Terrible dealership. I purchased a 2016 vehicle, had engine problems a week after buying. The dealership took it to a shop where I had waited about 4 months to get my vehicle "fixed". I got my vehicle back with body damage on the bumper and the engine with the same problems. I told the dealership and they said well we cant do anything about it. I recommend to stay as for away as possible. If you can go to a different used car dealer in recomend it. As a tow truck driver as well i tow a lot of vehicles purchased from this dealership. And again just with the response they posted, they will lie, just like they will lie to you if you purchase a vehicle from them.

This place was one of the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to get the car I wanted. I just want to say what an amazing experience! I knew I was in good hands when he was determined that I walked out with a good deal and the car I wanted, and I could tell that he was going to make it happen. I was a first time buyer, And he was able to find me a deal that I was comfortable with.

If you want to continue walking and waste your money, then buy a vehicle from this place. Terrible dealership. My vehicle started having problems 1 week after purchase and they "fixed" it and same exact problems a week later. They still refuse to fix.

Friend of mine got his truck worked on and got it back and blew a head gasket and they wouldn't do anything to help probably messed it up on purpose so he would have to fork out more money.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from them a CTS & TELLURIDE both in Is phenomenal shape customer service is above Parr for most car dealerships new or used Moe and Juan are very professional and go out of their way to make the whole experience a smooth and effortless I will be looking to get a 3rd vehicle from them soon

Shady business. They cover up vehicle issues and lie to the customer to make a sale. Even after a purchase any issues you may have will not be resolved and you ll be told to fix it yourself. They claim customers are liars when they bring up issues

Mostly happy with the purchase. Had issues with the engine day 2. Not mad. I just wish you guys opened at 8 instead of 10 because I want my car in the shop at 8 not 10 or 11 burning through the day and then carried over into my weekend.

Would not recommend they said they had warrantee I took the car in the same week and they never fixed it they would keep the car the entire day and when I got the car back the problem would not be fixed this continued and nothing was ever fixed

I was looking for a second vehicle and stopped by here. I didn't have to wait very long at all, and they had me approved for the vehicle I actually wanted with no hassles. The staff was helpful, patient, and informative. I would recommend buying here.

Take the cars for what they are, used high miles cars. However, my experience with the company was fantastic. After having engine trouble with the car shortly after purchase and the warranty company trying their best to not pay, Walle stepped up and got my car fixed at considerable expense to his company.The team is outstanding, as I m my experience they not only helped me find a car suited to my needs they kept me updated during my repair process. I would def buy from this company again. Also, get the warranty. You ll be happy you did.

Family & I Hade the worst service! Got into a car came home service lights came on !!I tried to return they vehicle Instantly and they didn t cooperate but But ensuring the problem will be resolved I listened I waited until it became one week after anotherSo we agree to disagree and I lost out on some serious MONEY I don t understand why they would put My family (anyones)in a car without it being serviced correctly And to think that we have time for them to prepare it s like why even put the cars on the lot don t put customers through that you guys come on !!!

My husband and I had a great experience buying a GMC terrain love it it has been over a year that we bought our car. The team is out going and awesome love Barstow auto sales. You all are ritchous people. So recommend to go with them . Very helpful. Thanks so much Barstow auto sales. We just love you.

I has a great experience at Barstow Auto Sales. Moe was my sales guy and he made it happen for me. My credit was poor but he worked it for me and got me approved. I got a great car and would recommend them to anyone.

I am a crippled and have a disability for a accident.. I bought a lemon of a car for $11,000. The car was junk, but I did not find out till I got home. I bought the car back the next day . Wally says too bad and only gave me back $5000. I lost $6000.On top of that the $5000 check bounced.They are not very ethika. I am very upset. I have 4 kids and can't work. Reported them to the better business and state licensing.I past out flyers to ever business, church, and store in Barstow to tell them what they did. Very shady. Represents Barstow very well.

Very good experience with this establishment, purchased two cars from them, and both were priced well and been great cars. I did have a water pump leak after two months of buying the car, they took care of it, no questions asked. Thank you Waheed and Mo.

Went it yesterday and drive off the lot with a fresh new car and I m happy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a really good car. They were so helpfull and made me feel right at home.

30 min after i bought a vehicle from them i discovered 3 problems with the vehicle, i called him he said he would take care of them, WELL 7 WEEKS LATER STILL NOT FIXED, i been there 3 times (i live in victorville) and he did nothing to my vehicle even though he said to come out and he would fix them. i contacted him every other day for 7 weeks .he kept saying he will take care of the issues with the vehicle, still not fixed, HE IS A PERSON THAT CAN"T BE TRUSTED, don"t buy from barstow auto sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place will sell u a lemon. Then when u give it back they claim they dont have take u to Court so u have tio pay for a car u don't have while recieving parking tickets from L.A. they won't file the New ownership papers and they will report to credit bureau 2 times a month. I went from 720 credit to 520 credit in no time. Shut this place down. I wish i could give negative stars. Garbage

I want to start of by mentioning this was my first time purchasing a used car. I'm stationed at Fort Irwin and decided to give Barstow Auto Sales a chance. At first Mr.Walheed seemed like a very caring and kind man but I guess thats part of the lemon car salesman charm. I purchased a 2005 Mini Cooper S off him for around six thousand dollars (Later found out car was worth around one thousand). Right away after driving off the lot the check engine light came on. Within a month of owning the car both all power windows have stopped working, AC barely works and we all know how hot it gets in Southern California. The car will no longer lock and its as if the car falls apart week by week. The transmission is about to give out and this is my lost, For rushing into buying a used car from these currupt people. They don't care if you're a soldier, or if you're a mother who needs a car to provide for her children. They don't care if you get stranded in the desert all they care about is your money. Mr.Walheed and his team has made that very clear as they delete my reviews and try to deny the wrong they have done me. All this has been is a 6k lesson learned to buy a used car again. Please avoid this lemon lot at all costs.

They do what they can they knows what needs to be done they broke there back to keep me and ny husband happy even though my husband has his doubts but i believe they will do right for us. Sometime results can be good if you wait but not for to long....

I am so glad that I decided to stop and get a car here ... I'm a first time buyer and they made the process easy for me and answered all of my questions and were so patient with me since I switched the car I wanted and we had to do everything all over again .... Great staff very friendly I will definitely be coming back
