Herbert in Hemet I took them my car to repair a gap between hood and fender. I just picked up my car after 2 weeks. Gap still there but hood now gaps in other area. They explained if they repaired gap it would gap on other side and gave me a 4000.00 bill

The staff are so amazing. The work is superb and they deliver what has been promised. I want to especially mention Ms. Erika Bastidas and Ms. Crystal Aceves for their kindness and for being so accommodating. If only I can give them TWO 5 stars I will do it. They promptly communicated to me every thing I needed to know. And it was Ms Erika who drove me to the car rental company to get a car.To Gerber and staff, keep it up.

Banning Gerber should shut their doors. I took my car in after my wife was hit on passenger side front. I was told by Al Miller it would be ready in a week or two. Ha that was a bold face lie. Didn't get the car back until the 5th week. I was given every excuse in the book and that was just in week two and three. I finally called and spoke with the regional manager Laura. The excuses just kept coming. I know more about this place then I ever needed to know. Sorry Cory about the deaths in your family, not sure why Laura felt the need to tell me about them. Cory is the site manager. Now after getting my car back the passenger door handle sensor is not working. Called Banning Gerber and was told to take it to the dealer. But the handle was working the day we dropped it off after the accident and they now it. Cause Al Miller, my wife and I did a walk through the day we dropped it off and all doors and sensors worked. We opened every door and they worked. Don't walk but run from the Gerber. No management working at this location, no one held responsible for nothing getting doneServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Had auch a pleasant experience that I felt compelled to share here to lift their google rating. Most people only do surveys when the have a bad experience. Yeah they were nice guys I didn't go with him cuz they didn't have a heated paint booth so it would take longer to get my car back and it was going to take longer to get my car in but they seem like a top shop

Brought my car in for repair after having an accident.
