Victor was extremely helpful and professional. I ordered tires from Amazon, shipped to their shop, and they were able to install and align my tires in less than an hour. Victor was also able to get me in earlier than my service appointment, excellent service. Process was very easy as well.I do recommend calling them prior to your tire shipment to coordinate the installation

One of the only places open on a Sunday in my area. I needed a new tire after a blow out on my truck. The manager was very kind and knowledgeable and took care of me right away. I did not feel pressured to buy anything or felt at all like I was being sold anything more than what I really needed. I would definitely be glad to bring my business back to this location.

I literally just drove out of their parking lot.I can t say enough about how amazing they were today helping and fixing my car. They went above and beyond. My favorite shop to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Super quick and great prices. Scott is the best! He s helped me every time and does a great job running the place.

The guys who work here went above and beyond. I came in 20 minutes before closing, they got me 4 new tires and stayed open late to do it. I had a flat tire and was driving around on a doughnut and they definitely helped me out.

I was a walk-in, very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to get an alignment after installing some upgraded steering components of my lifted diesel, was to get the job done. Great Customer service!! Beaumont California store

Excellent tire shop management is very helpful! Josh, one of the technicians was extremely helpful, making sure that all of her tires were filled to the proper pressures so that our vehicle is running safe!

Great prices. I got the tires during a Black Friday promotion which was helpful because I was not expecting to need tires this moment. Staff was friendly and showed concern and care when it came To my vehicle and passengers.

I took my rim and tires here today. The technician scratched my powder coat on one rim really bad, tried to blame it on the used tire . Also said if this was a new tire it would ve never happened, they didn t want to pay for the damage because the tire was not new. The so called owner did not want to de-escalate the situation instead made a comment of even if you get did get a new tire we wouldn t help you. Tire technician was brand new had no idea what he was doing, please train your new employees better.

Popped my tire and was late to a tournament. These guys were noce and very personable and was able to fix my Fiestas tire quick amd for only 130$ for the tire and installation! Cheap and fast 5/5 for me!

I was referred by a friend and walked in. Their prices were great, and I was able to get my tires replaced the same day which was pretty amazing considering they had to order my tires.

Do NOT go to Tire Choice in Banning! Absolute rip off for the work they do & they re doing some shady stuff. Went in for the free estimate, mentioned it would be $100 if the check engine light was on no check engine light, we were just concerned about the exhaust maybe leaking into the cabin. They found nothing wrong with the exhaust but a bunch of other stuff totaling $2k plus tires that had nothing to do with what they were supposed to be checking and mysteriously the check engine light is on and they told us to come back so they can look into that. Soooo sketchy! Just out to make money and have overcharged others that I know of too. Smdh. I prefer Downtown Auto but they don t do exhaust work that I know of. Sigh.

It was Sunday afternoon and my wife and I needed an emergency repair on our Corolla. It was a real bad wheel bearing and hub, it was to the point of being very unsafe to drive. Nobody else was opened to help us except this shop. Scott was very informative and honest. He went above and beyond and offered a courtesy ride back home while the car was kept overnight. It was fixed the very next day and we are thrilled to have our car on the road again safe and sound. Will be scheduling future appointments. Thanks Scott and staff!! :D

Chris & Victor helped me with all of my car concerns. They fixed my brakes & alignment, changed my tires, & replaced my battery. I was approved for financing through EasyPay. So I was able to take care of the financial aspect without having to break the bank. If you re in the area I highly recommend coming to Tire Choice! Ask for Chris or Victor! They ll take care of you!

Went in with low air pressure in one tire, they were busy but in no time a gentleman named Robert Hicks not only checked all my tires but found the one with the problem. The tire had a nail in it. He fixed free of charge!We had a very positive experience here before with breaks also.Great place will definitely come back

We had an issue with a rental, during our vacation. After some issues in dealing with the rental car company, we decided to go ahead and get the work done ourselves and took the car to tire choice. Alexander and his crew went above and beyond all expectations. He succeeded in getting the approval from the rental company to get the repairs, in a timely manner. They did not have the tires needed so him and his guys came together to go pick them up themselves, got the repair done, changed the tires and performed all work quick and efficiently.It was a fantastic service! From top to bottom, customer service through work performed, was top notch. Speaking as a business owner myself these are the type of people you want taking care of your customers, fantastic job all around.Thank you so much for all your help Alexander!

