My husband and I were about half an hour past Palm Springs in our motorhome making the long trip back to Canada. Our motorhome wasn t running perfectly so we stopped at Truck Works in Banning. They spent from 10 am to 5 pm fixing a few things that were a problem. We were so appreciative as the motorhome ran the best it has in 11 years. A big shout out to Terry, the owner for giving us Knuckles(nickname) for the day. They were awesome, we highly recommend them!!

I have been bringing my truck here for a few years now and can say that it wont see the inside of any other shop in California. I cant say enough about how important it is to find a shop you can trust with your truck. Terry and his team know what they are doing and remove the stress of whatever issues you may have going on. They take the time to explain the diagnosis, process and steps for getting things repaired. My truck is my money maker, I need it for looking and checking on jobs. When my starter went out on me and left me stranded I called the shop around 1 P.M. had it towed to them and was back on the road at 4:30 P.M. same day. That shows they care and know how important my truck is to me. They go above and beyond and its much appreciated. I can not express enough in words the exceptional service received from Terry and the gang at Truck Works in Banning, CA. Terry and Jacob did a complete Bullet Proof install on my '06 F350 Dually - and several months later it is still kicking as_. The office staff to include Chibo are very courteous, professional and a joy to talk with ...super friendly environment. You will not find a better outfit to put out this level of quality of work. This team is highly recommended for Bullet Proofing your diesel truck. AAA +++

We just had our diesel RV serviced at Truckworks. They got us in fast and completed the service quickly. They have great customer service and even helped us out the same day when with an electrical problem right as we were leaving on a trip. Our motorhome broke down in Banning, CA on our way to Santa Monica. We needed to be towed to a mechanic and someone recommended Truck Works. Everyone from the front office staff, the mechanics and Terry, the owner of Truck Works, was very professional and went out of their way to help. They even kept the shop open late waiting for us to arrive with the tow truck. They were able to correctly diagnose the engine problems and repair it. The motorhome runs better now than it has in years. I would highly recommend Truck Works.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This place is second to none for customer service & diesel repairs. Terry the owner is a great guy and runs a tight ship with honesty and integrity. His staff are all willing to help whatever the need. I just had my 04 Chevy 2500HD Duramax worked on for a fuel leaking issue. They allowed the secretary to give me a ride home so I didn t have to wait there for hours. Then when the truck was completed they sent someone out to pick me up Because of my wife s medical issue. Terry and staff are a class act, I highly recommend this shopAnd will return here when repairs are needed.Thank you Terry & Staff for your help! I appreciate what you did for me!Butch Shelton

Terry and his crew are awesome did my hydroboost and master cylinder. My hydroboost was the only thing leaking but I had him change the master cylinder since he needed to remove it anyway. He gave me options, not a demanding bill. On top of it all I just realized that he replaced my headlight bulb that I knew was out, just so my truck was safe for me and my family. There s not many places I feel comfortable using for repairs but Terry & his crew are top notch across the board.They went out of their way to help me when I broke down coming thru banning with a 28 trailer and my dog Maui.This was a miserable situation but Terry & the guy s made me feel like they had my back.I would recommend them to everyone I know who rolls coal. Their work is great but it takes too long to get your vehicle back. They said they would call for approval on an estimate. After waiting 5 weeks for the estimate they called to advise the work was done. The bill was over $1,000. Not the way to do business.

Truck works is an awesome shop, my 05 f250 was was having the common head Gasket/egr issues. The owner Terry knew exactly what I needed to get me back on the road quickly and more reliable then the way it left the factory and for the lowest cost possible. The customer service and the work done at this shop is top notch quality and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs something done, whether it be a small job or a big job. My truck runs perfect now and I couldn t be happier with the work they did for me.Thanks again guys!

I was on a road trip with my 2011 Chevy 2500 diesel and unhooked at a RV park and the next morning my truck wouldn t start. Just turn over, but wouldn t run. After many phone calls, on a Friday, worried about being stranded in Banning and 600 miles from home someone recommended Terry s auto shop, Truck Works. All of these other shops were too busy to do this emergency miracle but Terry stepped up and I had it towed there and by 5:30 in the evening it was all fixed!! Fuel sensor was bad. Terry came and picked me up at the RV park in my truck and back to his shop to pay, and I feel it was a very fair price for the services that he did!Open a shop in Chico Terry!!

Experts at what they do is the best way to say it. These guys help me out so much even though I was tight on the budget, they were happy to help diagnose the problem I was having in my truck very decent pricing.

I don't often comment on sites such as this but felt compelled after my experience at Truck Works. Last fall as I was preparing to store my motorhome, Terry was managed to work me in for a last minute oil change after a prearranged appointment with another firm left me dangling. At that time I mentioned a leak in the engine compartment. We scheduled the repair for this Spring and Terry went to great lengths to locate and acquire the necessary part. When you are 3500 miles from home, it is a great comfort to find someone with whom you can establish an immediate feeling of trust. My rig is repaired and I feel fully confident in recommending Terry to anyone. The service and attitude at this shop are outstanding!

