You couldn't have asked for better service and service of the vehicle itself. The repair was done in a very timely manner and a very good job done. One might say excellent job is done on time. No fact time to go back to doing anything else. I would recommend to anyone needing body work or vehicle work done to see them because they do a fine buying jobs. I was totally happy

I had the best experience with Caliber Collision in Barstow. The service, waiting time, and results exceeded my expectations. Miguel took his time to explain the entire process to me, and my truck definitely looked like new again. I will recommend 100% this place!

Miguel and Jorge took great care of us when a part of our fender broke and began dragging on the freeway on our way home. They were very honest and did everything they could to keep us safe on the road. They were so kind to us. I m giving them my highest recommendation!

Miguel was awesome as well as everyone who worked on my car. I really like that they kept me updated on the repairs by text I didn t even feel like I had to call them and ask about my care or like they forgot about me. I would recommend this place 100 percent

Finding a reliable and honest, collision company is hard, and also finding one that is going to treat your vehicle. The way you do is even harder. I recommend caliber collision because they treated my vehicle as if it was their own, and I can never expressed my gratitude with their knowledge nor their behavior, and they have never worked with my insurance before and they did it with me and helped me get through the process even easier.

After taking my vehicle here due to sandstorm damage.. this was the result of a completely redone paint job. The fact that this shop was recommended by my insurance company is beyond me. This work shows you love a paycheck and nothing more!

I had to take my car in for being side swept and getting it stolen. Despite the fact that they had to order new parts for the new stolen claim they had my car ready a day earlier then expected. My vehicle was damaged due to high winds we had here in town and insurance sent it in to Caliber Collision. Service was fast and easy. The guys there were very thorough and I was even able to drop my rental off there when I picked up my vehicle which made things very convenient. They keep you up to date about what is going on through the whole process. My vehicle looks great and they even gave it a real nice wash.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The wind caught the driver door took it to the front quarter panel. Managed to get door closed not easily. Had to "Bo/Luke/Daisy Duke through the window. Didn't dare open the door, wasn't sure I'd get it closed again. They wouldn't let me leave in the car as it was unsafe, they made sure I had a rental vehicle for as long as I needed it.

I took my vehicle there after the Toyota dealership down the road said that s where they send vehicles. I brought it in for wind damage to the paint and glass. After waiting weeks to get the car back due to a bad windshield they got from factory (not their fault), I brought it back because the paint job was not good at all. The prep work was rushed and you could still see a ton of chips (for lack of a better term) from rocks/sand that were not sanded out and the clear coat was messed up in a few spots. They repainted it and it was much better the second time. Until the rubber trim on the roof flew off while I was on the highway right after I left the shop. I went back and told the manager what happened and he said they would order one and I said I would just drive the block myself and get it from the dealer. The manager said to bring the receipt and I would be refunded. That was months ago and I still haven t been paid back for that. To top it off, the badge on the tailgate wasn t even put back on in the right spot. Seems minor, but that s the kind of attention they paid to their work. I will be telling anyone I know who needs paint/body work to go somewhere, anywhere else.

Overall experience was amazing. Everyone from the front office to the guys in the back of the shop did an amazing job. I was kept up to date through their text message system, they called me when they needed, and my car was ready days before initial estimate. I damaged the front end of my pickup truck, took it in to Calliber with expectations of 2-4weeks completion time. They helped me with my rental car, notified me of scheduling, and had my truck ready in one week. They returned my truck washed, vacuumed and wiped down.