About a week and a half ago, I was traveling back to LA from the Imperial Valley. That s about a 4 hour drive from LA. On my drive back I had 3 different people flag me down pointing at the front end of my car. Turns out I was driving on a flat tire for about 2 hours! I happen to come to the 22nd street exit in Banning and pulled into a gas station to call my insurance. I thought it was going to be a quick tire change. It was WAY worse. My tow truck guy didn t have the right tools to switch out my spare so he towed to me to Tire Choice right down the street. Sharron was the one who helped me. I was going to try and find a used tire but I called about 5 places in Banning and Beaumont and no one had a used tire in my tire size. Also, I had just got brand new tires the day before! As they are in the process of changing my tire, they show me my control arms are practically falling off, my brakes are pretty much metal to metal and if I were to just take off with another brand new tire, it would just get shredded all over again. Sharron was super sweet. I didn t have the money on hand to get these repairs done (what s the point of buying another tire if it was just gonna be shredded all over again?), so she worked with me to find a solution. In the end, we were able to get me financed with a company where I could make payments over a 3 month period. Not only did she help me with the financing, she made sure I was out of there that day. She made my car priority because I still had another hour and a half drive to get home and I didn t have anywhere to stay over night in Banning. There were only 2 guys working I. The shop and they got me outta there with a quickness!. I got there around 4:40 and was back on the road by 7. So shout out to those mechanics, they know their stuff! Sharron above all did everything she could to help me get home safely. I ll definitely be coming back to get any other maintenance done. 10/10 highly recommend!

Working with Sharon and Chris at this location will keep me coming back as long as they are working there. I have been everywhere including the dealer for my KIA in Palm Springs. Never again. They left work gloves and rags under my gravel guard. What kind of a place does this? Anyway, I will only take my car and wife's car to this location from now on. They did a great job and very easy to work with. Thanks for a job well done.

I was traveling when my tire pressure warning light came on. After safely pulling off the freeway I looked up tire service centers, and I was worried because it was a Saturday and nearly 5:00 pm. I found Tire Choice (the ONLY place open), but it was closing in a matter of minutes. I phoned and the person who answered the phone told me to bring my car over, and that he would wait for me. Turns out the person I spoke with, Scott, is the manager. He checked my tires and made sure that they had the correct pressure and were safe to drive on. Grateful for the help, I offered to pay him, but he refused. Soon I was on my way to my destination, arrived safely, and made it back to the OC a few hours later.I want to add that he was working with a customer when I arrived, and I watched as he patiently answered her questions before she left the store. It s nice to see someone who really cares about their customers.

Traveling in rain and 16 mph winds and my tire pressure light comes on! Pull off the Interstate and found my way to this shop. I m a veteran and asked if they could help a veteran out? . They immediately helped me. Went over and beyond checking all my tires and resetting my tire sensors! These guys were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thank God for good people!

I had just come in from Phoenix and got a flat tire around 1st Street and Beaumont Avenue around 4:15 pm on July 2nd. Needed to get this tire fixed since I had 81 miles to go to my destination in Orange County. Found 'Tire Choice Auto Service Center', 4.5 miles away. Scott the manager, reassured me that if I got there as soon as possible after I got roadside service to change the spare, that he would fix that tire for me. I got there at 5:10 pm, and behold he was open and waiting for me. He and his coworker quickly took off the tire from the rim took out one nail and one razor blade type instrument and fixed my tire and got me back on the road. Staying open after hours and waiting for somebody is exceptional business and customer service professionalism at its finest. I commend Scott for saving me, getting me on the road and being empathetic to my needs. Because of this, I highly recommend Scott and his company. He's the type of person that will go out of his way to do the best he can to help you out. A trait lost in today's society. Thanks again Scott! Frankie (Blue Lexus RX350)
