Casey s after a friend recommended him to me. If you re tired of getting ripped off on repairs to your auto, then you must take your business to Casey. You will receive excellent customer service and I m sure you will continue to return for all your auto repairs.

Had the pleasure of doing business with this company. My car would shut off on me while I was driving. I went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and was told my battery was good but the charging system was bad and I needed an alternator. I purchased the alternator then called a few shops to see who come put it in and how soon. I choose me this company because the receptionist was very polite and they had the best price and could get me in the next day. After I dropped my car off that next morning I was called a few hours later and told that my alternator was fine and asked if it was okay to do a diagnostic. I agreed and they called back to tell me that it was a sensor causing the car to shut off. The part and labor to replace it was a lot cheaper than the labor and they were able to get my car done the same day. My total including the diagnostic fee was still lower than what the alternator would ve cost me. This whole experience felt like a win to me!

We ended up stuck in Barstow, California when our alternator gave out at 5 p.m. We were able to get to the O'Reilly's and purchase a new alternator. In taking the alternator off the serpentine belt was frayed. We bought a new one and in 4 hours was not able to put it on without a tension bar. We had our car towed to a nearby Motel and hoped to find a mechanic that could do the job. We were on our way to Sacramento where my brother who has cancer was in the hospital.Casey's was just down the block. I walked over there to see if they would be able to help us and get us back on the road. I have traveled in 47 of our 50 states and in all that time and the time I have used mechanics I have never found a more helpful mechanic. Stacey saw the distress in my face and knew her mechanic Scott could get it done in an hour. Scott is one of the best mechanics I have met. They had other jobs ahead of us but put us next knowing for Scott it would be easy enough. I prayed for the right people to help us and the right people did. I wish all mechanic shops were like Casey's Auto Repair.

Casey uses a timeline as an excuse to sell subpar truck parts. Cost me $4150 and the transmission he gave me is completely garbage. Do not use this place

100% the best!!! Casey and his team helped me with an emergency I had traveling to Long Beach. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Casey and his team really saved me when not a single Ford dealership close by would even look at my 2021 F350 dually. They not only diagnosed my problem but even went above and beyond to get the parts and have me on the road as quick as possible. They even came to my hotel to help. I will forever be grateful for this shop, and I have faith still in humanity because of this amazing group of people.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Was traveling from Utah to Disneyland with the family when our Honda Odyssey started puttering about 45 minutes before Barstow. We called several shops in Barstow and Casey's said they would get it diagnosed when we get there and if possible get us on the road again that same day. From the time we arrived to the time we were back on the road was 2 hours. We are very grateful to Casey and his team for helping us to keep on truckin'.Service: Engine repair

This place saved our trip literally!! We had a drive from Orange County California to Kansas City Missouri out truck blew the turbos 1 hr away from the shop , called the tow company and they recommended me to Casey s, next day parts are in and ready to hit the road , these mechanics are the real deal! , smart and will answer any questions you give them! Very helpful and life savors. Once again thank you Casey s, pops and I are great full for the hand .3 more hr till we get to our destination .Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Recently I came to their auto shop about 100 minutes before they closed at 1730h. I didn t know what was wrong with my car but the owner of the shop dropped everything that he was doing so that he could take it for a test drive. When he returned he put my car on a lift and he determined that I needed a new drive shaft. Then he ordered the part that afternoon and he fixed my car the following morning.Exceptional service. I highly recommend this place for your auto repairs in Barstow.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I am a retired heavy truck mechanic so i know my stuff. I went to Casey's with an overheating problem on my Dodge Ram diesel. Started with a bum thermostat but he went to drain the radiator & the PLASTIC drain valve broke so new radiator. He felt bad about the radiator so he only charged me the price of the new radiator. Total cost, $500. For a new thermostat, radiator and antifreeze. They are extremely nice people and very honest. Only complaint, i wish their A/C in the waiting room worked.

A couple of days ago my truck died on me on my way to work. Had it towed to Casey's and they diagnosed it as a broken intake valve spring within a couple of hours. While in the shop my window regulator broke and they only charged me for parts...not labor. Casey's is very fair with their pricing and great customer service. I have found my new mechanic.

Best mechanic in town, great service, great prices. Casey is great I took my mini cooper to him at 8 AM and my car was ready by the end of the same day. I recommend Casey to everybody in the barstow and fort Irwin area.Once again I took my car to Casey's and I got great service. I recommend this shop to all the Barstow and Fort Irwin community. Casey's Auto is one of the most honest shops I have ever ran across. I had some transmission problems with my 2001 Dodge Ram (model is common for these problems). Casey had to work on it for months, installed several transmissions, problem just seemed to re-occur. He didn't give up, was determined to fix it. Not only did he give me a loaner while working on mine, but never charged me a dime over the original estimate. That's including multiple transmissions, all the man hours included. I don't think I could have got this type of service in any other shop. Thank you Casey and all the guys working for you!

We had a check engine light come on during our road trip. Casey explained what was going on, and that we could ignore it until/unless we noticed certain performance problems with the car. I appreciated the great, honest explanation.