Our Class A Coach broke down on the 10 fwy near Banning, Ca on our way home from vacation. Good Sam recommended and towed us to Truck Works. Terry and team were in on that Saturday catching up on work as they are normally closed on Saturday. It took the tow truck a few hours to get there but Terry and team waited until after 8pm on their day off for us to arrive in tow. I I instantly felt I was in good hands when I met Terry. I explained that I had paid a shop in Huntington Beach to address the issues that caused this breakdown. Turns out they didn't do the things they said they did but that's a different issue. Truck Works was very busy but managed to work us in. They did a great job fixing the "other shops" screw up's. They inspected checked and double checked everything. Our Coach is now running flawlessly. We are soo fortunate to have found Truck Works, Terry and Team and would never go anywhere else!

So, on my way home from Vegas the other week, I started hearing a whine from my left front hub! Called Truck Works(at about 5:30pm) and they said they would wait for me since I was an hour out!Terry the owner and a mechanic waited for me. They had my truck diagnosed the next day and had it repaired in about 3 days! They also gave me a great discount for being a Veteran, and were upfront an honest with me! They also performed a complete components inspection on both sides since one side was bad. They wear and tear in the other side was substantial and about to have the same problem. They were very reasonable about doing it in one shot vs two, so I saved money on labor!2007 GMC 2500HD just hit 100k miles!

If you're looking for a great place to have your truck or RV serviced, then look no further than Truck Works, Banning. We experienced outstanding service with everyone! Melissa who runs the office was friendly and compassionate when we explained the issues regarding our RV and Jeep. Jim, the service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We explained the problem we experienced when driving our deisel pusher while flat-towing our Jeep Trailhawk. After hitting a rough patch of road on I-10 the Jeep began to violently shake and fishtail. It was terrifying! After the technicians at I-10 Chrysler Dodge told us there was no problem on 6 different occasions, Jim instantly knew the problem was the "death wobble". When we called after our horrifying experience, Melissa offered to have a technician wait for our arrival which would be after closing hours. Who does that? During another service, we were unable to pick-up our RV because we were working in Orange County and could not leave due to time constraints. We spoke to Melissa and she checked to see if our coach could be driven to Ray's RV to complete our warranty work. A Truck Works technician safely delivered our coach to Ray's and we were so grateful! It saved us a trip to Banning and then back to Orange County. Again, who does that? The staff at Truck Works are stellar, knowledgeable and compassionate. We highly recommend them for service of trucks or RV's and if you live out of town like we do, the exceptional service is well-worth the drive!

A good for your vehicle place to get service. Staff are friendly and professional. Though I just came for an oil change I can already tell this is where the company truck will get all it's services. Well worth any amount of wait if you're the type that wants it done right the first time. Nuff said.....

Have used Truck Works several times over the years an have always been impressed with their customer service as well as quality of work. Yesterday they took an even bigger step. We are traveling through Missouri in our diesel pusher motorhome and engine overheats and we were stranded on the side of a freeway. Called and spoke with Terry who told us to hang on and he d call back in a few. He called back in about a half hour and found a shop to take it too. He interviewed several shops over the phone and picked which one to go to. Finding a good shop in a strange area is very risky. He even found a tow company that would tow our motorhome and trailer. Check around, tow companies don t want to tow motorhomes. We will be on the road again in a couple of hours. The shop he picked is doing a great job and very friendly. I ve taken my F250 6.0 to Truckworks in the past and always been pleased with the outcome;the most recent I was totally impressed by the knowledge and professionalism;my truck had a few issues that were resolved by Terry and his staff and my2005 has never ran better! We have had our personal and business vehicles worked on at Truck Works. We have only had honest and reliable work done on our vehicles. The staff is great and the owners Terry and Denise are a joy to work with. Highly recommend truck works!

So very disappointed with this company. We have dumped $6,000 in our F250 in the last year and have taken it in time after time only getting less than a tank of gas before the engine light comes back on and this last time be had the truck for a month and another 1,800 later less than a tank of gas here we are again. They play very expensive guessing games and won't even guarantee their work. Unless you have endless pockets and don't care about Customer service ( never calls with updates) I would not recommend from our experience.

They worked within my time schedule. did a fine job I've had absolutely no problems with their work at a very fair price. Like other Have said their personnel are wonderful. And I am in The repair and service industry. This is a nice company to work with

I've taken my Toyota truck, Chevy Astro van and Chevy Suburban to Truckworks repeatedly for various "heavy-lifting" mechanical issues. The team at Truckworks are all top-notch mechanics who get the job done fast, effectively, always back on the road in no-time.Great office staff too!
