My son is only 25 and he took his girlfriend's car to Integrity for repair. I really appreciate that Integrity fixed the car HONESTLY without trying to scam these two young people. Patrick also gave my son advice about his truck, and advice on how my son could easily could do an additional repair on the girlfriend's car without having to pay their labor charge to do it. I do so appreciate that he treated them so well!

A friend who is a mechanic recommended Integrity auto to me and there was no disappointment!!! Great service, great guys and great work!! Pat is top notch!!! I take my daughters vehicle here for repairs as well. Highly recommended!!

Patrick is such an amazing person! Long story short, I was on the 10 freeway and blew a tire on my trailer. I was able to get off the freeway and hobble into the parking lot of his shop. Although they didn't have a trailer tire, he let me take his personal truck to drive to Harbor Freight to go buy the tires!!! Who lets a stranger take their truck? Well, Patrick does. While I was off buying the tire, he repaired my rear trailer light that had broken during the trip from Arizona. Free of charge! He gave me a new rubber gasket, properly shrink wrapped all the wires (they only had old electrical tape holding them together) and fixed my light! Who does that? Patrick does. When I returned with the tires, he replaced both of them (the other one looked like it might go soon) and filled them to the proper air pressure. I asked him what I owed and offered to buy lunch on top of it. He said just to buy lunch and we would call it even! Well, I didn't feel right about that and gave him money which he tried to return some of it. Absolutely not! This guy was our god send and I will sing his praises to all who will listen! Thanks Patrick, you're a truly good man and saved the day.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They did a good job they got the job done as quickly as possible they didn't tack on any unnecessary items, just what was needed and the price was reasonable. I paid $1,382 for a new air compressor serpentine belt and a new tensioner bar and all the labor and all the other stuff that goes along with that kind of repair. Which I thought was fair. The only thing I didn't like was it cost me 41 bucks to put it on the card. You have to pay 3% of the bill if you want to use a credit card but other than that good guys. And they took good care of me.

Outstanding and Honest!! We were traveling back home to Ventura County, engine light came on, we have a 03 Sequoia, It was only 100 plus degrees! We stopped in at Integrity, Patrick and staff were Amazing!! Patrick was so honest that he found the problem, told us what to do and made it clear we could make it home with no issues! He was so Right! Didn t charge us a penny! Thank you Integrity!!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The folks here really embody their business name. I brought my work van here for a check engine light after a prior shops inability to fix the problem and to service the transmission. They not only fixed the problem but also drove it Beaumont Smog and got it smogged, saving me the trip. I then brought my work truck in to get the air conditioning fixed. I was expecting a thousand dollar compressor replacement. Instead it was just a fuse and a freon recharge needed that cost a little over a hundred bucks. Patrick, Katrina and the rest of the shop are good people. I would recommend all my friends and family to them.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air conditioning

Pat will absolutely take good care of you. I ve been taking my cars to him since we moved to Banning and you should too! The best part about the whole experience is the friendliness of the staff. Pat and his crew care not only about taking care of my car but also he knows me and my family by name. As I said before, this place will take good care of you.

We were on our way home from the river, 2 ladies, 2 kids when we thought we had a flat tire. We stopped, checked, no flat. Continued on but a loud noise was coming from under the car. We pulled off the freeway and fortunately Integrity Auto Service was right there. They immediately saw the problem, drove my car into the service bay, and reattached the panel under the car. We couldn't thank them enough for their friendly and helpful attitude and of course their competence in getting back on the road so quickly. THANK YOU.

We decided to try Integrity Auto Service for their great price for oil change and tire rotation as well as positive reviews so we made an 8am appointment. We went back after about an hour and a half to check on our car since we were told it would be about 45min. We were told that our car had not been started on yet because they wanted to get a few walk in customers first and that appointments were not for a set time and you have to say if you want your car done first. I understand if that is how they do business, however it was never mentioned you have to ask for you car to be done at the time you set your appointment which is very odd. The owner was very rude when asked about their appointment policy and told me to listen about how they do business. I would definitely not recommend for auto service. Terrible customer service.

Patrick is a great mechanic and just bubbling over with integrity! He's been servicing my cars for 8 years now and not once was there any question about the integrity or the quality of work.

The entire staff does amazing work, great customer service. They always let you know what needs to be done, what will need attention later on for preventive maintenance. Never have had a problem do great work. Been going to them and referring for almost 9 years.

We found this place on a neighbor recommendation brought our Equinox in and experienced the awesome customer service and knowledge our neighbor spoke of and have become regular clients! Honest and knowledgeable would give them 6 stars if possible!