Casey did a great job helping us out. We broke down and was towed to his shop. And in the morning he got on truck and made repairs. He is a very good diesel mechanic and has enormous knowledge of ford diesel engines. Will be having him do any maintenance or upgrades to my truck in future. Thanks for your help Casey.

I needed my A/C system recharge and operational on my 2014 Nissan Altima. Casey's services my Air conditioning runs great! The labor cost and time was very reasonable all under a hour service. I'm very happy with this auto shop and well recommend to my friends and family .Thank you Casey's.

I absolutely love this auto shop. My husband and I are stationed at Fort Irwin and I normally have to do the calling around and scheduling appointments by myself because he s always at work. Casey s auto shop has always treated us amazingly and goes beyond my expectation. Which is hard to find these days. When they are fixing my car, Casey will walk me through what happened and what causes the problem. They also will call me for any hiccups or problems.They do not fix something without notifying you before hand. I highly recommend Casey s to all my friends and anyone who is in need.Thank you Casey s

We needed a power steering pump before driving back to Laughlin and walked up when they opened. Stacey was AMAZING. they got the pump and had us out of there within a couple hours. Driven hundreds of miles and no issues. Absolutely great place!

I had my car towed to the Casey's auto services and after the diagnostics was done the receptionist informed us that the homeless have been breaking into cars left in thier care . The next day we get a call from the police telling us our car was broken into . They parked the car were no cameras could see it . Casey's said sorry it's not our responsibility. If they knew it was that big of an issue why wouldn't they get cameras to protect there customers vehicles or at the very least park where it is in sight of a camera. When my wife called the receptionist she was extremely rude and disrespectful . I wouldnt recommend anyone take there vehicle to this place .

We were driving through Barstow on Spring Break, when our car started making noises. We made it to Casey's Auto Services in Barstow and, although he was extremely busy but knowing we were trying to get to our destination with 3 kids in the car, he so kindly stopped his work to jack our car up to give us a quick diagnosis. He was a lifesaver-- quite possibly literally -- as our transmission was on it's way out! He was incredibly knowledgeable and we SO appreciated his kindness. We will pay it forward, for sure! Thank you Casey for 5 star service!!

These people were literally angels in my eyes. My car broke down off of Hwy. 58, 15 miles outside of Barstow. I found them online after the tow company suggested them. I called and left a message that I was having my car towed there, and if they had time, I would appreciate if they could look at it. They were slammed with cars, but they made time to check my car (I needed 4 new spark plugs) once I gave the ok, I was back on the road in hardly anytime. From having it towed to their shop, and diagnoses, and fixing my car was about 3 hours, and I was back on the road for my 5 hour trip home. My car ran like liquid Viagra was coursing through it; ran great! These folks rock and deserve your business.Services: Electrical, Engine repair

The best mechanic in Barstow! When my transmission failed stranding us in Barstow hundreds of miles from home Casey went above and beyond to get a new hard to find transmission quickly and replace it before the weekend and get us back on the road. They did not take advantage of our situation with the price either and worked to get us a good deal on parts and labor and didn't charge more than their initial estimate. Other shops said they would have to wait until Monday to start looking at the car then it would be several days until the part arrived, and a few more days until the work was complete, if all went well for a much higher estimate. We could have been stranded for a couple of weeks in hotels away from work, but Casey got us back on the road and home fast! The car still runs great. Don't hesitate to bring your car to Casey.

Amazing service! Honest good people! Was travelling through and broke down. Being from out of state and on a timeline along with driving a nice sports car left me knowing that it was going to be expensive. Wrong they ordered my parts did the repairs and had me on my way the same day for only a couple hundred bucks! #blessed thank you Casey's!

Casey is the only mechanic I'll ever use and trust in Barstow area. He has never let me down nor disappointed me, he'll tell you straight FORWARD if he can do it, if its worth it and above ALL dose it RIGHT the FRIST time. Yeah you have to BOOK your appointment ahead of time, But for RIGHT service done RIGHT sometimes you have to plan. Casey's. BIG car problems Chasey's is your SOLUTION.

We got stuck in Barstow with a fuel issue in our RV..first called the mobile mechanic listed on google..DONT USE HIM. he took our money and left us stranded in parking lot after installing electronic fuel pump backwards. so two tow trucks later after 1st truck towed us to Ds Tyres because the owner John told us to be there at 8 am . 10 am he shows up unapologetic for his tardiness. we already had spoken with Casey and he assured us if we could get it there he could get us underway. 2nd tow left us at Casey's..where they squeezed us in. After a full day of hot ..he did get us rolling for a reasonable amount!. Thank you to Casey for getting us in:)

I was referred to Casey's after calling a competitor of theirs that no longer has a branch in Barstow when the transmission in my Ford Ranger went out between Vegas and Barstow during our move from southeast Iowa to southern California. I had the bed and a trailer loaded with all of our belongings. They stored the trailer for me in a secured location and had my truck back together in a couple days. Mario at Casey's 2 was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

The owner Casey was very honest and took the time to explain everything in detail. He stayed late to fix my overheating problem and blown head gasket. He had me on the road to Orlando Florida the same day.

Couldn't have had a better experience , top notch attention to detail every bolt that was touched was torque marked and yes I checked.
