Awesome service, antastic employees and Terrific owner.Went for a smog and quick check of loose spoiler. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes, with a smile!Automotive, Autobody and smog...what more can you ask for? A great experience.Go here for all you auto needs in the Banning pass area!

I don't like posting a negative review but I was so disappointed with my experience here. I was charged 67.60 to replace a battery. My car had a diagnosis done and fortunately it only required a battery replacement. I was charged 65.00 for the diagnosis, 160.00 for the battery and a ridiculous 67.60 to install it. Everyone knows that most places do not charge to install a battery that was purchased there. I thought that I had found a new mechanic since moving here and I guess I will have to find another place. $305 total to get a new battery. Lesson learned.

The staff were all super nice and git my cat done for me while I waited. They inspected my vehicle thoroughly and let me know what may need attention in the near future. Nice clean shop. Great experience

Went there because I had an oil leak with ina month it's gotten even worse. They sound as if they are there to help but they are actually there to take you for as much as they can. Hey I'm probably not the only one they took advantage of.I wouldn't recommend these guy's to no one they run a lousy business.

We broke down on our way to Arizona got in late, desk guy said won t be able to get to it until the next morning then the mechanic came out and said he d do it and stay over. Bless him. They got a new fuel pump in and it works was perfect!! Runs great. I hope they pay him well for working in 105 degrees!! We were on our way with in 2 hours!! Amazing service efficient and caring because they warned us about our tires which we knew, but still they were concerned!!

I've been a long time customer of Pass Auto center. They've helped me out over the years with all of my vehicles. The owners name is John, he has stayed open late to complete some work for me in the past. They always go far and beyond to help there customers! I consider them to be the one stop shop in town! They do everything, from full car restorations to something as simple as a car tune up and smog check.

I can't say enough about these guys here! I needed a specific job done on my vehicle and John the owner went above and beyond to get the job done they even pick me up from work. I just want to say Thank you so much for the awesome job you guys did for me. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!

My car engine died on the highway nearby so I had my car towed to this garage. John immediately received me and looked at my car. He was very honest about what it would entail to get it repaired and explained what happened in details. I ended up not doing any work on the car as it would have cost me more than the car itself and John was very transparent about it. Since my car was unable to move but John was extremely helpful letting me park it there for a couple days until Tom from Auto source came to pick it up. It was a pretty bad day being far from LA and John could not have been more helpful. Thanks again!

After an accident I took my car here to be repaired. They helped me from the second I got there and handled everything with my insurance company, even gave me a ride to get a rental car. The repairs were excellent. Great body shop!

Great shop, literally all in one shop with a great location and amazing service... they helped me with my Prius when no other shops would even help me, fixed the problem and did the smog check all in one day for way less than the dealers quote... thanks pass you guys are amazing

If there's a break in to your RV. They will not do any thing to help you out. In fact the owner said to me I'm not going to give you my insurance info you will file a clam and my insurance will go up. How about that for customer service!!!They as well will let it just set were there is no security for months saying it was waiting for parts. As far as I can tell the parts were never ordered. This as well is known that they have a problem with break-ins at Pass Auto. You could not pay me to go back there!!

These guys are dirt bags. They rebuilt my transmission and the parts that they used failed after one year- barely outside the warranty -BARELY! Then they charged me $149.00 Just to confirm that it was in fact the transmission and of course another $149.00 to close everything back up so my parts weren't exposed since they no longer fix transmissions and I wasn't ready to drop $2000.00 on a used one with another joke of a warranty. (And after all that, they still could not tell me exactly what was wrong with my transmission) Then when I get my vehicle back I notice that the mechanics failed to put my exhaust back together properly and so now when I start it - it's EXTREMELY LOUD. I called them to inform them of their sloppy work and of course they ignored my call even after leaving polite message. So I called them back at my next convenience and Alen said he would talk to whoever (probably the owner John) and call me back - which he never did- which I could tell in the sound of Alen's voice that he wouldn't. Their shop is a circus - their mechanics are less than sub par and their level of service is GARBAGE!!! They only get a star because no stars isn't an option. I RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE!!! Save yourself the trouble - DON'T COME HERE!!!- unless you want to see John, Bob and Alen circle jerk themselves while they try to reel you in! Oh and do they take credit cards? Hell yea! They'll take your momma's teeth if they have gold in them!

We've taken our vehicles to Pass Auto for many years now. Good people satisfactory work recommend to all...(Just some needed fluids Oil change) & window retractor replaced in @ out by #gone

I could not of asked for more with the service and work done on my Subaru. The staff goes beyond, for example I was dropped off at work and picked up while my tires were being mounted. Who does that?

I have had pass auto work on my cars on multiple occasions from engine work to brake work also body work and painting and staying open after hours to complete the job, pass auto is a very friendly and professional shop to go in banning, I would highly recommend you to take your vehicle to them...
